Fantastic! What amazing people to work with. Everyone who works here is so nice and extremely helpful. I had a custom wedding band made it and it turned out absolutely stunning! They were very helpful during the design process and even let us see the wax they created before they cast the ring. Couldn't be happier with their work or service!

I could not be happier with my custom engagement ring AND my custom wedding band. We worked with Paco to design both pieces. Paco made our dream come true. Antonio has always been in to clean and size both of my rings as well and I feel part of the family now, haha.
They have also respected my groom's wishes on not photographing our custom rings to keep them "one of a kind" for as long as we can.

My husband and I will never work with another jeweler as long as Garcia's is in business! They are a family owned business passed from parents to 4 or 5 siblings. We mainly communicate with the only sister of the group, Pilar, and have actually gotten to know them on a semi-personal basis. First, both my engagement ring and wedding band are custom made and gorgeous! Exactly what I wanted! On the Thursday before our Saturday wedding, I headed towards Pittsburgh to run some errands before our scheduled time to pick up my rings at the Clark Bldg but Garcia's called and said a diamond was discolored and they would have a replacement later that afternoon. Unfortunately, my schedule...

Unfortunately, my schedule was jam packed so Pilar actually met me in Washington, my parents' town, to deliver the ring to me personally!
We also had quite the experience with myhusband's wedding bands. Garcia's shipped us 3 different styles of bands for my husband to decide which he preferred since we didn't have time to make another trip back to Pittsburgh from DC before the wedding. He picked one a week before but they were all too big (he was sized by a few chain stores, not Garcia's), so that evening they had already placed an order for a different size. On Thursday afternoon, 2 days before the big day, my husband went to pick it up and it was too small. Garcia's actually had another one waiting for him by 11am on Friday, the very next day! We were so worried that my husband was not going to have a wedding band for the ceremony, but we should have known that Garcia's would come through for us! I honestly don't know where else we could find this type of service!!!! And who doesn't love walking into a jewelry store and being greeted by name? :)
