Where do I even begin? Gen is simply amazing! From the moment my husband and I met her, we knew we were in good hands. Gen was with us every step of the way, from our beautiful engagement session to our perfect wedding day, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. As a really shy and embarrassed-to-be-the-center-of-attention bride, I was worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera, but Gen's friendly and reassuring demeanor helped put me at ease - and the pictures show it. Gen works magic with her lighting and composition, and that's what truly sets her apart. Our photos perfectly capture the joy and love of our special day. On the wedding day, Gen (and assistant photographer, Chuck), went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and exactly how I envisioned my "Dark Academia" wedding to be at our venue, the College of Physicians. Throughout the entire process, Gen was always there for us, answering any questions and keeping us updated every step of the way (which is so beyond helpful with how hectic wedding planning was). We can't thank her enough for capturing the magic of our wedding day so beautifully, and we highly recommend her to anyone in search of a talented and reliable wedding photographer!! -

When COVID-19 made us cancel our big party and scale down to a tiny backyard wedding, Gen was there to help make the event beautiful and meaningful. She is an incredible photographer who captured every laugh, even through our face masks. Her cheerful presence and ability to roll with the unexpected made her a joy to work with, and we look forward to having her back for our big party, whenever that may be! -

Okay, I'm going to start by saying how thankful I am for finding Gen and having her capture our special day. I had reached out to a few photographers who work down in the south jersey area for my Princeton Wedding (9/26/20) but none of them really clicked. After talking with Gen on our initial touch base to go over what I was looking for and her style I knew she was the perfect fit. Her work is natural, romantic, timeless and just captures all the emotions on your big day! Or any event really! She created a wedding timeline for me that helped tremendously and made me feel at ease during the big day when I felt overwhelmed. She's just so amazing and I can't wait to work with her again for baby's first photoshoot and countless family portraits! Do yourself a favor and book with Gen if you have a wedding or event in her travel radius. I promise you won't be disappointed! -

Gen was amazing. She is one of the sweetest people we've ever met and made everyone feel at ease in front of the camera. She is obviously very enthusiastic about photography, which made working with her so much fun. She was 100% on board for trying all the weird things we wanted to try, like hopping into a sculpture or getting on a pirate ship jungle gym. She was a joy to work with on the wedding day and leading up to it - quick to respond and made sure we got all the photos we wanted. We are in love with all our photos and so happy we went with Gen! -

We found her business on Instagram, and from first contact until we got our pictures we were blown away by her enthusiasm, diligence, professionalism, and talent. Gen spent several hours outside with us on a very cold day, and the whole time she was so flexible and intent on capturing pictures that would truly represent who we are as a couple. She gave great direction, but still let us do our own thing when it made for a pretty picture. She even brought props with her that just added so much thoughtfulness and variety to our gallery! She immediately put us at ease, it felt like having a friend shoot our picture, and ultimately she ensured that the whole experience just felt like a really fun and cozy date. Book Gen!

Engagement Photos=AMAZING
We met with Gen and fell in love with her love of photography. Even though she hasn't been photographing for long, you would have NO idea. Looking at her pictures, we loved the quality. She doesn't do the airy, somewhat washed out photos we were staying away from. We have Gen booked for our wedding in May, but we just had our engagement photos done on Sunday. Working with her was great; she was easy going, clear for what she was asking for and in constant communication the week prior (we didn't know about weather). So far, we got a glimpse of our photos and they are beautiful. Her quality of photo hard to describe and exactly what we were looking for. We can't wait till May for her to shoot our wedding. -

Gen was extremely prepared, came up with creative ideas for our engagement photos, and made us feel extremely comfortable. I'd recommend her to any couple looking for a personable but professional photographer.
Her photos came out absolutely gorgeous. She captured all of our laughter and candid moments in between the posed shots, which gave us an amazing variety of photos.
