Geoff is just the best! His team captured both photos and video of our wedding. They are so sweet and so clearly experienced: efficient, yet kind and pleasantly unobtrusive! They really took the time to understand us and how we wanted to capture our day. They were able to capture some truly personal moments without us even realizing! We've both revisited our photos and video more times than I can count in the past year and plan to so much more in the future! It is a true joy to have such dynamic and joyous documentation of our friends, our family, our details, our day, and us! -

Geoff was our photographer for engagement and wedding day. Not only did he take amazing photos, but he also delivers the photos super fast. His website makes it easy to view, share and download. Geoff is also super chill and cool to hang with. Making our day easy and comfortable to be around the camera. He captured all our sweet and memorable moments. Highly recommend Geoff for any of your photography need. -

It was love at first sight. Unknowingly, we even wore matching outfits. Denim shirts, black jeans and a dodger cap. Was my wife threatened? Not at all. We both grew to care for our photographer so much we wanted to refer him to everyone we could (This explains why I'm writing this review now even though its much too late). So much of what goes into a wedding starts with love, care and affection. From the very first meeting to the final delivery of digital files, he and his lovely wife showed the same care all the way through. They accommodated our budget and timeline even with a few changes. This guy. Not just a photographer, but a big brother, a big sister and a qualified therapist. Geoff comforted us during a brief period of stress and was everything we needed. This guy felt like he was part of the family and went along with all my bits. A lil' "yes and" action. He kept checking in with each of us to see what needed, funneling tequila sodas through me when I was nervous before the ceremony. He also gave us a sneak peak of some GORGEOUS shots just two days after the wedding. We cannot wait to see the rest and we hope to hang out with you and the wife soon! Thank you, bro!! -

Pick Geoff!
Geoff came very highly recommended through our wedding planner. We initially narrowed down our options between two different photographers based on their portfolios. Mario and I met first met Geoff one Saturday morning at a local coffee shop. Immediately we were sold due to the fact that he is very down to earth and easy to talk to. One thing you don't always think about is that you need to feel comfortable when getting pictures taken of yourself. We decided to do a test run for our wedding by also having Geoff take our engagement photos. I would definitely recommend this for the simple fact that it gives you an idea of what to expect on the big day.... -

Geoff Rivers = True Magic
Oh Geoff Rivers is true magic. My husband and I could spend hours raving about Geoff and his amazing work. We instantly fell in love with the style of his photography. He is there to capture those special candid moments between you and your significant other, nothing posed (not a fan of those cheesy wedding/engagement poses)so everything is very natural. Scheduled a skype to Geoff and from there on it was history! Geoff traveled to Palm Springs to shoot our engagement photos and made sure we had the perfect natural lighting and also made sure we were as comfortable as can be (because having your picture taken can be nerve-wracking). Geoff did our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. He did a great job organizing my disorganized family, got all the shots we wanted, and did an amazing job capturing all the details of the wedding as well some amazing candid shots. He was easy going, friendly, and great to work with. I recommend him highly, and he will definitely be my go-to photographer for any future events. -

Lovely photos & a great overall experience.
We hired Geoff to take photos at our super casual, brief, intimate wedding ceremony back in November 2018. We weren't even sure we wanted/needed a photographer until a month before our wedding because of the aforementioned casual-ness, but we eventually realized we would want some professional photos of the day. Geoff had photographed my friend's wedding a couple months earlier, so we were familiar with both his photography style (natural, personal, on the artistic side) and his interpersonal approach (warm, friendly, helpful, accommodating). Working with Geoff was super easy and comfortable. We hammered out logistics and pricing quickly and easily. Geoff was really easy to work with and allowed us more time to spend time celebrating with our family and friends than other photographers would have, all while still capturing the moments that mattered to us! -
