Seamless service
My experience was very good. When I found out my now fiancé went to Geoffrey to look at rings:
At first, I was a little disappointed because it’s so far from where I live haha. But I made the drive anyway because my fiance's friend said Taylor created a profile for her.
When I got there and told them her name, Jillian knew exactly who she was. She asked my price point and showed me all the rings my fiance looked at, the rings she liked the most, and rings that were similar. She even showed me new arrivals that had not yet made it into inventory. I was very impressed. it cleared up all the questions I had.
When my card didn’t go through because it was such a large purchase they accommodated me by staying open a tad later so I could call my bank (about 30 min). And they even offer a MILITARY DISCOUNT!
The perfect diamond was set, and the ring was polished in about 24-36 hours and ready for pickup.
When I picked up the ring, we talked about wedding bands. They even sent me away with a bottle of celebratory champagne.
Now that my fiancé and I both have a relationship with them I couldn’t see going anywhere else. Fast, easy, exactly what you want, and no pressure to spend more and more money like most jewelers.
the small floor space made it a cozy environment and all the staff was very nice and helpful. it certainly had me wanting to hang out a little longer just to chat with them

Mackenzie Sent on 11/30/2017My fiance and I got my engagement ring through Geoffrey's and it's been the best decision we've made for the wedding so far. We will definitely be customers for life! Elissa was wonderful in helping me choose which designs I liked and helped my fiance with everything when he was ready to purchase the ring. They've been extremely helpful in resizing my ring, not once but twice! Each time I've been into the store they've been so accommodating and professional. They've even cleaned rings I didn't purchase from them and also just fixed and resized a watch I have (also not from them) free of charge! They understand I don't like to be without my ring for too long and their jeweler does amazingingly fast work so I can usually pick it up same-day. They truly welcome you into the Geoffrey's family with customer service that is over and above! I highly recommend Aaron, Elissa, and the Geoffrey's team if you're looking for the best service and shopping experience!
