  Exceptional service, patience and attention to detail!!

  My husband and I had initially debated about the need for wedding planner/day coordinator, but we finally gave in and it was totally worth it! We chose Judy George and Co as our day coordinator, and that was the best decision we had made for our wedding!! The team truly exceeded our expectations; from the initial consultation to the big day, their commitment to perfection was evident. Judy reached out to us 2-3 months before the wedding day, shared her spreadsheet that consisted of everything that we need for the whole wedding planning. We were obsessed with these sheets as they were very organized, had reasonable deadlines and had every single detail that we would’ve easily missed otherwise. The team went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was meticulously taken care of. They epitomized organization, patience, and unwavering support. There were many times when we were so last minute and indecisive; however they handled every question and concern with a reassuring smile, making us feel truly heard and understood. They involved both families and vendors in the planning process and made schedules for all vendors/families/bridal party. Their creativity, professionalism, and dedication turned our wedding into a dream come true. Their composure under pressure was a gift that made our day extraordinary. Judy was with us from hour 0 of the wedding day until when the last person left the venue and everything was packed and placed in our car. Judy even made sure to feed me throughout the whole day. We were able to fully enjoy the day as every single thing was smoothly taken care of by this team. We wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone seeking a stress-free and flawless wedding experience.

  Judy was amazing!!! 10/10 honestly.

  We hired Judy for our day of wedding coordination after having a fall out with a previous wedding planner and we were so blown away by just how absolutely amazing Judy was. From the first time we met with her, she was so honest and helpful. She was always willing to tell us things as it is, both the good and the bad and that meant so much to us along the way of wedding planning knowing we had someone who was treating our wedding as if it were her own. She was always thinking of things way ahead of when they needed to be done. She was organized and always had a checklist and we could always count on her to follow through.
  Additionally, as a fellow Indian Malaylee, Judy completely understood the cultural expectations and was always on top of making sure things were done the right way in terms of being respectful to our families and cultures. It felt like we were working with someone in our own family!
  As a day of coordinator, she still met with us multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding and was always available if we had questions. One thing we LOVED is that she had a zoom meeting with both me and my husband and both sets of parents. She sat down and went through the entire timeline and where our parents would be and answered every question they had. I know all 4 of our parents appreciated this SO much and enjoyed the wedding day even more because of this. They even said it didn’t feel like their own wedding because they were so relaxed and we attribute that to Judy’s planning.
  The day of the wedding Judy was such an amazing person to have by my side. She was calm, cool and collected and so PREPARED! Always positive and willing to do ANYTHING to make the day easier. Whether it be talking to people and vendors, to helping me get dressed, to holding my lipstick all day for touch ups, Advil for my headache the morning of, and so many more-there was no task she wasn’t ready to tackle. At the end of the night, Judy took the inventory list we had previously discussed and very meticulously made sure ALL of our belongings were collected from the venue and put back in our parents car. It was such a great feeling to know our things were accounted and cared for.
  Judy brought a whole team with her -Josh, Jasmine, and Ashley really helped keep things moving along smoothly and took tasks off our hands. Each one of them brought a special touch. Jasmine held onto my phone for parts of the day and took surprise videos and pictures of things that I definitely missed along with little videos from my bridesmaids and husband and I loved to be able to look at these before our professional pics came in! It was so sweet.
  
  So many people came up to us after the wedding saying they had never seen a wedding run so smoothly, efficiently and ON TIME. Our guests had an amazing time with Judy and her teams help. We are so incredibly grateful for Judy’s services, kindness, and truly- her friendship. We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs coordination services for their wedding.

  Absolutely amazing!!

  Judy and her team were truly amazing and made us feel at ease for our wedding. From my husband being very sick the morning of and them helping him get better to them helping me make sure I remembered the smallest details, I would absolutely recommend using George Events & Co. for all your future events. The team was also so helpful to our bridal party, parents and all our guests. They made sure everyone was having a good time and on top of everything. We are truly grateful to have had them at our wedding. Even when it was raining that day, they were truly the sunshine that made our wedding, the wedding of our dreams.

  Hands Down, The Best Decision to Make for Your Wedding

  The first thing I say when anyone asks me about my wedding is, "I absolutely loved our planners," followed by a long spiel about how amazing George and Co. is, that they're the best decision we made for our wedding, how lost my husband and I would've been the day of our wedding without them, etc. I genuinely mean every single word. My husband and I met Judy for the first time a year and a half before our wedding. What stood out most to me about her is that while many other potential planners we met with got right to business, Judy asked us about ourselves, how we met, and what we most looked forward to about being married. She took the extra time to get to know us, and I felt at ease with her genuine nature. As a type-A individual, I often have a difficult time letting others take control and carry out tasks for me. However, by the end of our initial consult call, I knew that the one person I would trust with taking lead and doing things the way I would do on my wedding day was Judy. She is organized, thorough, proactive, and easily one of the most detailed-oriented people I know. She was truly my saving grace during the weeks leading to the wedding. She always accommodated my multiple zoom call requests, was always available via texts, made sure every little detail was accounted for (her master spreadsheet is out of this world), and provided endless emotional support. Moreover, she easily forged a rapport with both of our parents, who now also tell other couples and families about George and Co. Along with Judy, we had 3 other coordinators who worked our wedding. What amazes me about this team is how in sync they are with one another and how gracefully they work together. They made sure the whole day went seamlessly while making sure my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing besides enjoying our big day. We've had many people, including newly engaged couples, reach out to us after the wedding to tell us how impressed they were with how smoothly the whole day went and how thought out and organized everything was. October 1, 2022 was the best, most perfect night of our lives, and it wouldn't have been possible without the amazing George and Co. team. Thank you, Judy, Shane, Ashely, and Jocelyn. We love you, and you will always hold a special place in our hearts!

  Simply the greatest team ever

  We went with day of coordination with George and Co and it truly more than that. Judy and her team reached out to us months prior to the wedding to start getting things organized. She set up meetings with us to lay out a general timeline which we worked on up until the day of the wedding. Even prior to our official meeting, she made herself available if we had any questions regarding vendors or timeline related inquires. We truly cannot imagine our wedding being as great as it was without their presence. She not only takes the time to make sure everything is okay with you but also makes sure all your loved ones are taken care of. We cannot thank George and Co enough for all that they did!!

  Day of Coordination

  We had booked Judy and her team for day of coordination and it was the best decision ever! It started with Judy getting in contact w us a few months before the wedding to help us start/ organize our timeline. She helped set deadlines to make sure we stayed on top of everything and made sure everything was taken care and finalized when it came to final communication with other vendors.
  On the day of, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and we were honestly stress free. They had their eyes on everything and kept track of anything and everything we could think of (whether that was transporting things to the venue/helping with family photos/keeping track of things in the bridal suite/packing up everything at the end of the night and so much more)

  Best planner out there!

  George and Co. did a phenomenal job helping us navigate this wedding process! Judy was constantly keeping in touch with us and made sure the vendors were all taken care of. They thought about all the different details that we would have missed. Would highly recommend!!

  George and Co was worth every dime and more!

  The team at George and Co events was amazing. They were imperative in all stages of wedding planning with negotiations, providing check ins, reassurance during a pandemic, multiple phone calls, finding vendors, and last minute text messages and prompt responses and making sure our event ran smoothly. The multiple excel files we sent with changes of every hour of the day, Judy was extremely professional and worked with us to allow our vision to come true. We had multiple video conferences which included both sets of our parents, and Judy ran through every detail so we were all on the same page.
  Any bump on the road to our wedding, Judy was always there to calm us down and figure out a solution. Literally she calmed me down the week of the wedding when we had bumps in the road, adn consoled me like an older sister. Especially with having a wedding during a pandemic, we hit many bumps on this journey. It was an amazing feeling to finally be relaxed on the day of the wedding.
  The day of our wedding can be chaotic and we knew we had an amazing team that helped us get married. We cannot thank you enough for their support. Our families and extended family even became friends with the team which just shows that this company is not just a professional organization but becomes family at the end of the day. They are literally angels on the day of the wedding just to know what you need at every exact moment. From the timeline checklist, rehearsals, packing up our baggage, keeping our things together, keeping out people on time, make up, outfit changes, being the real MVP to get us through our day. I feel like I made a new best friend with Judy, who saw me in my most intimate and vulnerable moment of the day.
  
  Judy and Anila were at my house bright and early at 2am. They were energized and ready to help me. Judy and Anila came in multiple times to check on me to make sure if I needed anything. The whole team was present, treated our guests and family with respect and gave the positive energy we love. Thank you so much for all your help, hard work, and coordination. All our guests recognized how smooth the day went.

  The day of our wedding can be chaotic and we knew we had an amazing team that helped us get married. We cannot thank you enough for their support. Our families and extended family even became friends with the team which just shows that this company is not just a professional organization but becomes family at the end of the day. They are literally angels on the day of the wedding just to know what you need at every exact moment. From the timeline checklist, rehearsals, packing up our baggage, keeping our things together, keeping out people on time, make up, outfit changes, being the real MVP to get us through our day. I feel like I made a new best friend with Judy, who saw me in my most intimate and vulnerable moment of the day.
  
  Judy and Anila were at my house bright and early at 2am. They were energized and ready to help me. Judy and Anila came in multiple times to check on me to make sure if I needed anything. The whole team was present, treated our guests and family with respect and gave the positive energy we love. Thank you so much for all your help, hard work, and coordination.   Absolutely amazing!!!

  George and Co Events have been with us since the beginning! Judy has been awesome! She took care of everything down to all the small details and always made sure our vision was the priority. Covid-19 hit and we had to postpone our wedding date, change around our guest list, and literally start from scratch! Through it all Judy made sure to make this the most seamless process for us! She took all of the stress of wedding planning away! Judy was always flexible and responsive. She even got us through some of the toughest moments. My husband and I work night shift and Judy was so patient when we would email/text her at all hours. The more we progressed in our planning the more thankful we were that we chose George and Co Events. Our wedding day finally arrived and George and Co Events as a team made sure we stuck to the schedule as well as made sure our families and bridal parties were taken care of! My husband and I are so glad we chose George &Co Events as our wedding coordinators. We definitely would recommend them and we would choose them over and over again!

  Amazing 🤩 crew. Judy and her assistants were their to help every step of the way, she was very flexible and attentive to my needs. I was the bride and she made sure we got things submitted in time.   The best decision I made was hiring Judy for my wedding planning. I’m a pediatric resident and have about 1 hour a week for planning/free time, such as for planning my wedding. Judy was there from the beginning to help with picking vendors, reviewing contracts, and planning schedules from the beginning. When our wedding plans literally started again from scratch cause of Covid, she was our rock and helped replan everything from scratch 3.5 month from our new wedding date. The day of the wedding everyone said I was the most calm bride everywhere, and that was 110% because of her and her team! Judy and her team was on top of tiny detail, and I knew all I had to do was sit back and enjoy the day. I’m so thankful for all that she and her team has done, and recommend them for everyone else!

  We can't put into words how wonderful our experience with George and Co was. From start to finish Judy and her team were amazing, taking things off of our plate and making everything much less stressful. Things were crazy with our situation due to the pandemic but Judy was with us every step of the way and put our minds at ease. Can't thank George and Co enough!!

  The team is incredible at keeping the day organized and well timed. Judy was so patient and flexible even with COVID restrictions changing. We ended up having a backyard event and no little thing was left behind - including sometimes mopping the floor!

  Judy and her team were amazing! Judy is so punctual and organized! I was transitioning into a new job along with planning the wedding and she literally moved things along when I didn’t have the energy to do it! She responds to texts/calls almost ALL the time no matter what time it is! The wedding day was so organized and amazing! I have no regrets choosing Petals and Parties!

  Houston wedding- Febin and Rejoice

  Our wedding took place out of state in Houston, TX and after researching into wedding planners in that area I was losing hope of finding someone affordable and able to meet the vision for our wedding. Through a recommendation I came into contact with Judy and honestly was blown away about the service she offers for the package price. I can honestly say she did more for me than how much we initially talked about from creating my bridesmaids unique invitations, getting last minute items the night before the wedding to decorate, constantly in contact. Her team is very talented and focused on detail/design. I had a wedding without any hiccups and that is the most important reason I can't thank the team enough. She is mello and no matter my bridezilla moments she remained calm and brought me to that state of mind as well! I continue to recommend her because of her flexibility in traveling and planning wedding out of state as well. It is also important how to wedding planners work with the other vendors because of the interactions they will have during the wedding and all of them had amazing things to say about Judy. P.S- Also when we reached to the reception we had to take pictures outside and we were HUNGRY and without even asking her team had food prepared for us in between shoots! It was really thoughtful!
