User1264507 Sent on 07/30/2013I had such a great experience working with George. His work is absolutely amazing. He took my vision and went way beyond my expectations. I'm amazed at his creativity. George managed to capture the most special moments of my life and turn into art. Every time I watch my wedding video I get chills and teary eyed. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work and dedication. -

However, communicating with him before and after the wedding was a hassle as he is very unresponsive both by email and phone. Also, he does not deliver according to signed contract. We got married over 6 month ago and we still don't have our videos to show for it. That is simply the height of unprofessionalism.
Given that we are still waiting for our videos that are long overdue, I will not recommend this vendor to anyone else. -
User2278447 Sent on 08/19/2015Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK with him. Yes his work is beautiful no denying the quality but you will not receive your products on time!!! My wedding was in August 2014 and it has now been a year with no VIDEO!!! He does not respond to text, calls, emails or ups mail. Basically no communication on his part, we are still waiting for a response. My husband and I are very disappointed in his professionalism. We will now be going through legal services to obtain our video and money back. -
User2214550 Sent on 07/07/2015Our wedding was in March of 2014 and we have NOT received our video. We've texted, called, and emailed with NO response. I would NOT recommend him based on you will NOT receive your video after paying. If I only knew then, what I know now.

User2155503 Sent on 05/31/2015My wedding was on Nov. 2 2014 and I still HAVE NOT received my video. My husband and I have called and emailed with no response. Please DO NOT use George Drake. My husband and I paid a nice penny for his services and nothing to show for it but a 10 minute highlight.

Cons-I've been married for a year and 4 months and we have yet to receive our full wedding video. We've called, emailed and sent messages on Facebook and Instagram, but he refuses to respond.
Future brides, DO NOT USE GEORGE DRAKE!!! Even though the quality of his work is awesome, you may never receive all that you pay for. -

User1627835 Sent on 05/21/2014My husband and I chose George Drake based on the many positive reviews and the quality of his work. Initially and up to the wedding, Mr. Drake was very professional and accommodating. We received the Highlight Video link within a week of our wedding and we were very pleased. We have been married for over a year now and have yet to receive our wedding video and raw footage that we have paid for. We have attempted to contact Mr. Drake numerous times to have our wedding video sent to us with no success. Phone calls and emails have not been returned. We have since moved to a different State and are still in the process of retrieving our video or have communication with Mr. Drake to have this issue resolved. We both feel that having to wait a year to receive services that we paid for is unprofessional and is not something we would want future couples to go through. He does indeed do beautiful work, but it is heartbreaking to know that it is taking us so long to have the only thing to remember our wedding in our possession.

Yolanda Sent on 12/11/2013I previously posted a very positive comment in regards to George Drake A Moment Captured due to the fact that I received my wedding highlights and was very pleased. However this is a follow up and warning to whomever decides to use this company. My wedding was held June 8, 2013 there was a delay in getting my wedding highlights however I did received them, but the real problem has occurred with the wedding video. I have communicated with Mr. George on several occasions only to get an excuse as to why he has not sent out my video. I purchased the Bronze Package which was $999 at the time. Mr. George Drake was paid in full. It is now approaching a new year and I have yet to receive finished product. I have made several attempts to call him only to get voice mail and no returned calls in fact he has the calls screened before you can speak with him. I was deceived by his first impression professionalism. I have also submitted a claim to wedding wire about this business. I don’t believe anyone should have to experience this as my husband and I have. -
User1630289 Sent on 05/23/2014I want to start by saying George Drake can do great work and he's talented. BUT, I would not recommend anyone doing business with him! Before my wedding George seemed real professional and responded to all calls and matters in a timely manner. We even got our highlight video after the wedding a couple of days after the wedding (Which was great). Six months later, when the video should've been finished, we could not get in contact with him. It took weeks of us leaving voice mails and emails before he finally responded by saying he was sending the dvd. After it never showed up we called him again threatening to take legal actions. THEN HE SENT THE VIDEO OUT NEXT DAY! I'm leaving this comment so late because a close family friend hired him to do his wedding after seeing our highlight video. NOW HE'S TRYING TO FIND GEORGE DRAKE AND THE VIDEO HE PAID FOR IN FULL AS WELL!!!
