Kristen was the best!
Kristen Bacon- Kristen was so sweet, genuine, and helpful. She did half of the bridesmaids as well as the MOB and MOG. She even stayed later to touch up my makeup after my original artist was already gone for the day. Steals your money
This company shut down without informing their clients and stole deposits. Hundreds of dollars in deposit and now have to find another vendor. The company now will not answer any form of communication, all of the communication channels have been cut off and will not even go through. This has been a horrible Experience from the beginning, after the deposit was paid, the communication was horrible and now after giving the benefit of the doubt with Covid, I am out hundreds. DO NOT BOOK!This company shut down without informing their clients and stole deposits. Hundreds of dollars in deposit and now have to find another vendor. Paid 3500 and they never showed up

Steals money
This company ignores brides and steals from them. Over a month without communication then contacting someone back only to ignore them again 3 weeks before their wedding for 6 days just to find out “the Virginia division of the company is shutting down and no money is available for refunds” where is the money?! The service wasn’t rendered. Completely unprofessional and heartbreaking that a bride has to worry about this so close to her big day and scrambling to find another makeup artist and using even more funds that have already been paid. Mother of a bride
Paid for this companies service for my daughters wedding and now the office has shut down and now they won’t give us a refund! I even paid gratuity on my deposit and it is just ridiculous that they are taking advantage of people knowing that a lot of people are out of work right now and don’t have extra money just laying around! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They don’t provide the service after getting paid!Paid for this companies service for my daughters wedding and now the office has shut down and now they won’t give us a refund! Beware! Took our deposit and not responding to calls to refund our money. Poor service! They have another company in Virginia Beach which is owned by same people. Horrible Customer Service
I wish I could write a positive review about this vendor. The pandemic has been hard on all of us, but I don't know if their lack of customer service is due to tough times or they just don't care. My daughter had scheduled their services for her wedding on 7/3 in VA and paid the 50% deposit ($500) but due to capacity restrictions she had to change her plans to a small, family-only wedding in our back yard (out of state). We have tried multiple times and methods (phone, email, Facebook message, LinkedIn) to reach Glammed Co. to see about our options (full or partial refund or credit towards services for a later reception in VA) but haven't received a single communication from them. So frustrating! I know people are hurting financially because of the coronavirus, we just wish they would acknowledge the situation and try to work out a compromise.
