Glenmoor made my wedding nothing short of out of a fairytale. Everything was perfect!!! Christine made everything run so smoothly I was actually able to relax and not have to worry about a thing

We had a wonderful time working with Christine! Loved the venue and the price was great. Highly recommend this location to anyone wanting and inside wedding ceremony.

We used Glenmoor’s chapel for our son’s small wedding reception and we have absolutely no regrets. Our event was a small event for Glenmoor standards but we never felt that our wedding’s small size limited any services or standards we received. Christine (the primary event planner) and her staff including Travis were such professionals to work with every step of the process. Angus, the chef met with us several times and ensured the menu was perfect for the event. The Chef was so conscientious in planning a few Korean inspired dishes without it feeling the least bit hokey. The filet steak dishes rivaled ones that you would have at a steakhouse. Needless to say the dinner was far superior to other higher class weddings we’ve recently attended. Christine was super responsive to all the questions we had leading up to the wedding. She also provided welcomed advice and ideas of ways we could make our event special. Christine had names of vendors that she could share for a variety of ancillary services but we never felt pressured to use any such services. Christine and her staff payed attention to all details and were very easy to work with in planning and during the event. We really liked the atmosphere of the chapel, my son remarked that it had a Harry Potter feel to it in a good way. Family and friends stayed at the adjoining hotel and enjoyed a delicious breakfast the morning following the wedding. Don’t hesitate booking the Glenmoor for your event!!

You spend a year planning a wedding with a certain vision in your head. Glenmoor staff made that vision a reality but it far exceeded it. The food was delicious. Served fast and hot. Our guests commented on it was most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. A bonus was the Bertram Inn on site. We had half the guests from out of town and this was a great convince. I would not hesitate to book another event here

Glenmoor Country Club did better than we could've expected for our wedding. We were blown away with the venue and everyone there was nice and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering Glenmoor.

Glenmoor was the perfect venue. We held the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and Sunday brunch all on site. The staff was outstanding and the food was delicious! As the mother of the bride I able to enjoy the weekend.

Drew was great and helped to make our day go as planned. We had a very intimate ceremony in the beautiful chapel.

The Glenmoor staff was very prompt in responding to questions. They offered many suggestions to help us during the wedding process and the food was excellent and the chapel ballroom was magical - so beautiful. Everyone said that they had never been to a nicer wedding reception ever. It's a beautiful place for a reception and the staff was fun to work with.

Look no further if you want a hassle free wedding day!! Having Lindsay as our wedding planner at glenmoor was the best experience ever! Especially getting married during a pandemic she had everything completely under control and organized for us. She set everything up possible before the wedding and did an amazing job keeping our timeline for the wedding day on schedule. I can honestly say not a single thing went wrong that day.

We got married here on Sept 5 this year. Myself and my husband (and our guests too!) were stunned by how beautiful the venue was. It was the perfect fairytale setting for the wedding I always hoped for. We had our wedding at Glenmoor back in September 2014; it was a dream come true! We made it a complete wedding weekend, having our rehearsal dinner there, stayed in the lovely Bertram Inn, used the spa the morning of (while the guys golfed), and had our wedding, cocktail hour, and reception all at Glenmoor. It was perfect to say the least, I wouldn’t change it for anything! And the food.. I still think about our dinner! The most perfect weekend ever.

The venue cannot be compared to others. It is just beyond stunning to look at. Also, the food is fabulous! Everyone complimented how wonderful the food was and is STILL talking about the event! It would not have been as great had it not been for the service and the staff that Glenmoor has. Melinda Sparhawk is always available for questions via email and will help with any questions about wedding planning in general that you have. We had a lot of out of town guests, so it was perfect to have the Bertram Inn at Glenmoor for everyone to stay the night of the wedding. Several guests also stayed the night before and it was great for them to just be able to walk down the hall from our reception. It was a pleasure to work with Melinda, and everyone at Glenmoor. It is a top notch facility!

AMAZING venue and food! My wedding was like a dream with the historical chapel as a backdrop. Emily Wagner was an amazing wedding coordinator to work with. She was so good at responding to my every concern and made our day so special.

Jennifer Kowalczyk, Glenmoor's Bridal Coordinator is wonderful to work with. She is very flexible, has great ideas, and is super responsive. Glenmoor is a beautiful venue for a wedding both inside and out. The Chapel where the wedding ceremony and reception are held is stunningly beautiful. It looks like a castle and is perfect for your dream wedding. It was wonderful to have one venue for the ceremony and the reception with another room for the cocktail hour while the Chapel was changed over. Glenmoor offers an Inn for guests which adds to their convenience and comfort. Our Bride and her Bridesmaids stayed in the Presidential Suite the night before which was fun and super convenient when getting ready for the wedding the next day. The beautiful golf course provided entertainment for the the guys the day before the wedding and prior to the rehearsal. There were on site salon services for the girls on the day of the wedding. Glenmoor was able to provide delicious food for the golf outing, for the Bridal Party for breakfast and lunch the day of the ceremony, cocktails and hors d'ouervres for the cocktail hour, 3 fabulous entrees with delicious accompaniments for the Reception, a wonderfully delicious and beautiful wedding cake, and brunch the morning after. They also provided limousine services for our guests. It made planning so much simpler to have everything in one beautiful place, and to have it all coordinated by an extremely well organized Bridal Coordinator.

The staff was absolutely amazing - when I requested something I believe they had it done before I finished my sentence. The venue is so beautiful and I enjoyed working with Jodi Leffler during the planning of the event and Lucas Ford and his staff on the day of the event.

I can honestly say getting married is stressful, but getting married during a pandemic is some next level stress! Lindsay went out of her way to help my husband and I decide the best choices for our special day. She provided us with excellent venders to work with, helped make our ideas come to life since we were planning the wedding from Texas, gave us her full attention when it came to the week of our wedding, was flexible when the Governor changed restrictions last minute, and genuinely cared about what we wanted our special day to look like. The food was amazing and the venue was beautiful. We used Glenmoor for our rehearsal dinner, reception, and brunch the next day. Each experience was great and we loved spending the weekend at Glenmoor!

Beautiful wedding location! Venue is located on a lush landscape with a gorgeous golf course all within a gated community. Venue has top-notch, delicious chef-prepared cuisine, an exceptional in-house coordinator (Christine) that works hard to bring your vision to life, and a historic history that exudes character (used to be a monastery). If you want to “wow” your guests, this is the place! Pricey, but worth the $$. We were even able to have a professional fireworks show!!

Then wedding coordinator was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and accomadating. The grounds and the hall or clean and the setup was spectacular.
There were some disappointments. We werent compensated or given the extra food that we paid for when guests didnt show up to reception And the candelabras on the fireplace werent donned with any candles! Thankfully my florist decorated with flowers, making it beautiful.
the overnight stay was lovely.
The makeup artist, within the beauty salon owned by glenmoor, should receive a medal, my makeup was flawless. My hair however, was not. I specifically told then hairdresser that i needed a lot of hairspray if not glue to hold my hair in place. She didnt listen and in all of my pictures my hair is atrocious, loose pieces sticking out and falling down my forehead.
overall i had the wedding of my dreams and we couldn't be happier as mr and mrs!

The Wedding Planner, Food,Venue and all of the service workers were great.
However, if you need to rent a tent you may be taken advantage of by Glenmoor CC as they did to us.
Prior to the wedding we were told that we would need to make a decision on a tent 2 days prior so the tent company could set up the tent.( When calling the tent company directly they did confirmed that they do need 2 days prior to the event for set up.) But on Tuesday Glenmoor called and said they needed a decision right away on the tent because of Covid the tent company needed more time to set up the tent. So we decided to just go ahead and get the tent for the ceremony. Than as we arrive for the wedding festivities we find out the tent we paid for was used for a Special Italian Dinner night on Wednesday and on Friday the tent we paid for was used for a Special Wine Tasting Dinner and on Saturday and Sunday the tent that we paid for was used for was a Special Member Golf Outing. So we essentially subsidized Glenmoor CC members for 5 free days of a tent while we paid $3000 for a tent for an hour wedding and a few hours of set up and take down time.


The issue here though is not the cost and Glenmoor’s free use of the tent( even though we are sure they knew that they would be using it for their events) it was the management arrogance and lack of customer concern shown toward us. On Friday we tried to use the tent for 45 minutes prior to the rehearsal dinner and we were told that we could stand under the tent but don`t sit at any tables because they were set up for the special wine tasting event. Than again on Sunday morning when the Scotts Grille was full a few people tried to sit under the tent for breakfast which was fine with the servers. However, again the club manager told them they could not sit at the tent because it was for the golfers only. When he was asked about how come we can`t have a few people sit under tent so people are socially spaced he said again it`s only for the golfers. When I said that I had paid for the tent and Glenmoor had free use all week for several events he said that the tent was in our way for the events so we had no choice but to use it. It was basically don`t bother me with your issues because I don`t care and if you want to complain call my boss.
So bottom line until Glenmoor CC learns the importance of being more customer focused I would recommend that you take your business to Gervasi Vineyards.

Glenmoor as a venue is beautiful and my wedding was amazing there!!! When we had signed up originally the wedding coordinator they had there was great.. they hired a new one a MONTH before my wedding and that was the worst part about my wedding day. SHe didn't really care about anything and Locked herself in the office for 2 hours the day of... she also lost our gifts ( it was part of the contract she was responsible for them) and when I emailed her she said it wasn't her problem. We have to now open up a police report regarding this issue. GLENMOOR IS WONDERFUL though!! beautiful Venue and amazing food... they just need to make some changes to the level of respect their staff give people. We still have not gotten an apology from GWEN at all and will be contacting the BBB regarding the indecent.

The wedding planner on staff here, Christine, is an absolute nightmare to work with. I wish I had just lost our deposit and found another venue. She was very inflexible and very rude even on the day of the wedding. I'm not sure what we did to upset her but she acted as if it was a horrible imposition on her for a wedding to be planned at the Glenmore. Thank goodness I hired another wedding planner to help with everything otherwise I can't imagine the mess and stress this would have been. I was planning this wedding from overseas since I'm in the military and she was totally inflexible about meeting times and was rude to my parents and in-laws who did much of the in-person coordinating for me. Additionally, there were many sneaky charges constantly being added to rewrites of the contract that we constantly had to be on top of and then there were still hidden charges with our final bill. I would 100% avoid doing business with anyone at the Glenmore after this experience. Absolutely horrid.
