I can't speak highly enough about Glory and the services that she provided for my wedding. She is extremely talented and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way! She worked with each of the girls in my bridal party to help them create their own personalized look for the wedding- ensuring that they were comfortable and truly felt beautiful. My wedding hair and make-up were everything I wanted and more! Thank you to Glory from the bottom of my heart! -

I've never felt more beautiful!
Glory did hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding and did a fabulous job. She was professional and personable throughout the whole process and worked with me to make sure I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. I can't recommend her enough! -

Highly Recommended!
I was confident in booking Glory for my wedding, and afterwards I am even more confident in recommending her to others! She was prompt, attentive, and efficient. She was very relaxed while she skillfully did our updos, and made everyone in my bridal party feel comfortable, excited and beautiful. I told her what I liked in a hairstyle, and she nailed it! I never felt more beautiful and more myself than I did on my wedding day! She has a knack for bringing out your natural beauty.

She will keep your deposit if trial is bad
UPDATE: posting our entire text convo so you can see glory is lying about how i spoke to her, yes i cursed at one of her colleagues for no showing a different appointment but GLORY IS LYING ABOUT OUR CONVERSATIONS AND HERE IS THE PROOF. Also we dont need permits as were not selling alcohol, only a vendor needs a permit, we just need insurance 😁
I booked Glory Addie for my hair and make up for my wedding. I paid her a $1036 deposit for my wedding, a $200 deposit for the trial. We set the time of the trial for “1ish” but then never received a confirmation message from her week of and I arrived at 1:45 which she stated is 45 minutes late from the unclear time of 1ish.
I posted the pics of the trial in a bride forum asking for honest feedback and received 70+ messages saying it was not good work. I did not name her in this post, I just asked for positive feedback. She did not put lipstick on me as part of the $200 trial. She told me to find one that works on my own. She did not put mascara on me saying brides cry and she has not found a waterproof mascara she likes. When I made glory aware that all these strangers on the internet hated her work she offered to either refund me the money or do my wedding for free and told me to think about it. I thought about it and said I would like a refund and she said she spoke to a lawyer and will not be refunding my $1036 deposit for my wedding 3 months away. I hope she enjoys spending my money that she did not earn but I really hope no other bride trusts an MUA who will get dozens of bad reviews and blame the bride for the bad work.Glory Addie Beauty's reply:

I initially had no issues refunding you or doing your services for free as this was my first time ever having a bride who was unhappy with their trial. However after speaking with my attorney, I realized I was not obligated to do so given the contract you signed. What is not pictured here are the barrage of horrendous messages I received from you. Bullying, threatening and harassment to get your way isn’t something I respect or am inclined to give in to.. Even if that means me getting a bad review. You called my colleague a “fat, lazy, stupid idiot.” You arrived to your trial 45 minutes late. You did in fact know you were late because you apologized. You had areas of your skin that were broken open.
We agreed that we wouldn’t keep going on your face as it was getting extremely irritated, so I did not even finish or set your face. I did in fact use lip color on you as I remember because it was my favorite one by ilia called Petals. I did encourage that you get your own to have with you for the day as I do to all of my brides.
I do not like mascara for brides and I usually try to avoid it if they are wearing lashes unless asked to apply it.
You left your trial happy and asked to schedule an extensions appointment with me. I do not secure hair for trials as I would on a wedding day.
While as a small business owner it is always my goal to make everyone happy, I am still a human being who deserves to be spoken to with respect. In my fifteen years of doing weddings, I have never had someone treat me the way you did. Classless and mean. Sitting in my chair bragging about how you aren’t getting licenses or permits for your wedding because your future mother-in-law is the mayor of and you are now above the law in your town. My deposits are non-refundable if cancelled by the bride as stated on my contract that you signed. Best of luck. -
