  Delicious and gorgeous wedding cake!

  Our daughter had a small, intimate wedding and needed a GF cake. The cake from Gluten Free Gem was beautiful! And quite delicious. Hannah walked me through the order, was flexible when I made changes, offered perfect suggestions, and then invited me to bring flowers for the decorations (which the decorator placed). Every interaction with GF Gem was hassle free and professional. And the cake was gorgeous. And, no one knew it was GF. Did I mention that it was yummy?

  Great gluten free cake!!

  My husband is gluten free and so are many of his family members. It was important to us to have a tasty GF cake for our wedding. We were so pleased with Gluten free GEM. We got exactly what we wanted and everyone loved it!

  Working with Gluten Free Gem was a dream! The cake was equal in beauty and deliciousness. Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind, responsive, and fun to talk to - especially Hannah! From setting up the cake tasting to eating the cake on the wedding day, it was such an easy process. I can't emphasize enough how delicious this cake was! And my non-GF family members couldn't tell that it was gluten free. They just thought it was super tasty!

  The BEST cheesecake ever! My daughter wanted cheesecake for her wedding. She has Celiac disease so gluten free w no cross contamination is important. We are from Colorado and we’re planning across country. The coordinator at our venue recommended Gluten Free Gem, so when I was in town doing recon for the wedding, I stopped in (along with 3 other GF bakeries). The cheesecake really was the best! We ordered several flavors for the wedding, with the bride/groom getting a NY cheesecake. Fast forward to the day before the wedding, my daughter and her fiancé stopped in to taste for themselves what I ordered. It was all delicious, but they loved the lemon cheesecake and asked if they could change their order, THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING! “No problem” the owner said. That is what I call “customer service”!.

  We used gluten free gem for our engagement party and for our wedding. Everyone loved the cake at both events and I am still getting feedback a month after our wedding about how delicious it was. In fact, one of our guests who is not gluten free wasn't interested in trying a slice until someone insisted, and then had quite the helping exclaiming how good it was! Your guests will not be disappointed! For someone with food intolerances, the gluten free gem bakery is the best in the business. They are thorough and will go over ingredients with you to make sure it is completely safe. I am truly grateful to them, let's keep this incredible resource making the world more delicious.
