They were absolutely incredible. They have a huge selection and were easily the most affordable in the Lakeland or Orlando area. Great rental company
Go to event rentals was awesome when it came to their services and pricing. They were on time for our wedding and the items we rented were in great condition. Anything we needed from our sales rep Alex was done ASAP. Alex was very professional and always answered our email and phone call. Go To Event Rentals were a pleasure to work with when arranging our wedding celebration. Alex communicated with us consistently and professionally along the way. Their flexibility and willingness to listen, assisted in our day turning out better than we could have ever anticipated and removed any worries we had about an outdoor event. Amazing and surprisingly affordable!
Alex was great to work with. Our wedding started with 30 guests and quickly escalated to 100 so we made tons of upgrades and changes. We rented Chiavari chairs, ceremony chairs, tablecloths, chargers, and outdoor heaters from Go To Event Rentals and they did a perfect job. Their chair prices were more competitive than all other quotes and everything was flawless.Alex was great to work with. I had reached out to many companies and they were way too expensive, once I found Go To Events Rentals the price was unbeatable. Alex was so easy to work with. They came in put the linens and chair covers on before and also picked it up. Communicative and Knowledgeable!
I worked with Alex to put up market lighting and a dance floor for my wedding. He was very knowledgeable and communicative, which helped the process go smoothly. Flexible and Professional
With less than 1 month before my event, my original vendor (who my group used previously) said they couldn't host my event. Not living in the area I reached out to a few other rental companies and thoroughly enjoyed working with Go To Event Rentals. They were very professional over the phone and did what they said they'd do (email quotes, assess costs) and were able to work with me and do a delivery and pick up only rather than a full set-up charge (we have control issues and wanted to set up our event with our own flexibility, haha). Unprofessional company
THEY RUIN WEDDINGS! Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. In November of 2023 they came out to our reception hall and measured everything for pipe and drapes, sent us an invoice, we paid it, all set! .....NOTTTTTTTT.... January 2024, 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO MY WEDDING, Shayla, the most unprofessional of them all, sent me an email saying they couldn't do pipe and drape at my reception hall because "they didn't feel comfortable." ..... I found a company that could and it was beautiful. However, SHAYLA NOR THE COMPANY had any remorse for what they did and HOW UNPROFESSIONAL they are. 100% WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN.THEY RUIN WEDDINGS! We are sorry to hear about your recent experience! In review of your comments it does appear that our Sales Director did send back a counter-signed contract to you on 01/20/20 with a reminder that you left several important questions pertaining to the delivery/pickup of your order in his original email unanswered. You were also informed in his initial email to you on 01/16/20 that we do require a 50% deposit payment in an effort to confirm all orders. We are not sure where the communication gap occurred, however please be assured that we would love to resolve this problem so that we are able to EXCEED your expectations!
