  Incredible!

  Yessenia was an absolute dream come true! She was our "closing" planner on our wedding day and helped to make sure that everything post-ceremony went off without a hitch. Between releasing our guest tables for the buffet line to neatly packing and organizing all of our event decor for pickup the next day, our special day would not have been complete without Yessenia. Her warm smile and calm demeanor gave me absolute trust so that I could dance the night away instead of worrying about logistics. Thank you Yessenia!!

  Yessenia is AMAZING!

  To summarize how amazing Gold Mine Events was throughout our wedding planning and wedding day is going to be difficult because words can’t even describe how thankful I am for Yessenia. I was one of those brides that thought I wouldn’t need any assistance for my wedding … after meeting Yessenia, I knew I needed her! What a kind, sweet soul Yessi is. She went above and beyond for us on our wedding day!! She was always there when it was overwhelming, making sure I was ok. Yessenia is detail-oriented, flexible, organized and personable. She made my wedding day so effortless, I literally did not have to worry about a single thing. By far, Gold Mine Events was the best decision we made for our wedding!

  Yessenia is the BEST

  Hiring Yessenia Mina was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. Trust me, hire her right away! Yessenia was there to guide us through the planning process, connected us with other wonderful vendors, and was there for every detail on the day of the wedding. I am pretty sure she is a mind reader too… At one point during the wedding night, I wanted to change shoes from my heels to my comfortable shoes. I stepped out of the ballroom and, without me asking , she brought me my comfortable shoes! I would not have been able to survive the wedding planning process and the wedding day without Yessenia. She was the fun, kind, calm, and friendly face that we needed. She helped with decorations and made the decisions that I did not want to make. Her number one priority was for us (the couple) to have a wonderful and stress-free day. I plan to hire her for all future events & parties that we host. Thank you so much, Yessenia! Can’t wait to work with you again!

  Dream Team

  Yessenia was a huge blessing in our wedding. When we went over the details for our event she brought up things I hadnt even thought of. She made sure to make my vision come true with setting up for the reception and making sure I was calm all through the day. Im used to always being in charge and making sure everything goes smoothly but for one night I got to take a backseat. All my guests couldnt stop talking about what a perfect night it was. If it wasnt for her, I doubt the outcome wouldve been the same. Do yourself a favor and hire Yessenia to have an incredible wedding!

  Yessenia at Gold Mine was absolutely spectacular. I knew that having a day-of coordinator was integral for me to take some stress off on the big day.
  
  We connected initially on our first call and further when we sat down to discuss all the intricacies of the big day. I greatly appreciated how she worked with us on redesigning our timeline to best fit us and our preferences.
  
  Yessenia kept the bridal part in tact, my family happy and packed the most wonderful emergency kit for the group. She was so helpful in making sure that everything ran smoothly!
  
  If anything went wrong that day I didn't know, she took care of everything! Really appreciated her keeping us on track (and ahead at a few points) and making us feel totally relaxed so that we could enjoy the time with our families, friends and each other.

  Sweet 15 Event

  The theme to our Sweet 15 event was Royalty and the hall was decorated above our expectations. My daughter cryied from the emotions she felt when walking into the hall for the first time. She was joyful and exciteted. Yessenia Mina was profession, attentive and addressed all our needs promptly. Our event was magical!

  Yessenia is absolutely amazing!! She really made mine and my husbands dream wedding come true! Everything was well planned and ran smoothly. She is also the sweetest person. Throughout the day she was always checking up on me, making sure I was good and if I needed anything! I seriously can’t thank you enough for everything!   I obtained Gold Mine Event Coordinator, Yessenia Mina as my day of coordinator. She is truly the best! The day of my wedding went absolutely smoothly, thanks to her and her assistant. She made me feel reassured that she would handle any issues if they had arise. She took care of all the minor details that I was not able to.   I'd never considered hiring a wedding planner, I always pictured doing all the planning myself but when my husband and I got engaged, Yessenia was highly recommended by a friend. When we contacted Yessenia to set up a meeting, we still weren't sure we wanted to hire a wedding planner but when we met her, we knew we had to have her! During the planning process, Yessenia maintained great communication, very responsive, and was always ready to go above and beyond what was asked of her. Yessenia always made us feel at ease with the process. I'll never forget, during one of the most stressful parts of the planning with one of our vendors when she noticed how concerned we were, she said to me, "You don't stress, it's my job to worry about this for you. Just leave it to me." I don't think she knew just how comforting it was to hear that reassurance in that moment. After planning with her for a year and getting to know how reliable and trustworthy she is, I had no doubt she would run the day of successfully but she really impressed us! She made sure everything ran smoothly, always thinking ahead, she communicated well with everyone (guests, vendors, family), and made sure my husband and I had nothing to worry about except to enjoy our day. Your wedding planner is the vendor you’ll be spending the most time with on the day of your wedding, so it’s important to pick someone who’s compatible with everyone. She was able to work well with my other vendors and they had positive feedback about her as well. I was in wedding denial of wedding planning and probably a very difficult person to work with. Yessenia always remained positive and was very creative and easy to work with, always answered questions in a timely manner. She was able to provide solid recommendations that were very affordable and elegant. She really takes a lot of time to understand what's important to you and also has impeccable taste. We felt comfortable handing the day over to her to execute our wedding day - which she did flawlessly. Best of all, we were actually able to enjoy our wedding day & I knew that my family and bridal party were able to because Yessenia was behind the scenes taking care of all the details (e.g. collecting our cards, gifts, personal items, decorations, flowers, bouquet, cake topper! and taking it back to the hotel for us - that was such a huge help not to worry about! The piece of mind alone to know that you will be able to have fun on the day you've spent SO much time (& money!) pulling together makes having a day-of coordinator ABSOLUTELY worth it. #genevabride

  Everyone was telling us to expect something to go wrong at our wedding, but everything was flawless, thanks to the help of Yessinia and her team. We hired her for the day of but she started way before that. From the meetings, to calling the vendors, to decorating the space, to handling our bridal party of twenty; we couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Yessinia was very professional, dedicated, and so sweet! She told us not to worry about a thing that day and just to enjoy and that's exactly what we did thanks to Yessinia and Goldmine Events! You guys rock!!!

  Everyone was telling us to expect something to go wrong at our wedding, but everything was flawless, thanks to the help of Yessinia and her team. We hired her for the day of but she started way before that. From the meetings, to calling the vendors, to decorating the space, to handling our bridal party of twenty; we couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Yessinia was very professional, dedicated, and so sweet! She told us not to worry about a thing that day and just to enjoy and that's exactly what we did thanks to Yessinia and Goldmine Events! You guys rock!!!

  Yessenia was awesome, pleasant and all around great to work with, she calmed me down when I was a nervous wreck. she make sure the wedding party was where they needed to be, and clean up after the reception so that my family didn't have to. She did an amazing job executing my vision for all the decoration so that I didn't have to do a thing! I was kind of nervous but she made it happen. I wouldn't be able to do this beautiful wedding with out her. She was AMAZING!!!!! I would definitely recommend her... She is Great!!

  Gold MIne Events helped plan a rooftop event for our non-profit organization. Yessenia was professional, pleasant and all around great to work with. She calmed my nerves and helped everything run smoothly. She helped us put out a couple last minute fires that made feel lucky to have her. I would definitely recommend her for future events.

  Yessenia was a gem! She walked through the process with me hand in hand. I am very type-A and it can be difficult for me to let others help. She was able to adhere to my personality, vision and I was very pleased with the outcome. She became like a girlfriend as we planned my wedding in a very short four month period, and we did it all from scratch (no pre=packaged banquet anything). After the event I received many kind words on her help and execution. Best part: I had a 30k wedding that looked like a 60k wedding in the city of Chicago and it included all the highlights and special touches I wanted/needed. She was very flexible, reachable and kept me calm through it all. Hands down best day of my life!!!!
