  Nothing to complain about whatsoever. My husband and I both got our bands here. I constantly get compliments on mine (his is plain, traditional) and it suits the heirloom engagement ring perfectly.
  
  The staff were patient with us while we made sure we got 100% what we wanted, and Gordon's is consistently a great value.

  We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band here, and also had them expand the wedding band I bought for my husband (purchased elsewhere). They did a GREAT job on my husband's band - it has intricate detailing all around and they cautioned me about stretching it, but I agreed to do it anyway and it came out absolutely perfect. They were very timely about getting our rings back to us after servicing/resizing, and we also purchased the lifetime warranty with them which was very affordable and easy to maintain (a quick check every 6 months).

  The manager at one of the stores almost ruined my then boyfriends surpirse of popping the question. However, the lady who we finally spoke with when we bought are bands was really nice and friendly. She helped us choose tasteful beuatiful bands.

  We bought my first wedding ring here. After wearing it only 3 weeks an accent diamond fell out. After getting it repaired 3 more fell out, costing 20 dollars a piece. We went to the store manager for help and advice and were instructed to come to the restyling event where "they have a very similar ring for no extra cost and of better quality." They had no such ring, only rings for 800+ than what we paid for the hunk of junk of my finger. Unfortunately, the manager would not refund out money because the jeweler "added gold" to the ring to keep the diamonds in place and our saleswoman explained that "this is what warranties are for." I understand buyer beware but this was my ring and they were not working with us in any way shape or form. After spending 7 hours at the store trying to work things out my fiance finally bought a ring for 500 more than my old ring because we did not want store credit and they refused to refund us. On top of that we were preparing to announce our engagement. While I love the style of my ring I will no longer be doing business with Gordons and advise everyone else to do the same. I do not trust the salesman nor do I appreciate the lies about the quality nor about the return policy nor the manner in which our saleswoman handle our situation.
