    Fabulous crew and service

    I went with my daughter to see what she and her fiancé had chosen. The girl that worked there took the time to set a table for me so I could see what it would look like without me even asking. Marlin and his crew were so accommodating and helpful that day and the day of the wedding! The wedding was beautiful!

    We rented linens and a dance floor from GYC. The team was very responsive and did a great job doing set up!

    Great selection (particularly recommend the beautiful madeline chairs!) and prompt efficient delivery/pick-up. Melissa was so patient and helpful as we changed our order on an almost daily basis as we got closer to the wedding!

    Tom at Got You Cover'D was wonderful to work with. He was very receptive to all of our requests, and provided excellent ideas for any areas where we were unsure. His team began working on our venue 3 days prior to the wedding, and everything looked 10x better than I could picture in my head. Got You Cover'D was very easy to work and communicate with, and I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

    We LOVE the GYC crew! They were super flexible when we changed our venue halfway through and had major changes with our rental needs! Tom sat down with us and brought out samples of all my options so I could make an educated decision. The girls in the office were also super helpful when I made a lot of additions in the week prior to our wedding. They sent me updated copies of the invoice via email with each change. Everything arrived clean, beautiful, and accurate. Their level of service is just unmatched in the area...bottom line!

    Got you covered was very helpful and affordable. When I didn't know exactly what I wanted they took the time to go over colors and certain looks. They also were very flexible. I called and added and subtracted at last minute. They never made me feel like it.wasn't ok. We found out last minuet we needed lights. They came out and put them up and took them down when it was over. We had nothing but compliments on the lighting. The venue has never been lit so nice. Got you covered was great I would recommend them.

    I had a lot to learn with this event. Got You Cover'd knows how to do the job. The rental supplies including tent, linens, dishes, glassware, flatware, tables and chairs were all in good condition, no problems. There was excellent collaboration between Got You Cover'd and our caterer, Mama's Meatball, which made the process so much easier.

    Tom from Got You Cover'd had the "whatever it takes" attitude for our wedding event. With our wedding ceremony being outside on the beach and the forecast of rain, all it took was a phone call to Tom and he set up 8 large umbrellas for our guests to stand under. He also provided a gorgeous shiny black dance floor that was a huge success for our event. There is no one else we would use for event rentals. Thank you Tom and Got You Cover'd!

    Got You Cover'd was recommended to us by another vendor and provided us with everything our ceremony site could not. Chairs, pillars, tables. They were very easy to work with. We planned our wedding from out of state and found the services they offer very helpful. If you need something for your wedding, I recommend Got You Cover'd.

    Tom and Vanessa were amazing!! They were so helpful...on such a big weekend for them, they did everything to get what I needed. They have soo many options of chairs, tables, linens, plates and china. They also helped with idea and creativity. Tom spend time doing a layout of how our reception would look like. They go beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend them to anyone.

    They have beautiful cherry wood folding chairs! These totally made our day look like the rustic affair I'd been planning!

    We were so pleased with our items from GYC. The team was so helpful throughout the process, and we were making changes pretty much the entire time! They delivered everything on time, and we were so happy with how the ceremony and reception areas looked. Thanks GYC!

    We held an intimate, simple local wedding. Despite changing my mind a few times and being totally neurotic about details because I didn't have a coordinator, the team at Got You Cover'd graciously adjusted our order as needed and helped me feel confident before the big day. Our only snafu - one of the coffee pots didn't have a pump. Our resourceful caterer accomodated and it was no big deal but double check your items before, just in case.

    Excellent products. Big pole tent was beautiful and sturdy, crew was accommodating and all parts for a dinner event for 400 was great. They even found a one-of-a-kind chandelier to enhance our "Old West" theme.

    Easy. Everything we needed, we received with ease and accuracy. I ordered a few items last minute even and they accommodated us without a problem.

    Everything was ready on time for me to pick up the day before the wedding. Just wish they were open on Sundays to accept rental returns.

    I decided to do our rentals through got you cover'd because our venue (tiber canyon) offers a 10% discount when you book with them. Nevertheless, I was happy to work with them! They worked with us to meet our budget and the quality of our linens, table settings, etc. was great! The square plates helped our "budget wedding" look more sophisticated. It was nice that our rental agreement included delivery on friday and pick up on Monday. After selecting the rentals I didn't have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend this vendor.

    Got You Covered did a nice job with our wedding. We had a few miscommunication problems in the beginning and they ended up renting out a couple items we already had reserved for our wedding causing us to scramble and fill in with another vendor. After we visited the store and figured the rentals, they were good to work with. The girls there were very helpful in helping us adjust rentals and let us upgrade to some new glasses which they received the week before our wedding. The guys did good job setting up the tables, etc, and helped us place everything where it was needed. Overall it worked out well other than the communication problem in the beginning. Their items are very high quality and had gorgeous rustic tables. I would use them again, but would recommend calling and visiting in person rather than email.

    I absolutely am so disappointed with the quality of their customer service. They delivered a dance floor that was the size of a table (which is what their rep recommended for 250 people!) and they said they were gonna charge me $800 to have them bring me a new one because it was a sunday and they had to pay their staff overtime. It took them 6hrs to get back to me and were totally rude when it came to solving the issue. When they picked up their stuff they came at 7am when they were supposed to come at 10am! Horrible service and lack of communication! Would never use these people again.

    Got You Cover'D's reply:

    We are terribly sorry you feel this way and were displeased with the 15x16 dance floor. We offer many different size options to fit our clients’ budget, style, and location. Perhaps the 20x24 dance floor, which accommodates 80 people and rents for $800, would have been a better option for you. Many times the wedding coordinator will follow up with the size when determining the location. Thank you for bringing to our attention that we must inform all clients the length of time needed to pick-up. We will do our best in the future when a venue changes policies on a holiday weekend.
