User1885443 Sent on 10/25/2014We had the best time at Grace Kelly Salon. The girls and I had mimosas and lunch ordered in, we spent most for the day there. All the stylist where professional, Stacy, Tiffany and Kelly where great they did ALL they could do to make my day great.
I highly recommend this salon we looked great and the staff did wonderful job. -

Julie Sent on 10/25/2014After 20 years of having my hair professionally colored and styled for countless occasions, I can honestly say this was the absolute worst experience I have had.
I was initially impressed by Kelly when we booked the salon for my wedding; however, it all went downhill from there.
My trial was painful. Stacy, their "fabulous stylist from LA" didn't come close to capturing the look I requested. She also was incredibly unprofessional, making borderline racist comments and actually grabbing my rear end at one point. Given that we were out of options and that she promised she knew how to correct my hair on the big day, we kept our appointments for the bridal party and I gave the ladies a disclaimer about Stacy.
For the wedding day, Kelly (the owner) and I discussed our party being there for 2-2.5 hours, with three stylists. We discussed having mimosas and lunch - and having a relaxing environment. That is the complete opposite of what happened.
When we arrived, we were whisked into chairs for 5 stylists. Every single stylist was unprofessional - Stacy and Kelly were the worst. Stacy not only made inappropriate comments, but nearly had me in tears when she snapped at me multiple times for no reason.
Kelly trash talked other brides, mothers of the bride, and my mom to one of my friends. She also rudely told the ladies to get out of her way and that she had other customers to attend to, while we still had at least one person in a chair.
The icing on the cake was when the staff started charging the girls $80, instead of the $65 I confirmed with Kelly twice. They did honor the pricing, but not without major eye rolling and attitude.
While my hair was great (due to my ladies keeping Stacy in line), the other ladies' hair was not worth $65, let alone $80. I've seen $80 and $100 updos, but certainly not here.
My only goal in writing this review is to save another bride from having such an awful experience. -

I was embarrassed that I had chosen this salon to bring my mother and bridesmaids to for our wedding day hair. The stylist that did my hair was incredibly rude. The stylist that did my mother's hair didn't seem to take anything my mom had to say into consideration. This went beyond not seeing eye-to-eye as a bride with a vision and a professional hairstylist. I understood that my hair is soft and shiny and doesn't have a ton of natural body to it. I think that's why we have hairspray. I recognized that there was likely a method to the madness but when I raised some polite questions about the process I was greeted with an eye-roll and basically given up on. I would never recommend that a bride go to this salon for her wedding day hair - it was certainly not a stress-free way to start the day.
