    Outstanding

    I worked with Diana since the day I chose my venue. She is extremely quick in her replies and very transparent. I was not sure our wedding was going to take place due to the pandemic, and she was very understanding. The forecast called for rain and we decided to go with their clear tents. The staff that came the day prior to set them up were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We ended up not getting any rain the day of but without the tents, we would not have been able to set tables and decor up the day prior. I cannot say enough words to express how happy we were to have chosen them to be our tent provider. Everyone loved how beautiful the venue looked!

    We hired GRE after being referred to them by our venue; and I'm so glad that we did! Their prices wherever affordable, by over $300 in some cases, and their staff was incredible to work with.

    Professional, quality service

    Dwain and the team at Grand Rental Events were AMAZING! The tent, dance floor, and all other rentals were of great quality and were delivered in a timely manner. Dwain was great to work with and created multiple schematic designs for my family and I to review before the big day. Having this visual was so helpful. We got married at my parents home and Dwain was able to come out to survey the property and had the perfect solution for a set up in a matter of minutes. The linens were beautiful as well and made our set up really stand out. We are so appreciative of all of the hard work that went into our event and would not have been able to do it without the team of wonderful people at Grand Rental Events.

    Got me coming back!

    Grand rental is great, best priced, flexible, fast and professional. They helped make our dreams come true a few weeks ago. We were so pleased with them that we are actually planning a 30th birthday party using them as well! With just a couple weeks notice Diane is helping us again, and doing she’s doing a great job (again). They did chairs, tables, lights, generator, extension cords, they were flexible the whole way through and very responsive.

    We worked with Diane Majewski and she was great! We had a very challenging space that required a number of dance floors. Multiple vendors were unwilling to work with the space or thought they could not accommodate it. I gave Diane all of the measurements and criteria she would need to understand what we are trying to achieve. Diane, free of charge, had the company owner visit the space. He took measurements and within a day they got back to me and indicated that the price they quoted on the phone was the final price. They had to get creative to make everything fit but they absolutely did it! They were on time for delivery, installation and pick up. The dance floors were beautiful! They look like new. I would absolutely use them again.

    I used Grand Rental Events for my linens through Blossom and Basket Boutique. The linens were clean and a very good quality! I am very impressed with how everything looked and would definitely recommend them in the future. Thank you!

    I am a recent bride and am also an Event Planner. I have worked with Grand Rental on several occasions with my job. So, it was a no-brainer to use them for my wedding rentals. I worked with Jamie in the Frederick location and she was prompt with her responses and always pleasant. The day of the wedding, everything was delivered and set with no problem. I will be using them for future events myself and would absolutely recommend them to other couples.

    I rented from the location in Odenton, MD. They have a very large selection of rental linen and other items, for relatively affordable prices. The staff are very nice, especially Diana. On the day that I picked up my rental linen, everything was complete and ready on time. I was very happy with this business.

    A friend recommended Grand Rental after hearing me complain about the (in my opinion) exorbitant tent rental rates I’d been quoted. From the second I talked to Kathy at Grand Rental I knew I was in good hands. The prices were beyond reasonable and the service was superb. I HIGHLY recommend Grand Rental.

    Grand Rental Events was an incredible vendor for our wedding! We had our heart set on a clear-top tent, but we couldn't find a vendor that could provide one. Grand Rental actually purchased the tent for our wedding and their rental rate was competitive. The staff was easy to work with, responsive and always checking in to be sure we had what we needed. They even contacted us afterwards to be sure that everything met expectations. Grand Rental's service and professionalism exceeded all expectations. I'd recommend them in a heart beat for any type of event.

    We only rented a dance floor from Grand Rental Events, but it went very smoothly for us. They arrived on time and the set up team was very helpful. They were flexible with any changes or additions needed. We did not need a tent for our outdoor wedding, but they were willing to provide one if we notified them a day in advance. They had measured the yard on their own time to know what tent would suit us. I cannot vouch for any of their other products (there are some terrible reviews online), but the dance floor looked great. The only complaint I have is that the dance floor was supposedly going to fit 60 people, but actually it was only suitable for about 20 people or 30 in a tight squeeze. Thankfully, it did not take away the fun atmosphere from our wedding. And when it was just a few people dancing it did not look awkward at least. Overall, we had a good experience with them.

    I was recently married June 2nd 2012 in Severn, MD. I had an outdoor wedding.

    Grand Rental Events was very informative from start to finish. Kathy helped me plan my wedding rentals form the very beginning and was extremely quick responding to emails with questions about price changes for this and that. I ended up renting a tent, tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, fans, a generator, and more.

    Considering what I needed to have an outdoor wedding, starting with just an open field - I think it was a value compared to paying a "Wedding Venue"

    My advice: Call Kathy - ask her some questions, and you will know a lot more of what you're looking at.
    Then you can play around with their options and see what is in your budget...it was actually fun.

    Grand Rentals helped me immensely with a wedding I was planning in Frederick from far away. They were pretty good about being responsive, and the owners were great about accommodating us and trying to give discounts where they could. The delivery fee and set up was worth the cost - it took the entire work day, but not having to have family/friends help with set up was worth the cost. The dance floor was a tiny bit smaller than I expected, but it worked for the wedding and overall I would HIGHLY recommend this vendor for any outdoor event (weddings especially) it was worth the cost, and everything turned out beautifully.

    As an event coordinator, Grand Rental Events has been helping me with rentals for 3 years now. They have always been accommodating and helpful, even when I have had last minute and sometimes obscure requests. Dwain and his team have always made sure we had what we needed when we needed it.

    Grand Rental Events was a great rental company and really went above and beyond to help me figure out everything I would need to rent for a very complex wedding venue that provided nothing but the space. Their rates were affordable and they were very flexible. My only complaint was that they did not set up some of the lighting I paid for and that was disappointing. Overall, I would recommend them!

    Out of all of the rental places we could find they were definitely the most reasonably priced. They worked well with us in deciding what we wanted and how much of each. We only had one mishap with pricing which was fixed. The day of the wedding went great, everything was there on time and set up perfectly! Overall they were a good company to work with.

    We had two rental agreements with Grand Rental Events. I was satisfied with the chair covers and found them to be a great compliment to our wedding. However, I was upset about their communication with the workers that delivered the chairs for our ceremony. I told the company on 4 separate occasions that the chairs could not be placed on the grass and they assured me that it into the notes for the delivery. The two men that came to deliver the chairs set them all up in the grass and left. My officiant had to move the chairs to the correct location by herself. They also asked my groom and his groomsmen to help set them up, even though we had paid for them to do it. Although the chairs were pretty, if you have a venue with specific rules, I would not recommend them for delivery and set up of chairs.

    Do not confuse Grand Rental Frederick with the other Grand Rental outfits who have better reviews. Grand Rental Frederick, Dwain in particular, was horrible to work with. They were the only vendor we worked with that we had a single issue with (much less multiple issues!). They were unresponsive, manipulative, lazy and underhanded.

    Gentlemen: Save yourselves an upset fiance/bride and skip this vendor. There are enough issues you're going to have to work out before your wedding day, you don't need this vendor adding to them!

    Brides: Avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and tears (and at times even anger) and go with a different rental agency. Even if you think you're saving money by going here, when all is said and done you likely won't be and you'll be left with a giant headache.

    Vendors should be there to HELP make your day great not be a source of frustrations!

    I communicated with Kathy from this company who said they could provide me with pipe and draping for the top windows of my reception site. I have several emails with this company expressing my desires in addition to the measurements. Kathy told me they could provide pipe and draping to cover the windows I needed covered (as the reception site did not have blinds on the upper windows and the sun would blind us around mid afternoon). The morning of my wedding I received a call from my reception manager stating the draping they provided only covered the lower windows (which already had blinds on them). This company did not provide the service that was requested. My husband called the company the morning of our wedding to see if they could come back and fix it. He was told this was a custom order and couldn't be fixed nor would we get our money back. I do not recommend this company at all! We payed for a service that we didn't get and then they refused to give us our money back.

    I rented my tablecloths from this company. A week and a half after my wedding, I received an email from them stating they were missing one of the runners. I know for a fact that everything was returned to them, because I personally cleaned up after my own wedding. I was the one who counted the tablecloths and runners, and put them in a bag, because I did not want something like this to happen. A month after telling them everything had been returned to them they decided to charge my credit card for the "missing" item, without even contacting me first.
