We hired Graze as our wedding caterer. When we met Amelia, she was warm, welcoming, and kind. The food was delicious, and they can pretty much accommodate whatever you need! They have great options to choose from. The staff is organized, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. We had a buffet style reception during COVID, and they pre-portioned and served everything themselves. They were safe and accommodating, and that was SO appreciated.Graze, LLC's reply:

Y'all, there is no other catering option worth considering. Amelia and her husband Rick are INCREDIBLE. First of all, this is not wedding food. This is steal-from-your-neighbor's-plate, eat-until-it-hurts southern cooking. Amelia did our main meal, apps and late night food truck and YOU GUYS people are still talking about it. She was able to accommodate our guests with Celiac's and dietary restrictions and is also just the sweetest human being. One of my husband's groomsmen, a regional CrossFit competitor, had his plate so piled high with meat it could have touched Jesus and I've never seen him so happy. Her pricing is incredible and I would pay triple for how good the darn food is. Cannot recommend her enough!Graze, LLC's reply:

We first met Amelia at an open house at Haue Valley and immediately fell in love with her bacon wrapped potatoes. We were ready to book with her on the spot but did a formal tasting to talk through the menu where she was able to be very accommodating to various dietary needs for our guests. She was able to transform the whole meal to gluten free and made an amazing vegan meal for 2 of the people in our wedding party. One of them ended up needing to leave immediately after the ceremony because of a family emergency and she packed it up for him and he was able to take it with him. There was more than enough food for everyone but no leftovers because everyone kept going back for more! -

The food was hands down one of my favorite parts of our wedding. The very first time I tried the food was at my venues open house and my parents and my husband knew that was the food for the wedding. It was perfect. They were so accommodating and the prices were perfect for us. I would recommend them to anyone I know! Looking forward to having it again sometime!!

The lack of communication was horrible, to the point that I had to change vendors. We had initially planned a wedding of about 150 people. At our tasting, we discussed many things--dessert bar, utensils, but said we would choose these things closer to the date. The pandemic happened, and we decided to downsize our wedding to about 20 people. I still wanted to use Graze, and emailed them asking if they would be willing to cater a smaller event. They never responded, so a month or two later I had to assume they did not cater such small events and moved on to another vendor. As disappointing as this was, I was shocked to get a call less than two weeks from our original date out of the blue for "final numbers, as your wedding is less than two weeks away!" This was the only communication I had received in SIX MONTHS. No confirmation emails, no answers to my questions, no calls--nothing. I found this incredibly sloppy and unprofessional. After explaining this, I was asked to call Graze again to discuss, but emailed that I would prefer to proceed over email, as I work in healthcare with COVID and as you can imagine am incredibly busy during normal business hours. I did not receive a response, yet again. No other vendor has been this unprofessional and lacking in communication. I would caution anyone wanting to use Graze.Graze, LLC's reply:
We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with Graze. While it is our policy to communicate with clients two weeks prior to an event, it is apparent some miscommunication occurred. When Joanna, our event manager, reached out to you for your final consult, you informed her that you no longer needed our services. I had spoke with someone from your family and had already made notes in your proposal to change your headcount from 150 to 20 people. I had also noted that we would do a drop off at a private residence. We received an email from you after Joanna reached out, stating you were unhappy. I personally tried to call you to apologize and discuss the situation with you. Our customers are our top priority, and we apologize that you did not have to positive Graze experience.
