  Very professional service and delivery

  We rented 10 farmhouse tables for our event. Communication was great and service was friendly. The farmhouse tables added a level of elegance and made the event beautiful.

  Best pricing around!

  I booked Great Lakes Chiavari for my wedding. I needed chairs for both my ceremony and reception. Kyle was great with communication and they had the best pricing I could find! I did not have to worry about anything the day of my wedding as the team took care of everything. The chairs were in great condition and looked amazing at my venue. Overall I am incredibly happy with the service and quality from Great Lakes Chiavari, I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who may be needing chairs for an event!

  I would definitely use Great Lakes!

  Found them to be helpful, well-priced and prompt. Despite some personell issues, they always got back to me! The chairs arrived on time, they set them up in 2 different places without extra charge and accommodated a late-night pick up!

  Cheap, but not the best customer service

  Great Lakes Chiavari usually took a long time to respond to my inquiries, and had hidden fees that I did not expect. Beware--the Same Day Pickup Fee can't be avoided no matter what. GLC was NOT clear about that in the first place so I worked hard to get my venue to allow an early delivery to try to save money. Nope.
  This vendor was the one I was most nervous about. The good news is they delivered my chairs and they all looked good. The price was still decent after the fees, but you may have anxiety working with them.

  Ruined my lawn, won't return phone calls. Zero stars.

  Rented chairs for our wedding. The following day when they returned to collect them, the driver decided to back their cube truck on my grass to save themselves ~30 ft of effort. It had been raining all day, and their truck got stuck. As a result, they created huge trenches of mud and destroyed the grass in their path. Then asked me to help them get it unstuck. Over $250 in damage was done.
  I contacted their office the following day only to be referred to their contract which states they are not liable for damage. The contract also states they "shall minimize damage to customer's lawn", which they clearly did not. I asked to have a person in authority return my call.
  Thursday afternoon (4 days later) with no call back, I called the owner directly. I left a message and never received a return call. The owner was also aware of this situation as he called looking for his team while they were stuck. He never took initiative to reach out, which is basic customer service.
  
  Terrible customer / business service, and complete disregard in general. Once they have your money, they disappear. Instead of offering a simple apology and asking how they can make it right, they choose to duck and hide.

  The worst vendor during Covid

  We had our wedding venue all set and were excited to upgrade our chairs. Then Covid hit and our venue cancelled our event, so we had to make changes. All of our other vendors were awesome to work with, either giving us a discount or a total refund of our deposit. GLC did neither and expected us to pay the full amount. When we did get the chairs some of the cushions were not usable, and most chairs had nicks and chips. GLC was also a day late for pick up, claiming he could not get anybody to help, even though our tent and dancefloor had full crews. Would not recommend
