  I loved having my wedding at Great Wolf Lodge, the honeymoon sweet was amazing! One thing that I want EVERY bride to know before choosing Great Wolf Lodge is that they cut my entire cake. I spent over 1,000 dollars on my cake and they sliced EVERY piece of my cake. I only have 130 people at my wedding and the cakes could feed 500 so you can imagine how much cake was left that just got thrown away! I only got one piece of the cake and was VERY unhappy about that! But other than that it was amazing and everyone was great!

  I worked with Lillian, at Great Wolf Lodge, in plannning my daughter's wedding. She was amazing, and very helpful. I only had one complaint, and that's pretty good for the ceremony and reception! I had them cut the cake and set it out, instead of us cutting and serving it. They cut the whole thing, over a thousand dollars worth, and set it out. I would guess about a forth of it got eaten, but we were not able to take what was left since it had been cut. I just figured they would cut some, set it out and when that started to go, they would cut more and add to it, but I was wrong. My daughter and son-in-law didn't even get a piece :(

  Great Wolf was the perfect location for my wedding & reception. Their space is wonderful and their service was fabulous. I had my ceremony on their outdoor patio and my reception in their large ballroom. The food was UNBELIEVEABLE....it was the best banquet facility meal I have had in a long time. They also worked within my very strict budget....with little negotiation.

  Great Wolf Lodge was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. Our event was elegant, tasteful, and classy. Most people don't think of GWL as a wedding reception option, but we loved it as did our guests! The service was by far their greatest asset! Our guests' commented again and again about the service that was provided by everyone working from the front desk clerks, to the wait staff during our meal, to bartending staff, housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond! Most of our guests work in the service industry and have high expectations, we are proud to say GWL exceeded those expectations!

  The staff did a great job. The food was great, not perfect, but still very good. They made it very easy for me not to worry about the set up of the reception.

  Jessica Bays was an incredible event coordinator at Great Wolf Lodge. She responded to all our phone calls and emails almost immediately. She was encouraging and offered great advice and insight for us when we felt overwhelmed with decisions to be made. She followed up on every question and was flexible, accommodating and pleasant when we made changes. She delivered exactly what we asked for on wedding day. Our guests were so impressed with the venue and the service provided during our reception. I would highly recommend this venue and Jessica would be a huge reason why.. I am the mother of the bride, but I will add that my daughter (the bride) chose this venue over another one due to Jessica and her level of comfort with her.
