  I hired Greedy Palates to cater my event on 6-21-14, I must say they did a great job. The staff was professional and made sure that my guest were taken care of. My guest loved the food that they provided. Thanks Assata for everything!

  Wonderful food... Amazing Food!! Literally, every single person at the party commented on how good EVERY SINGLE item was on the menu. This is a professional group that is respectful of the home, guests and owners. Very well done and will DEFINITELY hire again. I cannot say enough good things about them!

  Everyone raved about the food at my wedding, thanks to Greedy Palates! Assata was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole planning process. She was quick to respond and give feedback when I had questions. I made changes to my menu multiple times and she was always easy to work with. There is nothing I would change about the service I received. Thank you Assata for making my reception amazing!!!

  Greedy Palates is the best!!! First of all when your guest are impressed and go back for seconds (maybe thirds) that tells you how good the food is. Not only was the food fantastic, the staff was friendly!!!! Greedy Palates also stepped up and delivered my wedding & groom's cake to the wedding.   My wife and I hired Greedy Palates to cater our wedding reception. We considered several companies but we really liked Assata who came all the way to our house to one awful and traffic-filled evening to let us sample the food options. We were immediately impressed with how friendly and competent she was. The food she sampled for us that night was incredible. But most importantly, at the big event everything was just as great. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made (other than getting married). She (Assata) went to great lengths to accommodate us and reassure us on many things, which was very helpful as the planning craziness really picked up.
  
  We had other issues with our wedding…but not with Assata and Greedy Palates. They were easy to work with, the whole staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was incredible. We had the flank steak, chicken, pasta bar, hors d'oeuvres, and they cut and served our cake beautifully and in a flash! Our reception hall was limited on space, with only a small kitchenette, but they had no problems bringing in their own gear and using the outside deck as a prep area.
  
  Thank you to everybody who runs and works for Greedy Palates! I recommend them to anybody putting on any kind of event. They were easy to work with and the price was a great deal. When I think about all the food and service that they provided, I am so relieved and thankful we found them.

  Working with Greedy Palates has been by far awesome! Assata, the owner, is very professional and truley caters to her clients. She catered both my bridal shower and wedding.   Three days after my wedding and I'm still munching on food!!! The food was outstanding and Assata and her staff were amazing!! She was able to accommodate some last minute requests from my coordinator regarding some changes for the buffet. She worked within our budget and gave us different menu options. She even plated my cake for my guests and was able to make some adjustments when my bridesmaids didn't receive any cake..lol!! I would definitely use them for my next event that requires a caterer.

  The service that was provided for our wedding by Greedy Palates was phenomenal. Their service and responsiveness to any needs that arose at our wedding was beyond compare. And the food of course exceeded our expectations.
  We could not have asked for a better vendor, and they will be our recommendation for any events that arise in our future!

  Absolutely AMAZING!!! Greedy Palates turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Assata did a wonderful job ensuring all 250 people left our wedding full and happy! We will be definitely do future business with Greedy Palates for family related functions.

  Well, where do I start, the best vendors I know. Assata and Ruth were very responsive and very friendly yet professional. They were not just my caterer and decorator they also became my counselors along the way lol. I will recommend them and their teams anytime, any day. They were simply awesome.

  We were very pleased with the service provided by Greedy Palates. The food was very very good. It was not your typical bland cold wedding food. I will definitely use this ompany again for any other catered needs.

  My wife and I were married last week and Greedy Palates was our catering service. I want to first say, I am a VERY cautious person. I read reviews before I buy nearly anything. When I looked over the reviews at the time, she only had a couple and one review was not so great.
  
  Nonetheless, we went to a tasting and met Assata for the first time. She is a WONDERFUL person to be around. She was one of the most down to earth and friendly people we have had the pleasure of being around. She was constantly smiling and you could tell she really loves what she does.
  
  But of course my real questions were still the same.
  
  1. How is the food?
  2. What's up with the bad review?
  
  First off, the food was AMAZING. So much flavor and everything was cooked perfectly. Everything pretty much melted in our mouths. After being to about 4 tastings we were 90% sure we HAD to have this at our wedding. But the other question still lingered, what about the bad review?
  
  After the tasting we asked her about it and she explained that basically, the bride expected more than she'd already paid for. Realizing this wasn't Assata's fault, we chose to have her as our caterer.
  
  THE WEDDING- -
  
  Everyone that came up to us said it was the BEST wedding they have ever been too. Countless people and food critics (chefs included) told us how amazing the food was. A few even said it was the best food they have ever tasted.
  
  If you are on the fence about Assata and Greedy Palates I strongly urge you to set up a tasting and see for yourself. You will not be let down. But keep in mind she will work with your budget as much as she can. Food will still cost money though lol. But compared to some of the bigger catering companies out there. We liked her food better and her prices where much more reasonable.

I first consulted with Greedy Palates based off a stellar recommendation from a Bride on Wedding Bee and from the moment I 1st spoke with her I have been nothing but pleased. She worked with me and my mom and since I was an out of town bride she made Wedding Planning so much easier with her kindness and flexibility! My guests still rave about the food!

  Greedy Palates made my wedding renewal ceremony a memory that will always be cherished in my heart. Their food was absolutely amazing! The steaks were by far the best I ever had! And the presentation was so beautiful. Her staff went above and beyond to ensure that I and all of my guest were pleased. I would highly recommend this company.

  Greedy Palates was very responsive and seemed to be perfect until the actual wedding date. The services that we discussed were not upheld and all professionalism went out the window. Our guest are STILL talking about how terrible the caterer and the staff were. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND greedy palates to anyone!
