She has been quick to respond and did a great job at helping me pick what will look best with my choice flowers. What has been most convenient is since I live out of state she has been extremely accommodating by working with me via e-mail. I have every confidence that our flowers will be absolutely perfect for our wedding!
Update: Laura did an amazing job with our flowers. They were fresh and beauitful. -

Arlene Sent on 06/23/2014My wedding was Mother's Day weekend, and most florists in the area wouldn't even considering taking on a wedding that weekend. Green Arbor was one of the few florists willing to work with me. Their special events manager Laura was wonderful to work with. I had initially contacted Laura in September of last year to check on their availability. Because life happens, a couple months passed by before I had gotten back to her about meeting in person after our initial contact and confirming booking them. Laura actually contacted me in November to see if I was still interested in using them b/c another bride had asked about the date and she wanted to confirm with me before taking another meeting for that date. I was amazed and knew that's the kind of vendor I want to work with. I sent her a Pinterest board before we met to give her an idea of the look and theme I was going for. At our meeting, she was extremely personable and helpful. She offered some great suggestions that would both look great with my theme/vision while still keeping costs down. We had a big wedding party and the flowers turned out beautiful at such a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a florist in Central PA and the surrounding area. -

I took several pictures with me to the first consultation and Laura was great in understanding exactly what I was looking for and creating my ideal bouquet. When the flowers were delivered the morning of the wedding everything was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend Green Arbor to brides in the area. -

Tiffany Sent on 07/02/2012Laura was so nice to work with! Our flowers turned out gorgeous! We had our wedding at the Boulder Ridge Lodge at Liberty Mountain Resort on a beautiful spring afternoon. My bouquet was a mix of cream, light pink peonies with deep pink roses, my bridesmaids had cream and pink peonies as their bouquets. Our centerpieces were a mix of cream, light pink, deep pink roses and lisianthus with greens. We also had a garland that was hung on top of the gazebo and on the mantle of the fireplace. Everything turned out more beautiful then I could have ever imagined. Thank you Laura and your team for playing such an important part in our special day! -

Nicole Sent on 06/13/2012Laura at Green Arbor is AMAZING!! I worked with her for my bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. She did 2 samples of both bridal and bridesmaids bouquets for me ahead of the wedding that were STUNNING. Those lasted 2 weeks in water at home! Come wedding day not only were my wedding flowers GORGEOUS Laura was a life saver. I had brought some simple yellow roses from home to sink in water for my centerpieces. They froze in the hotel fridge over night and were all brown the morning of the wedding. Even though it was a Sunday and the place was closed I left Laura a voice mail and sent her an email and she was able to bring my plenty of yellow roses for what I was trying to do. The price was unbeatable, the service and flowers were amazing. If it wasn't a destination wedding, I'd be getting flowers form her any time I needed anything! -
User2444253 Sent on 11/27/2015I had an unfortunate experience with miscommunication via email. My email at school was having issues during our communication to set up a consult and it did not notify me which emails failed completely (most went through eventually). We came up with a date and time, but my confirmation email did not go through. A month later I drive 35 minutes for my appointment to find a rundown building that is empty and no one answering the phones. I left several voicemail and an email asking if our appointment was still on before I left. Several days later she emailed me with an apology saying that since she never got a confirmation email she figured I was no longer interested. I would have appreciated a follow up email from her either confirming the appointment again or my disinterest. That extra email could have saved me time and money and could have established my business. I just was not impressed with the establishment I saw nor the communication ability of the business.
