  Simply the BEST

  I have known Sandra for many years - almost a decade. I met her when I was in charge of planning a company's annual ski trip and she quickly became a priceless commodity to the process. We worked together on that project for several years, as our attendance grew from 200 to over 400 people, and each trip was better than the last.
  
  She really has a knack of reading people/vibes/situations/companies and providing exceptionally professional and fun service, no matter how ridiculous the ask or the occasion. We worked together on that project for several years, as our attendance grew from 200 to over 400 people, and each trip was better than the last.
  
  She really has a knack of reading people/vibes/situations/companies and providing exceptionally professional and fun service, no matter how ridiculous the ask or the occasion. She was amazingly creative and unflappably cool through each of the inevitable changes that come up in a process like that or hiccups that occurred (through no fault of hers) along the way and during the actual 3 day event. We worked together for the better part of 8 months to get each of these trips up and running. My weekly calls with her were easily the most calming and fun part my job during those months.
  
  After our first year of working with Sandra on this crazy corporate ski trip, I promised that when I got engaged, she would be the first person to know (after my mom) so that I could be sure to book her for my big day. Just 7 short years later, I came through with my promise. Getting back into the planning groove with Sandra was like catching up with an old friend who knows me very well. She remembered all my quirks and preferences from events past and had lots of new ideas for me too. After we had to cancel our October 2020 date, my husband and I decided on a 70 person wedding in our backyard in August 2021. Despite an untimely spike in Covid causing great worry and risk, Sandra kept us calm, working toward our goals, providing lots of suggestions and resolutions as things developed and changed.
  
  Our wedding was a beautiful smashing success... it was exactly the day and night that my husband and I had hoped for. This was due in no small part to the incredible talent that is Sandra D. of Green Fox Events. She worked well with each of our vendors, seamlessly handling every moving part leading up to the event, the day before, day of, and day after our wedding. My husband and I got to enjoy every single minute of our big day, knowing that every detail was being handled, just as I would have handled it myself.
  
  Sandra is truly EVERYTHING (and more!) that you would want in an event planning partner: impeccably organized, smart, savvy, creative, detail oriented, optimistic, flexible, calming, inspiring, encouraging, patient, and most importantly, decisive and commanding as needed. I can't say enough good about Sandra. I can't recommend her enough. Worth every penny. Do yourself a big favor and book her for your next event. You won't regret it.

  The most important vendor I booked!

  I don't know what I would've done without Callie and the Green Fox team. I had trouble picturing what my wedding weekend would look like, and had no idea what to do when it came to design, or what I should be working on, when.
  
  Callie had all the answers for me and even provided great input based on the trends she sees in her line of work in combination with what she understood as my vision.   Just hire them

  Green Fox Events decorated our wedding venue. they executed our vision (and helped us create one) amazingly well. They got all the decorations I made up half a mountain to a ski lodge where the wedding was taking place. Made everything look absolutely wonderful, and where I forgot something/lacked a vision they improvised and improved. High quality service, easy to work with and they made everything for our day magical. They even procured a national park sign for my husband and I as a keepsake.

  Hiring Green Fox was one of the best wedding decisions we made. After covid forced us to change venues and cut our guest list, they stepped in and were hugely helpful start to finish. We were on an hourly contract, and they did everything we asked while avoiding running up the clock. As we got close, they were a calming presence, and they ran the rehearsal and day-of to perfection. They also sourced rentals and linens and made that part easy.

  Sandra saves the day!

  Green Fox Events and Sandra especially are fantastic! We consulted with them for a few hours at the start of our wedding planning, and then 2 years later (post covid pushing back our date), went back to them to help us get a permit to get married on forest service land. They remembered us, were super helpful and sweet, and ended up running our ceremony! Getting married on forest service land can be such a hassle, and Green Fox were the only ones who got us anywhere. We were soon introduced to Sandra's right-hand-woman Cara, she was our main contact throughout the rest of the wedding planning and she did a great job keeping in touch with us and keeping us on budget. Cara & Sandra did an incredible job, not just with the wedding coordination but making us feel like we were life-long friends, they truly want to make your big day unforgettable and will do everything in their power to make sure that happens.   Loved Greenfox!

  Sandra and Cara made our wedding so beautiful and stress free! After meeting with them for a free consultation, I was like YES! They helped with every step of the process like how much is a wedding photographer supposed to cost and how do you hire a 50 person charter bus? They are friendly welcoming and so graceful in every situation. We had an extra guest arrive and Sandra had found them a seat and had their dinner served before I even realized she had arrived!   As a planner, it was my first time working with Green Fox Events in Mammoth and I have to say the professionalism and kindness made me feel very comfortable in an area I was unfamiliar with. Most of all she was there for everything on the day of the wedding and even for the brunch on the day after she worked so hard.   When we booked our venue in Mammoth Lakes back in October for August 2024 wedding, I wasn't sure how I was going to plan a wedding from 6 hours away. Hiring Green Fox Events was one of the best decisions we made and made the planning process so easy!! I worked with Callie directly during the entire planning process. She helped me create a design plan, timeline for the day and frequently met with me to discuss logistical issues. When it came to the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about set-up at all. I showed up to the venue and the decor looked so beautiful and better than I could've imagined. Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives and I think a lot of that has to do with the hard work and dedication of Green Fox Events! They also have very adorable rental equipment so you don't have to buy things just to use it once. I can't recommend GFE enough!! Would definitely book them again.

  Our June Mountain Wedding

  Green Fox was absolutely wonderful! Not only did they help me with the set up and style of my wedding venue, but they also took care of all the clean up the day after for us making it so my husband and I could enjoy more time spent with all our friends and family.   I cannot recommend Green Fox enough to help plan and coordinate your big day! Cara really helped bring my vision to life. I was stressed about the design…party planning is really not my thing. But her and Callie helped me stay on top of things, stay organized, and made our day so incredibly beautiful. They have great vision and I had 0 stress on the big day because of this amazing team. They even helped modify our ceremony seating plans to accommodate our guests during a big snow storm that came in unexpectedly and plan an epic ski down wedding photo shoot. They are an amazing group and I am so grateful for them! 10/10 recommend!!

  We are so so happy with how our day turned out and a lot of that was thanks to Sandra and Cara at Green Fox! We hired them for week of wedding coordinating and it was perfect. They gave me a timeline checklist to use in the months leading up to the wedding and then we had multiple zoom meetings as the day got closer. Honestly they helped so much with last minute things and I wasn’t stressed at all! Best investment we made for our wedding - Would hire them again no question!

  Callie and Jess worked our wedding in July 2021 and they were awesome, helpful, friendly and professional. I just needed help the week of with making sure the vendors were all good to go and that everything ran smoothly on the day of.
