  We had the most magical day at Green Gates!

  Green Gates was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding! We loved it from our first visit – the rustic, elegant barn, beautiful view and outdoor areas, and especially the unique décor collected over the years. We also loved that Debbie took the time to share bits of the venue’s history and some of the stories behind the decor on our tour – it’s clear how much care has been invested. Leading up to our event, Debbie was quick to answer all of our questions and open to scheduling follow up visits when needed. We also really appreciated that the venue staff takes care of managing tables/chairs and parking, as well as the large collection of signage/table décor/etc (the pinterest closet!) that we were able to use. On the day of our event, Debbie and her staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and it was exactly the setting we’d hoped for. I’m so so happy that we chose Green Gates!

  The best wedding venue!

  My Husband and I got married here on July 1st of 2023. The grounds were STUNNING this time of year with all of the gardens in full bloom and beautiful green grass lawn. This venue is the perfect location for a wedding or get together. Behind the wedding lawn is the perfect backdrop with the cascade mountains and the lake. Debbie and Kerri were so helpful and made our day go smoothly. They are prompt, helpful and thoughtful. They obviously take so much pride in their wedding venue and it's easy to tell they have done this before. They have amazing recommendations and a nice stock of items you can borrow on your special day, including yard games! We could not have asked for a better location for our perfect day. Thank you Kerri and Debbie!

  BEST Wedding Venue!!

  We got married at Green Gates in June of 2023 and the venue was absolutely perfect!! From the beginning, Debbie and Kerry were so kind, professional, flexible, easy to communicate with and quick to jump in and help with any questions or needs that we had. They work so hard to keep the venue looking stunning and to make all their couples feel comfortable and at home at their venue. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We got so many compliments on it from all of our guests and vendors. Both our photographer and videographer couldn't stop talking about how many perfect locations there were for photos/video and how photogenic the whole venue was. The property is spacious with beauty everywhere you look. They have a whole closet full of decor and extras that you can borrow for the day to decorate and make your visions come to life. On wedding day, Kerry and Debbie were around to help and answer any questions we (or our vendors) had. The venue has everything you could need for a beautiful, fun wedding that your guests will love. plus it's the best if you want absolutely stunning wedding photos. I really couldn't say enough good things about this venue and the amazing owners. If you're considering booking them for your wedding - do it! You will not regret it!   Fantastic venue with amazing staff

  My daughter's wedding at Green Gates was wonderful and the owners/staff were a big part of that. They were very accommodating and supportive. The venue is beautiful with so many picturesque spots within the grounds from the lake views to indoor spaces to green grottos. I can't say enough about the owners and how helpful and thoughtful they are. For instance they asked where the brides grandparents would be sitting so they could position an outdoor heater near them. Visit them and you'll see.

  Spectacular!

  This venue is gorgeous! There is at least a dozen amazing spots for photos. The owners are so helpful, responsive, kind and made sure our day went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! Our friends and family are still talking about how gorgeous it was!

  Beautiful Lakeside Wedding Venue!

  This snohomish wedding venue is a beautiful place for a lakeside wedding. The outdoor space is lovingly landscaped and every aspect of this property is well thought out. Great views, and a perfect semi-indoor space for a reception rain or shine! The venue owners were kind, helpful & offered top shelf service! The photo opportunities at this lakeside wedding venue are plentiful! I'm cant wait to come back and photograph another wedding!

  Oh my gosh - what a hidden gem!

  The stars really aligned when we found this absolutely perfect venue for our wedding day. Green Gates is owned by a wonderful couple who have been hosting weddings for many years and this venue is clearly the product of so much love and care. It sits in a wooded area right on a small lake in Snohomish and every structure and piece of decor on the property has a story. The owners love to repurpose objects and have created a truly special environment. We feel privileged to be part of a long line of couples who have made priceless memories here. Kerry and Debby have great relationships with so many vendors in the area and were so easy to work with. They were also completely flexible when we needed to reschedule our wedding due to COVID. I truly can't think of anywhere else I would have wanted to have my wedding day and our guests were blown away by how beautiful everything was. Green Gates is one of a kind and anyone who is lucky enough to host their wedding here won't be disappointed!

  Gorgeous venue

  The best day of our lives was at Green Gates at Flowing Lake! We cannot thank Debbie & Kerry enough- our wedding was absolute perfection and I wish we could relive that day over and over. We fell in love with this venue not only because of the gorgeous landscape and uniqueness, but because of the owners. Debbie & Kerry are incredible and ensure that the venue grounds are up-kept, guests are happy and they were constantly checking in with us to make sure the day was everything we had hoped for and more.

  Best Decision!!!

  Having our wedding at Green Gates was the best decision that we made during this wedding process (besides saying "yes!" to my fiance of course). Couple of things that make Green Gates stand out from the rest:
  
  1) Kerry and Debbie, the owners of this venue - From the beginning, both of them were so kind, generous, and helpful. They take pride in their venue, as they should, because both of them work hard to make it as beautiful as it is. They were attentive to answering any questions (in person or email) and truly wanted to make it the best day.
  2) THE VENUE! - the pictures truly don't do it justice. PLEASE go visit to see it. Our photographer loved the space so much that he gave us 2 additional hours of coverage so he could capture the different photograph locations. Our guests kept saying how it was the best venue they've been to.
  3) The rental closet - Kerry & Debbie are incredibly generous hosts and allow access to use their decor and supplies. I'm talking vases, candles, easels, chalkboards, aisle decor, random decor you didn't even know you needed or wanted! This helped us save so much money.
  4) Convenience - the generous time you get at the venue helped put everything at ease. Everyone got ready at the venue, which allowed more time to hang out and relax. The bridal cottage and grooms cabin is so useful. Kerry & Debbie truly thought of everything!

  Perfect Venue!

  Green Gates was the perfect venue for our special day! Debbie was so helpful and treated us like family. I love the variety of spaces and photo ops this venue offered. Not only is the reception area cute enough that we barely had to buy decor, they also have a decor closet that had a wide variety of things to choose from. We loved that the venue was down the street from the Flowing Lake campground. Our bridal party spent the weekend at the campground, which was so much fun.

  Green Gates was the perfect venue for our special day! Debbie was so helpful and treated us like family. I love the variety of spaces and photo ops this venue offered.   Rustic and Romantic

  This was truly a dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we pulled up to view it we just knew it was a perfect fit and when our day finally came it did not disappoint. We hardly needed any decorations because the venue spoke for itself. Debbie & Kerry were SO wonderful to work with. Absolute perfection.

  Best experience I have had with a business

  Green Gates is definitely worth a five star review for many reasons. From organization to price and value, to beautiful scenery, this venue far exceeded the expectations I had for my wedding. The owners, Debbie and Kerry are truly one of a kind with a venue unlike any other. They were kind and upfront about everything. There was not a detail they kept hidden from me (unlike many of the other venues I looked at) and most importantly, there were never any hidden fees. The venue is absolutely gorgeous as well. Many of my guests at the wedding, and in conversation after the wedding would not stop commenting on how beautiful the venue is. It is obvious that a lot of work and love is put into this venue.

  We had an amazing wedding day at Green Gates! The owners Kerry and Debbie were a joy to work with, and the grounds are absolutely stunning. They have a huge closet full of decorations to borrow, which saved us a ton of money. Our guests loved the venue because there are so many spaces to mingle and explore. The owners are very professional and made our lives very easy throughout the wedding planning process. I can’t say enough good things about this venue!

The price you are initially quoted, is the price you will pay when it’s all said and done…there are no hidden charges or fees. Not only are the owners wonderful people, but Green Gates is absolutely beautiful! You really have to see it in person! We walked away from that day feeling like we could not have possibly picked a better venue for our daughter’s wedding! According to her, it truly was the best day of her life, and Kerry and Debbie had a big part to play in making that possible!

  Debbie & Kerry For The Win

  As with most pandemic weddings, we had to postpone our June 2020 wedding to 2021. Debbie and Kerry were in contact and very helpful throughout the process of changing dates and keeping us on track. They preemptively kept us in the know about safety measures leading up to June 2021 and honestly, without their help and support in the months before and the day of, the wedding would not have been a success.
  The venue itself is beautiful near Flowing Lake. It was the first venue we saw and ended up falling in love with it. Even after looking at other venues, we know it had to be Green Gates. There were many fun little touches that made it stand out. Wide open grassy areas for lawn games, cute little bar right next to the reception space, comfortable bridal suite and a rustic grooms cabin. Picture opportunities galore, a cool shady spot for large group photos, covered reception space in case of rain, and the constant improvements Debbie and Kerry make. Apart from the venue Debbie had a sheet of other wedding vendor recommendations. We picked three vendors from that list and all were amazing.
  Our wedding was a blast, every guest told us about how amazing the venue was but really Debbie & Kerry (and team) were even better and no.1 reason any prospective couples should pick this place.

  Amazing Venue! Amazing Service!

  Debbie & Kerry with Green Gates at Flowing Lake are absolutely amazing! They are so responsive and supportive of your vision for your special day! Their love and passion for making the best wedding venue is clear in everything they do. They have curated Green Gates to be one of the most magical places I have seen. Each time my husband and I visited they had done something new to make the venue that much more perfect. I was worried I didn't have enough decorations for our wedding but Green Gates at Flowing Lake was sooooo beautiful that we truly didn't need much to make it our ideal wedding venue. We brought just a few personal items but the natural beauty really did the job. We were so thankful for Kerry and Debbie's timely responses to our emails. They gave us great vendor suggestions. We are so happy we got married at Green Gates and strongly suggest it for anyone looking for a venue.

  Amazing Experience at Green Gates

  Wow! This venue is exceptional! It is beautiful overlooking Flowing Lake. It has many different areas, from a rose garden, to the barn for the reception, to the bar and cocktail area. There’s so many places for great pictures and the owners of the venue just make it that much better. They were kind, responsive, and easy to work with. They keep up the property so beautifully, constantly working on it to make it better and better. It was a dream having our wedding here!

  Absolutely fantastic

  I would get married here a thousand times over. Everyone completed the venue and kept saying how beautiful it was. I really appreciated their “pay it forward” closet, communication, and the place is full of natural beauty. I didn’t really feel like I needed to bring any of my own decorations because it was already so beautiful!

  Excellent and Fantastic

  The service of the owners and the on-site wedding staff made this a wonderful experience. Every question was answered quickly and Debbie let us come back to the venue a few times before the wedding to make sure our plans were on track. She gave us ideas and listened to every desire, need and strived to make everything exactly the way the bride wanted.

  Perfect place for a perfect day

  My wife and I fell in love with Green Gates the moment we arrived for our initial tour. When our wedding day finally came, we could not have asked for a more perfect place to share with our friends and family. The staff was incredibly, taking care of everything so we need not worry about a thing. The ceremony grounds are stunning, there's so much to explore, and the whole property is so charming that almost no additional decor is needed, other than little bits to put your own stamp on the day. We cannot recommend Green Gates enough!

  Amazing Venue!!

  My husband and I could not be happier with our decision to go with Green Gates as our wedding venue! The property is gorgeous! There are so many beautiful and unique nooks and crannies throughout, that are great for taking photos and escaping the heat if it’s a hot summer day like ours was. Debbie and Kerry have built everything themselves and you can tell by the care and attention to small detail how much love they put into building this venue. Not to mention, they are both incredibly sweet and kind! The first day Debbie came up and gave us a big hug and we already felt like family. I can not recommend Green Gates at Flowing Lake enough to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue! All of our guests kept raving about it, and asking how in the world we found it. We would choose it again in a heartbeat! :)

  My husband and I recently got married at Green Gates at Flowing Lake and could not have been happier with our experience! Kerry and Debbie were wonderful to work with, and helped us to achieve or wedding vision. I emailed them several times throughout the planning process asking for suggestion for vendors, decor, and things that worked/did not work well in their space. They promptly replied with helpful comments each time! 60 days before the wedding, they provided us with a checklist of everything that we needed to do to make our day successful. On the day of, they tirelessly worked behind the scenes to make our day perfect. The space is absolutely GORGEOUS and our guests are still raving about what a wonderful time they had

  Green Gates is really the perfect venue! We looked at probably around 10 venues and as soon as we stepped foot at Green Gates, we knew it was the one. Debbie and Kerry are SOOOOOO nice and accommodating and really went the extra mile to make sure our day was perfect, including letting us come out to the venue several times during the planning process. We would definitely recommend getting married at their beautiful property!

  The venue is gorgeous, with endless photo-op spots! Debbie and Kerry were exceptional! Professional, helpful, organized, responsive and very pleasant to work with. They went out of their way to help one of our guests who was wheel-chair bound and were available on the wedding day for anything we needed. There is a generous supply of items to decorate the venue, donated by past weddings, which supports the “pay it forward” spirit. We would 100% recommended this venue!
