  Amazing venue with great service

  We absolutely LOVED our wedding at Wisteria Gardens! The venue is fabulous, with lots of variety in scenery and layout. Heather and Mike helped us develop a vision for our wedding day and make it a reality. They were communicative, flexible, and open to our ideas and asks. The venue even has a large store room with a wide selection of decor and signs that are available for use! We were so grateful to have such a great venue team to entrust the big day to. Couples are in great hands at Wisteria Gardens!

  Wedding 7/23/22

  Let's start by saying this venue had absolutely everything we wanted for our wedding day. However, that wasn't the only reason we decided to choose Wisteria Gardens as our venue. We chose it because the owners Heather and Mike made us feel 100% comfortable. They are so kind and professional. They were patient with us on our initial walk through and allowed us extra time to walk and discuss privately without pressure to make a decision. We are so happy we decided to have our wedding at Wisteria Gardens. Their communication is excellent, and they assisted us as needed throughout the wedding planning process. The venue also has a large selection of available decorations which we could access and use as needed.
  
  Heather and Mike were wonderful throughout the process and even more wonderful during the wedding weekend. At the rehearsal they were available to help orient us and answer questions. On the wedding day they provided excellent day of services like setting up chairs and tables and had special touches like a welcome sign in the bridal sweet and a special gift which brought me to tears when we opened it the next day. So thoughtful!
  
  Our only comment would be about our bartender who we chose from the venue's recommended list. We selected Emily Mriglot with EmRY Event Services. She unfortunately "double booked" us and did not show up to our event. A replacement bartender was able to come but our guests had to wait for a short while after the ceremony until drinks were served.
  
  100% recommend the venue but would choose a different bartender from their preferred list.

  Absolutely a-mazing

  Heather and Mike are absolutely amazing, they answered every question as quickly as one could hope for and they were so accommodating to needs of us and our help we had cooking and helping out. If we had to do it again we would definitely still choose Wisteria Gardens

  Outstanding

  We came and visited the property right before COVID and we fell in love right away, I knew it was the place we would say “I do” at as soon as I walked into the barn. It took our breath away. Heather and Mike are amazing owners, they really make you feel like family with their hospitality. Then during COVID Heather was on top of it all with keeping us informed of the changes or precautions we might have to make, but she kept us informed with everything! When one of our vendors wanted to come tour the venue, Heather was always so welcoming about it! They helped make our big day special from the time we pulled in at 9am they were right there to greet us, till we pulled out of the driveway at 10pm. I’m sad our special day at Wisteria Gardens LLC is done, but can’t wait to attend an event or hold another one there because we will be back. Thank you for everything Heather and Mike ❤️

  Accommodating, Helpful and Easy to Work With

  Wisteria Gardens was a dream to work with! We started planning our wedding before the pandemic began. They were quick to respond, providing thorough responses to all my questions. Heather was very accommodating in taking time to measure tables, doors and floor space as I mapped out my wedding plan. She gave references for vendors and found names if she didn't have one for what I was needing. As the pandemic lingered on, Heather and Mike were very understanding and continued to roll with the changes. They not only were understanding but were encouraging and supportive throughout the constant struggle of navigating wedding planning through COVID-19.
  Location was perfect but I wasn't necessarily going for the barn feel. Heather worked with me on ways to give it a softer, more elegant feel. They have a myriad of wedding décor and are open to you using them in any creative way. Their tables, chairs and furniture are all top of line and of good quality. The outdoor portable heaters and firepit were going to be a saving grace for my large December wedding but unfortunately, I didn't get to use them since we had to cut our guest list to 30 people. The silo lounge also offered additional space for people to spread out and comfortably enjoy each others company. My husband is in LOVE with the log cabin where him and the groomsmen got ready. He said he might never come in the house if we had one on our property and that it gave just the right vibe to the guys for the day.
  I have worked as a Banquet/Event Coordinator and I will say Wisteria Gardens, Heather and Mike Carlson, are doing all the right things to offer a beautiful, comfortable venue for whatever event you are planning. We are going to do a big reception once we are able to have a large group together, there isn't anywhere else we would consider to host our party! Thank you Wisteria Gardens for making our day so magical! ~Meghan and Bill Havland

  Heather and Mike are amazing!

  Words can't even describe how amazing Mike and Heather are! Planning a wedding during a pandemic is just another stressor you don't need, but Heather made is so much easier.   World's Best Wedding Venue

  Wisteria Gardens saved our wedding! When our original venue closed in February of this year we were left trying to plan a whole new wedding in just a few months. We were lucky and were able to book Wisteria last minute for our wedding. From the start Heather and Mike worked with us to make our day special! We were able to set up as many meetings as we needed to plan everything out. On the day of the wedding Heather and Mike made sure everything was perfect which allowed myself, my husband and our wedding party a relaxing day. The venue itself is gorgeous with so many options for the ceremony location. They also had a long list of extras free of charge which we were able to use to cut down on costs and helped us to limit the number of vendors we needed. They seamlessly worked with the COVID restrictions and provided a safe and clean space for us and our families to celebrate! I would highly recommend this venue to every person looking to have an amazing wedding or any event you are hosting! I am still getting compliments from wedding guests on how stunning the views at the venue were and how cool the silo bar was! If you book this venue you can rest assured your day will be amazing and problem free.
  
  The most special moment for me as a bride here was getting to meet Heath and Mike's adorable daughter who was so excited to see the pretty bride in her dress. Being able to make her day was a fun and special moment for me!

  I cannot say enough about the venue, the owner Dawn, and her assistant Megan. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept with enough space for a larger wedding, while not being too spread out for a smaller crowd. There is plenty of outdoor, as well as indoor, space and both are beautiful backdrops for a ceremony, reception, and photographs. For our wedding in mid-September, the gardens were still full of colorful blooms and greenery. Throughout the process of planning, Dawn and Megan were readily available to answer questions and provide assistance and were super organized. They were also at the venue the day of to help our other vendors during their set-up and to assist guests with parking and any other needs. The Greenfield team took care of the set-up and tear down of all of the tables and chairs and we were allowed plenty of time to decorate with our personal items the afternoon before. We had our ceremony at a different venue and didn’t have to worry about anything at the reception site because we knew it would all be taken care of. Overall, we had a wonderful and stress free experience and can’t imagine a better day at any other location.

  What an epic venue. Gorgeous vegetation and buildings and Dawn was extremely helpful the entire time. Super polite and attentive. Would recommend this venue any day of the week!

  Had a wonderful wedding in a wonderful setting. The "man cave" log cabin is the coolest thing ever for the groom and his groomsmen, and the silo bar area is awesome too. Dawn was always attentive and helpful. I'd recommend this venue to anyone.

  its a very beautiful farm, if your looking for something country with a rustic and beautiful twist I say choose this place. she gave us the venue a day in advance so we could set up. She as a one owner might need a little more help when setting up weddings. But all and all Great place to get married. such a great thing to have animals all around! it really gave it, its touch!!!!! there a 2+ year company and I hope the best for them! between the year that we booked with her and the time we got married we talked a lot. And things upgraded a lot!

  There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Greenfield Farms and Gardens’ is! We got married there on September 15, 2013. Greg and Dawn are absolutely wonderful to work with. They made the whole process so easy. We first met with them in January, and they were still working on getting ready for their first wedding season. They had so many great ideas; I had no idea how they were going to complete it all by wedding season! But they did, they made the place gorgeous!
  Along the way, Dawn would send out emails with progress on the farm. It was wonderful to see how things were progressing along the way. Dawn was gracious enough to let us come out multiple times with family and/or other vendors to see the venue.
  I love that Greg and Dawn were there the day of the wedding to help ensure things go smoothly, like parking! I have had so many compliments of our venue and the owners, of how gorgeous the venue was and how nice the owners were, from both guests and other vendors!
  One thing I was worried about was the bathroom situation. They have 3 Porto-potties by the barn, along with a nice granite counter sink. I have a fear/dislike of Porto-potties and so naturally it worried me. But when the day came, there was really nothing to worry about. They were of course extremely clean and did not seem to be a problem for any of our guest. Nothing to worry about when choosing Greenfields.
  The day of the wedding was projecting rain; we were planning an outdoor ceremony. The forecast kept changing by the hour. It was Friday morning before the big day; Greg pulled some strings and helped us get a tent last minute. Luckily we did not need it during the ceremony, but it was nice to have the comfort of having it over our guest’s heads! Dawn sent us pictures of the progress of the tent as they put it up.
  I would highly recommend getting married at Greenfield Farm and Gardens! We looked at 2 other venues, but when we visited here, we knew it was the perfect place for us!

  Dawn and Greg Greenfield are a delight to work with and truly listen to their clients. Words cannot express how grateful I am for this venue. It is truly one of a kind. I signed on with Greenfield before it was an "official" venue and the changes that were made over the course of a year were spectacular. It was as if Dawn and Greg took the images from my mind and brought them to life. From the outdoor bar that was taken from a working barn in Whidbey Island and restored as a bar, to the use of natural wood contrasted with steel in the barn, the entire grounds are fit for a wedding strait out of my dreams. To top it off, the tree in the front yard is absolutely stunning. There are two trunks that come together to form the tree, I mean can you get better symbolism when uniting two people? I truly can't say enough about this venue. Dawn was more than accommodating when it came to the continuous visits from my family to map out the venue (I was planning from cross county) and offered up several items for our own use. We had a wedding of 200 people and it by far surpassed my expectations. Six months later, and I am STILL getting complements on what an amazing wedding it was and the two biggest complements are the venue and the DJ (check out Integral DJs - They Rock!).   The Greenfields were pleasant to work with, the property is very nice with a lovely country charm. We would definitely do business with them again and everything was just as we had expected. We would recommend!

  I would recommend Greenfield Farm and Gardens to anyone! The working-farm setting -- tractors, cows, chickens, barn and gardens -- was amazing. There was plenty of space for our 200+ guests to enjoy themselves. The weather turned out beautiful, everything went off as planned, and the hosts were very accommodating to last-minute changes.

  Katherine, "Kappy," was really very flexible. We were having a non-traditional wedding reception (popcorn, rootbeer floats and a candy table) and she allowed us to bring the movie popper there! Not always clear about her contract in emails, but speaking to her in person is definately helpful!! She will include cleanup for extra!
