  Absolutely the Best!!

  Jimmy and his team were the absolute best!! Their work brought me to tears from the boutiques, to different centerpieces, and my favorite the sweetheart table!! It was truly breathtaking. Wedding planning can be very stressful but Jimmy was such a calming element and made it so enjoyable. Everytime we walked out from seeing him he had us laughing. He was able to understand exactly what we wanted and add his own creative touches. He was so helpful and gave honest opinions. If you are looking for the best in Pittsburgh look no further, it is without a doubt Greensinner!!

  Jimmy and the greenSinner team are amazing. From our first interactions with them over a year before our wedding to the clean up the day after they were responsive, creative, professional, and easy to work with. They really take the time to understand your vision and the space and make it so much more than you could imagine. They think of everything that will impact your and your guests experience of the day and make it perfect. This genuinely goes beyond flowers. They have an incredible ability to transform spaces and set moods. I cannot recommend them enough.

  Truly above and beyond!

  Working with greenSinner was truly a pleasure. (My husband says it was "epic"!) Jimmy and his team make beautiful things. They also really took the time to understand our tastes and what we wanted in the decor. I adored my bouquet, the centerpieces were all gorgeous and slightly different, and they made a kickass asymmetrical flower sculpture on the fireplace to frame our nontraditional "altar." They truly went above and beyond to help decorate our venue when there were some unanticipated issues with the venue itself - and guests were none the wiser because it looked so great!

  I was referred to greensinner by another florist in the Pittsburgh area because I was looking for a very specific style that I could not put into words, and also a florist that specialized in flower crowns for the bride. My first meeting with them was fantastic and I was quickly put at ease by not only their professionalism, but also by their sense of humor and friendliness. It is such a breath of fresh air to work with a vendor who is down to earth and willing to get things done but also have fun while laying plans! Also, after a few questions and showing photos of my inspirations for the wedding, they placed my wedding theme flawlessly! It was something I struggled with and couldn't put to words, but they quickly knew exactly what I wanted, and they made it happen. I put my complete trust in them for my florals, and they did everything and more. Everything turned out beautifully, and as a full service business, it was so extremely convenient to give them addresses as to where to drop off flowers for the wedding party and for the reception decor. The flowers were everything I wanted, so special and unique to me, and the business being organic was a huge reason for my choosing of this vendor.   I have worked with and recommended greenSinner to my own event clients for many years, and even worked on a lovely stylized shoot with them about 3 years back. So when it came time for my husband and I to wed they were my first choice for a florist. I gave Jimmy and his team a direction, think earthy boho wildflowers, and allowed the masters to work. What they came up with was more beautiful than I could have ever picked on my own. Both for myself and for my past Wedding clients greenSinner has displayed nothing but pure inspiration, creativity and professionalism. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you’re not checking them out to see what they have to offer.

  Green Sinner is absolutely the most amazing florist to work with. I don't just say that lightly either. I am extremely picky and know what I want. I also am the Director of Catering at Pittsburgh's Grand Hall . I established a working relationship with Green Sinner several years ago. I was extremely attracted to Green Sinner's style and quality of service. Once I began recommending my couples to them, it was love at first sight, not only for my couples, but me as well. I know what my couples want. Green Sinner offers the professionalism of service and sheer creativity and beauty in the work they design. Every person on the their team is talented and take time to design each creation. Not to mention Jimmy is just freaking amazing! So when it came to planning my own special day, I didn't even have to question who my florist would be! Jimmy and his team completely transformed the Grand Hall the day of my wedding. I walk into the space every day, and I wasn't expecting to feel the way I did when I saw their work. I was BLOWN AWAY! Everything they did was just spectacular. I honestly felt like the Bride whose Pinterest Dream Wedding came to life! If your still questioning who your florist will be, you need to look no further. They spend endless hours working with numerous couples of mine and the relationships established are genuine and the work is magical.   Jimmy was truly amazing! Jimmy has a background in theater and event planning--and his talent in both areas shines through. He understands the logistics of events (i.e. you don't want flowers in the middle of food because it can be disastrous) and he understands theater (i.e. you need high centerpieces here to break up the space, etc.). He thinks of things that I NEVER in a million years would have thought of and he has absolutely brilliant design ideas. One of the best decisions of my entire wedding planning was picking Jimmy to be my florist. He gets it. He's there for you. He does an amazing job.
  
  My DJ told me that he runs into Jimmy about once a month at weddings and he thinks Jimmy is the best florist in the city. My event planner told me something very similar.
  
  Also, on top of everything else, he has a great sense of humor. My husband (who wanted nothing to do with the flowers at all) actually enjoyed meeting him and said that he could appreciate what Jimmy was doing -- that's a HUGE win.

  greenSinner was an awesome choice for our florist and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. First, Jimmy is just awesome and pleasant to deal with, as are the rest of the team. They put up with my long-winded emails and went out of their way to be helpful after I moved out-of-state during the planning process.
  
  We had a a New Orleans French Quarter inspired theme, and Jimmy knew exactly what to do with that theme without being over-the-top. Everything from the ceremony flowers to the reception looked perfectly designed and arranged.   Johnathan and Jimmy provided the perfect floral arrangements to compliment the wedding of my daughter and her husband at the Grand Concourse. Since the restaurant setting is so exquisite, they selected flowers that brought out the colors in the room. The table arrangements were beautiful. For the ceremony, they accented the top of the stairway with gold fabric and ferns to highlight the event. Everything was setup and delivered prior to the event. Exceptional! Completely satisfied.

  Jimmy is absolutely phenomenal!! His bouquet designs were exactly what I was looking for with minimal direction. All you have to do is give his a starting point and let him take it from there. He created a beautiful birch archway for the ceremony that was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend GreenSinner to anyone! Thanks Jimmy!!!

  greenSinner recently did the flowers and rentals for our wedding at Succop Nature Park and they did an AMAZING job. They were incredibly easy to work with and really captured our vision for our wedding day. We sat down with them a few times to go over wedding details and we communicated a bit via email. The communication with them was very easy and we felt like they had all the details under control. What we loved most about them is that we could trust them with the setup of the wedding. At Succop you are only allowed to set up the morning of the wedding and we knew that greenSinner would have everything handled. Also-- the flowers were incredible and exactly like the inspiration images we shared with them. greenSinner is fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

  Working with the GreenSinner team was wonderful. We used them for florals, decor, and day-of coordination. It was reassuring to work with a group that was known and loved by our other vendors, and Tamra really set us up for success.
  Table decor was low on the priority totem pole, but GreenSinner delivered amazing hand-bent wire table numbers and beautiful, simple centerpieces.
  And the bouquets. They took my random vision ("kind green and white, maybe some spiky stuff") and created the MOST beautiful bouquets for my sister and me. I'm so happy we're holding them in so many photos!
  In terms of coordination, Jimmy, Tamra, and Jonathan really helped us consider the previously un-considered, and having them at the Friday night walk-through was key. Tamra helped calm me when I was hitting the panic button over some chairs, and Jonathan saved us from another awkward moment with our wedding day timeline--everything appeared to move smoothly.

I could not have imagined a more perfect design for our bouquets, centerpieces, etc.... I am not always the best at expressing what I want- but, after a few consultations with Jimmy, he blew my mind. The day of our wedding, Jimmy & Rose's arrival was a breath of fresh air, peace, and divine florals! Everything just came together once I saw the flowers and decorations. My expectations were FAR exceeded! I have been thinking about what event I can host next, just so I can work with GreenSinner again!

  Green Sinner is so much more than just a florist. My husband and I met with Jimmy from Green Sinner and he was just abuzz with ideas for our wedding and just a complete pleasure. Jimmy opened a Pinterest page with me and took every idea I had and made them a million times better. He is truly a creative genius, incredibly responsive, and ready for any idea you throw at him. Our wedding at The Children's Museum would not have been the same without the vision and incredibly dedicated work of Green Sinner. All our guests were amazed and I teared up at the final product. If I can only make one recommendation, I highly recommend using Green Sinner as your florist.

  There was never a doubt in my mind as to who I'd use to do the flowers for our wedding. Jimmy is AMAZING!!! His vision came out beautifully. We wanted funky, bright and modern flowers, and that is exactly what we got! He also did an awesome job at creating a display for our deserts as well as modern ceiling and wall pieces. There are no limits to his ability and creativity.
  
  We also used greenSinner for day-of wedding coordination. Tamara kicks butt! She is very prompt with correspondence. Tamra will put your mind at ease for sure. The day of our wedding, she diffused all "fires" and made sure that the day ran smoothly. She is a God-send!
  
  I will recommend their services to everyone I know!

  Jimmy was a godsend! Due to an ill family member, we needed to plan our wedding last minute. Jimmy helped SO much with all the details and the flowers were gorgeous. Everything was smooth and easy and Jimmy was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

  Jimmy and his team at Green Sinner are amazing. From the first time I met him he was so refreshingly honest. He said, "If you want roses or babies breath, I'm not your guy!" And while, there is absolutely nothing wrong with traditional flowers for your wedding, that is just not what we wanted. I don't know a whole lot about flowers, but I do know what I like and don't like and I wanted to have a sort of modern-vintage feel to the day with big, lush, colorful, eclectic blooms. I completely trusted Jimmy's creative vision, and it paid off. The flowers were beautiful and he helped me stay within my budget which I really appreciated. A quick anecdote: we were discussing my ceremony site (the Heinz Hall Garden Plaza) and what to do with it floral-wise. I told Jimmy that I really loved the look and feel of the place and didn't think it needed much. I feel like a lot of people would have tried to "make the sale" by insisting that it wouldn't be "wedding-y" enough without like, flowers on the end seats or an aisle runner, or something at the altar, but Jimmy was so honest and awesome. He said, "If you don't think it needs much then let's just put more of your budget towards the reception. You just saved yourself a lot of money!" And in the end, it was perfect. The ceremony didn't need anything besides what was already there and the flowers we girls were holding (which were amazing, thanks to Jimmy). He's a really honest dude and I really appreciated that. The team at Green Sinner is totally awesome. I recommend them 100%!

  They worked within my budget, style and values and will meet you close to home - (Jimmy said the smaller the budget, the more creative he will be).
  
  And as a former event planner, you get additional value. Green Sinner grows as much as possible locally, re-use what they can, recycle what they can't and decorate with a blend of new and vintage finds. They made my wedding sustainable and cost-effective with a style that was totally modern but classic.
  
  Our invites had a tandem bike theme and they procured one from the vintage bike shop on the North Side! I could go on, but take my word for it - these guys are the innovators for the contemporary Pittsburgh bride.
  
  They are located in upper Lawrenceville and at the Public Market (they even have educational classes) so check them out!

  All that I should need to tell you about this vendor is that for my Wizard of Oz theme wedding they created a)floral pop-up books featuring scenes from the original print version, b)a card box that was a dollhouse in a tornado, c)a lollipop buffet and c)an amazing backdrop that guests are still talking about.

I literally said "here are the elements I need and here's the basic palette" and they did the rest and did it magnificently. Guests actually went around and made sure to get photos of each different centerpiece. How many times does that happen?
  
  The are completely willing to get creative in budget. And you will get the most amazing results if you give them creative freedom.

I just gave them some photos and a general vision and then let the team go with it and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! My flowers and centerpieces were beyond gorgeous and more than I could have dreamed of!! Definitely recommend GS to anyone planning their wedding now! They are amazing! :)
