    We had Greenway transit provide the "green" transportation for our guests from the reception venue to the hotel. We wanted all our guests to have a good time and be safe afterwards. Marc from Greenway was SOOOOO easy to work with. We did everything over email and locked up the contract. He even came and did two pickups during the reception, one a bit earlier for those that were tired and a second at the end of the wedding.

    We provided bus transportation for our guests from the hotel to the venue. We had over 100 guests from out of town and wanted to make sure they were taken care of. Marc at Greenway Transit made sure that happened! His fleet has many options and provided the best bus that worked for my size group. Working with Marc was easy and effortless. Even the days leading up to the day he assured me everything was going to be great! This particular aspect of the day I was extremely nervous for because I wasn't able to control it since I would be busy getting ready to walk down the isle. But Marc and Greenway were fantastic and on time!! Plus they use energy efficient fuel, can't beat that!!

    We used Greenway Transit's Biobus as a shuttle from the hotel to our venue. Our family and friends loved hearing about the shuttle and we all loved the unique addition it provided to our celebration. Marc was great to work with and a friendly and informative host. I highly recommend!!!

    We used Greenway Transit for our wedding transportation! The buses were so much fun and provided our guests with smooth transportation to and from our event. They are affordable and the drivers were great. We used the transit buses which allowed the party to continue on the way back. I would recommend them!

    we had issues with poor communication prior to the event. the driver showed up 30 minutes late for the first pickup and didn't know where they were supposed to be going, or the additional pick up times we had scheduled for our wedding day. the vehicles were just fine and the service once the driver arrived was good, but we were disappointed with the flippancy we received when we were concerned that our transport did not arrive on time. additionally, it took almost 30 minutes to get in touch with someone at greenway on the day of our wedding when the driver did not arrive on time. all in all, greenway was not terribly reliable for us and I would not recommend them to my friends and family.

    The day of the wedding something unacceptable happened. Due to miscommunications between Marc and his drivers, large groups of guests were turned down from buses repeatedly, due to an odd addition on Greenway/Marc’s part that we apparently wanted just one bus only for family. This is beyond confusing to us, because we never once separated guests into subcategories for different buses or bus times.

    After guests started getting understandably frustrated that they couldn’t board the bus we had booked for them, the grandfather of the groom and a family friend had to pay the driver $60 (each!) to ride. This is insanely bizarre. Under no circumstances should our guest be PAYING TO RIDE! That’s why we booked and coordinated payment in advance. Perhaps if communication had been clearer up front, this could have been avoided.

    This driver could have just been a “bad egg,” but the way Marc handled the situation was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. When we called Marc and told him of the situation, his first reaction was outright denial. He just couldn’t believe or understand how this could happen—understandable because it’s pretty unbelievable. I also said that this could have been avoided if he was more responsive and given us a clear invoice with line items to which his reply was, “Invoices are hard to come by….”

    It took him a few weeks to get back to us with his final verdict on the situation, which was different from the story we had heard from our guests. Marc also included incorrect shuttle times that were not ever discussed or written on our contract. He said he would refund the $60, which was yet another lapse on Marc’s end since two guests paid $60 each ($120). We told Marc that this was not enough, given the inaccurate total refund, and simply due to the insult and inconvenience to our guests.

    Marc ended up running our card without our consent a couple months later.
