  Gretchein is great! From the start she was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Our wedding day was perfect! She is respected by other vendors on the island, many many people told us that we had found the best, and we were sure we did! She did everything right, as the day approached I had no stress because I knew I was in good hands. Gracias! I would recommend your services to anyone.

  Gretchein Ramírez is a top notch professional in her field. She is responsible, fully committed, is flexible and works tirelessly to comply with the wishes and dreams of her customers. As a former corporate director and mother of the bride, we were demanding customers and Gretchein delivered every step of the way; never losing sight of her objectives and always maintaining her pleasant demeanor.
  At the end pf the day, she delivered for my daughter, the wedding of her dreams. Her team is excellent also and their focus and attention to details was observed by friends and family attending the event. In the process, not only did Gretchein gain our respect, she gained our friendship and lifelong gratitude.
  For those of you who are demanding and expect first class service for your investment, GS Coordinstion is the way to go. She will not let you down.

  Gs Coordination, fue la coordinadora de una de las bodas mas importantes de mi vida, La de mi Hermano. Al ver el trabajo tan profesional, organizado y hermoso, decidi contratarla para mi boda que fue el pasado diciembre 2014. Mi experiencia fue inolvidable, Gretchen es una persona muy profesional, la cual sabe hacer su trabajo, y lo mejor de todo el dia de mi boda no me preocupe por nada. Mi boda fue Inolvidable, de ensuenos tal y como la queria,. Ella trabaja con todos los presupuestos y desde mi corazon la recomiendo a ciegas.   After discussing with my husband we decided to select the complete wedding coordination provided by GS Coordination. It was the best decision for us. We both are medical students living in Puerto Rico and finding the time to plan our wedding was a concern. Thankfully we found GS. Gretchein and her fabulous team made our special day one that we will remember for years to come. All of our family and friends were amazed at the event. I recommend GS with my eyes closed and can't wait to work with her again in another special event! Gracias Gretechein eres la mejor en lo que haces!

  My wedding was on 31MAY14 at the Hotel Caribe Hilton, San Juan, PR. At first, I had thought about doing all the planning by myself. I'm originally from PR, but I have been living in Boston for the past 10 years of my life. Because of the distance, I decided to find a wedding planner for my destination wedding. A good friend of mine recommended GS Coordination complete coordination service package. It was the most important day of my life, so I needed somebody I could rely on and knew what she was doing. The day after I had hired her services, she had already booked my stylist, music, MC, decorator, coordinated things with the church and hotel, etc. I couldn't believe how fast she did all these things. For 5 months she took care of me and my husband's requests and made us happy along the way. The day before the rehearsal dinner, I found out that one of my cousin who was going to take care of the rehearsal dinner decoration had bailed out. I called Gretchein hysterically and in a matter of minutes she talked to my wedding decorator and he took over and prepared the most beautiful dinner decoration under the palm trees. The day of my wedding, I had her assistant at the hotel and Gretchein at the church taking care of every detail. When I say this I mean it.. My wedding cake had started to sink because it was too heavy and it was a very hot day. She made sure that cake was up for my pictures! She also kicked out wedding crashers! I felt like a queen on my day. But she not only took care of me, but also of my guests. Most of them had flown from Boston to PR. Every single person at my wedding were amazed with the organization and attention they received from her and her staff. They couldn't say better things about them. Everybody said it was the perfect fairy tale wedding. I couldn't be happier that day! Her professionalism, hands-on character, energy, and dynamism makes her the best wedding planner ever! I would hire her again and recommend her services 200%.

  Working with Gs Coordination and Special Event Designer took a huge load off my shoulders. Her professionalism was a breath of fresh air since it gave me the time to appreciate the amount of work that goes into planning a wedding while easing the stress that comes with planning my ideal wedding. She had a fun personality and carried a great aura that let me feel she had everything under control. She and her team were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her for any event planning u may need help with.

  Hi I have worked with Gretchein in many of the beautiful weddings she has coordinated and have created beautiful custom made invitations to each of the unique brides that have contracted her. As part of her team I have endured the pleasure in getting to know each bride individually and learned the many different aspects of each one in their own unique way. Gretchein is not only a coordinator she is a dear friend. She keeps the weddings on schedule, on budget and on task, but more importantly she always makes her role personal. She has demonstrated a sincere concern for the needs and feelings regarding each wedding. You cannot go wrong by contracting this young vivacious person full of enegry and stamina. To her every wedding planning is if she where planning her own. Gretchein and her group will guarantee a wedding of a life time to be remembered for years to come.

  Gretchein Ramirez and the team of GS Cordination & Special Event Designer, was the best thing that happened to me and my husband. From the beginning she guided, listened and encouraged us to prepare the best day of our lifes. Also she take care of every detail of the weeding including all the suppliers like cake, food, beverage, decoration,photography, flowers and so much more things that sometimes with the hurry we forgot. Having the coordination allow us to enjoy our day. One of the best parts was the surprise, Zona Cero Group. We had a Blast!We dance, laugh, and sing. The day of the weeding the team was always taking care of us from the beginning to the end. All these thanks to GS Coordination and the President Gretchein. We are so greatfull for what you did and from my heart we said IT WAS THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIFES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I recommend them with my eyes closed. You people are the best. Thanks for everything.

  Gretchein y su equipo hicieron de mi dia uno inolvidable. Su atención al detalle y el profesionalismo con el que trata a sus novias hacen que la preparación de tu boda sea especial y más fácil. Durante mi boda nunca nos faltó nada, no tuvimos preocupación alguna, y la pudimos disfrutar de principio a fin. Se lo recomiendo a cualquier pareja que desee un trato individualiizado y una boda espectacular. :)

  Gretchein Ramirez and her staff are a young and vibrant group that made our day the most relaxing and joyful day of our lives. She took care of everything since we signed the contract, even when was our partial wedding coordinator. She made sure that every detail of every contract with each vendor was carefully taken care of. Her original ideas made our wedding day a memorable one for us and for all of our guests; from the release of the balloons to the chocolate buffet, everything was exceptionally perfect. Thanks to Gretchein and her staff's help, our wedding day was beyond our expectations: simply THE MOST AMAZING DAY OF OUR LIFE. We have no words to thank enough GS Coordination for everything they did for us during the process of our wedding coordination and wedding day.

  I hired Gretchein from GS Coordination for a partial coordination of my wedding on Dec. 2014. Gretchein provided just an OK quality of service. She did her job, but was not outstanding. On the positive, Gretchein gave the extra mile on recommending vendors and putting together a few details from the wedding decoration, and she was very responsive when contacted via text message or FB. The wedding program ran perfectly on time, and the MC was great! However, I have various complaints about Gretchein: First, I had various disagreements with her as she would disregard our budget when providing vendor quotes. Second, she did not communicate efficiently. Third, she did not organize/coordinate the rehearsal at Church, as required by our contract; so the bridal party, the bride and groom and my parents were pretty much lost coming in and out of the ceremony. Fourth, she missed on our wedding day a few things that we had asked her to do, which were a big deal for us: organize/direct the bridal party and ask family members to take pictures at the Church. Last but not least, Gretchein did not seem too happy about doing her job on our wedding day. We even received complaints from members of our family and bridal party about her poor attitude. If I had to get married all over again, I would not use GS Cooordination services. Therefore, I would probably NOT recommend her.
