  Perfect and delicious!

  Gusto’s was the perfect dinner vendor for our summer wedding! Lindsay and Zach were wonderful to work with, and of course the pizza and appetizers were absolutely delicious. The freshly made croutons from the pizza dough top all other croutons in existence. We had so many of our guests telling us how much they loved the food, and the wood-fire pizza oven was so cute and added such a great charm to our outdoor venue. Highly recommend! Thank you Gusto’s!

  Fun and Unique Alternative

  What a fun alternative to the usual sit down meal at a wedding! We hired Gusto Wood Fired Pizza to cater our wedding with their mobile wood fired oven. Everyone RAVED about how good the pizza was, as well as the salad and bread sticks. All were surprised at how FAST the service was. They are able to cook a pizza in two minutes, so keeping the pizza trays full was no problem. The pizza oven brought a more fun and unique element to the atmosphere, yet the setup still had elements of class and order. It was the perfect combination that we were looking for. They also cooked up 5-6 pizzas before they left, for people to nosh on throughout the rest of the reception, which was really appreciated by our guests. They were really easy to work with and communication was great. We would definitely choose Gusto again!

  Highly recommend!

  The pizza was delicious, the service was wonderful, and who doesn’t love pizza at a wedding? They were also very accommodating for our gluten free and other allergen guests, so everyone could enjoy!

  We had Gusto cater our July wedding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Through two postponements, Russ was professional, helpful, responsive, and kind. It was hard to narrow down the final catering menu but I don't think you could go wrong with any selection. Our guests loved the pizza, and Russ and his staff were awesome from start to finish. They easily accommodated a variety of dietary restrictions. It was such a perfect part of our wedding day and we would use Gusto again for any event. Thank you Russ and team!!

They welcomed us to taste from their catering menu down at the Farmers' Market, where we spent an hour laughing and eating amazing food! Within the first 10 minutes, we knew we were going to hire Russ and Terese. The hardest part about working with Gusto was finalizing a menu for our wedding, only because it was so tough to decide between all the delicious pizzas Gusto has to offer! The day of our wedding, Russ and team showed up early, set-up quickly, and were ready to start slingin' pizza as soon as we gave the word! All of our guests were fed quickly, including those with dietary restrictions. 3 months after our wedding, people are still raving about the amazing food we had! Thank you Gusto!

  Most Valuable Vendor

  I am so happy with this choice we made working with Russ and Gusto Wood Fired Pizza. We've never had to feed 100 people before and some of the catering companies basically scoffed at me when I told them our budget. I wanted to be able to do something that was interesting and tasted great, but that didn't cost half of our entire wedding budget. Even looking into family style italian/pasta, I was being quoted $70pp for food and service after fees and taxes.
  
  Enter Gusto Wood Fired Pizza. Russ and I bonded over our love of a pizzeria in Arizona called Pizzeria Bianco. We did caprese skewers and fruit/cheese/nut/smoked salmon plates for appetizers during cocktail hour and then a 5 pizza buffet with caesar salad. Russ let us do custom pizzas and we worked together on the menu: 1. Cheese 2. Pepperoni 3. Goat cheese, pistachio, prosciutto and balsamic 4. Sweet italian sausage and mama's lil peppers 5. Wild mushroom, garlic, white sauce. Most of the ingredients were sourced from local farmers that he knows from the Bellingham Farmer's market.
  
  All of this came under my max catering budget, and he only required a $250 deposit.
  
  Russ & his team showed up at the Lairmont Manor venue with a beautiful wood fired pizza over and slung pizzas during dinner very quickly. Everyone loved the pizza and I was complimented on how smoothly the pizza line went. My husband and I were delivered a heart shaped pizza at our table, which was surprising and wonderful. Russ boxed up about 7 whole pizzas and left them for us when they left too, which was such a treat! We all snacked on it during dancing.
