I just had my event wedding here at hacienda hall it was the best experience they made me feel like a queen since the day I went to host my event they treated my family and I , so nicely and welcome , every thing was perfectly planned I got a full package with them it save me alot of time and I didn't have to stress about anything they took care of everything the day of my event was the best day of my life the hall was really clean well organized they made every part of my wedding so special and perfect timing for food ,cake etc.. ,they treated my guess nicely I would definitely book my events here and recommend hacienda a hall.
FYI: they have 4 different venues to choose from there Soo beautiful

So far the experience has been amazing! Gaby there is so nice and doesn't mind all my annoying questions! Very responsive I can defiantly count on a quick response! So far so good! I have a tasting coming up so I'll keep you updated

Manuel was a great help. I really liked the venue because he was flexible and we were able to take pretty much anything we wanted. I also liked that we were able to take stuff the day before and organize the place, that way on the day of we could just show up and worry about everything else.

This venue was well worth the price for all the things that were provided. Beautifully decorated inside.

Do not use this venue! My nephew just got married here and I cannot begin to tell you what a horrible experience it was.

There are three separate reception halls, we were in the Salon de las Reinas. The hall itself is not bad looking but nothing great.

So many things were bad that I do not know where to begin. First off the AC was not working properly the entire night. When we arrived at the venue it was set at 81. We asked for them to adjust it which they did, however it never got below 80 and it was a hot day. They brought out giant fans that they placed around the room. Not only did it look awful but they were noisy.

Dinner was suppose to be served at 5. My nephew and his fiance decided to get the package that included dinner due to their budget. The food did not arrive until around 6:30 and the staff starting serving at 7. Completely unacceptable! And to make matters worse, the servings were very small. Even the family embers that are not big eaters said the amount of food given was ridiculous. One good thing is they did provide seconds.

The DJ was also part of their package and he was horrible. Did not speak English very well so some people could not understand what he was saying. He did not announce the bride and groom or the bridal party when entering the reception, he missed the toast, never announced the cake cutting. The music kept cutting out and we had moments of dead air. Several guests asked him to change the music because all he played was Spanish. He would play 3-4 songs then go back to Spanish.

As if all this was not enough, the place had cockroaches and tons of them. Once they dimmed the lights they came out onto the dance floor,under the tables, hallways. They were everywhere. I mentioned it to staff and they could careless. I posted a comment on their facebook page and they immediately took it off. I can go on and on but I will leave it at that.

I know this place is good for someone on a budget but brides beware.
