Dear Anna, thank you so much for being with us on that day and making this so special. Thank you for the idea of Madeira, which we fell in love with imediately. We couldn’t ask for a better setting. We got so lucky with the weather, the wind, the sunset… wow! We know it must have been super hard for you with the super strong wind and the sun (going down). And it was the first photo shoot for us, so we know we were not the easiest models. We trusted you fully and it was worth it. These are such great photos, thank you so so much! You have no idea how greatful we are to you. -

We traveled from Colombia South America to Italy( Portofino) , If you really want to have an outstanding experience I really recommend Hakuna, Anna and Andrea are not only super professional they are also great human beings, the shooting session was great we are really happy to see how each shot was taken not only with professionalism but love. Choosing Anna and her team as our wedding photographers was the best decision, hands down, my wife and I could have ever made. They beautifully captured our wedding, and we will be forever grateful that they were the ones to document our day. They took the most stunning photographs we have ever seen. In addition to capturing the amazing moments, Anna and Andrea were a joy to be around. They have a fantastic and contagious energy. At one point during dinner, we noticed Anna smiling at her camera, looking through some of the photos taken during the day. It is very apparent that they love what they do, and they are SO brilliant at it. If we could recommend them a million times, we absolutely would!! -

You need her. Stop looking for any other photographer if you're reading this. I am a wedding photographer as well and Anna is the best of the best. We strive to make our Brides feel like they living the dream they have always thought about and become a real life Cinderella, and Anna did that. Through and through - Anna made me, someone who also does this as a means of income, forget that I was anything other than the most beautiful woman that my husband sees. Thank you, Anna. Thank you for helping us make our day unforgettable in so many ways. From logistics, to knowledge and skill, to picking up my bouquet, to the fact it felt like a lifelong friend was with us - it all wouldn’t have been possible without you pointing us to moments of magic. Thank you for being the fairy godmother I didn’t know I needed and the eyes and lens that will be the mouthpiece of our day for generations to come. My husband and I recently traveled to Italy to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. We decided to look for a professional photographer in the area to take photos of us that would become art pieces in our home after our travels. I searched through hundreds of photographers, but when I saw the photos on the Hakuna Matata Weddings' website, I knew we had found our photographers. The emotion and artistic vision displayed in their images were unparalleled.
I reached out via email, and Anna immediately responded. She was so easy to communicate with and had so many excellent suggestions for our session. She was always very quick in answering our emails and questions. Also, we felt the investment in the photos was very reasonable.
Based on her suggestions, we decided to take a private water limousine to Villa Balbianello in Lake Como. She met us early one morning, and we were off in our boat. The entire experience was so amazingly surreal. Anna and Andrea photographed us as we were whisked around Lake Como. It is a moment my husband and I will never forget; one of our favorite memories of all time.
Anna encourages natural engagement between her subjects and has a keen eye for capturing special moments and interactions between people. She gives gentle guidance and suggests fun interactions to relax and encourage her subjects. We felt so relaxed and special throughout the session. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to be in front of her camera. My husband and I enjoyed engaging with each other throughout the session and almost forgot there were photographers there.
After our session, Anna provided us with a lovely gallery of our images very quickly. She had quoted us a very reasonable turn around time for receiving the images, but she sent us a link to our image gallery even more quickly than promised. Thank you!
And the images are just breathtaking!!! My husband and I are enamored with the images. The image collection contained such a nice variety of images that truly showcased our love for each other. There were beautiful close-ups, stunning panoramic views, and fun interactions throughout our gallery. Anna did a phenomenal job of providing color and black and white options throughout the locations of our session.
I would highly recommend working with Anna and her team to anyone, anywhere. And, we will definitely reach out to her again in the future for our photographic needs. Thank you, Anna, for creating an amazing experience and the most stunning, treasured art pieces we will ever have! -
