  I was lucky to have Hansini as my wedding planner for my entire wedding weekend! We started planning in August 2023 for my May 2024 wedding. She walked me through each step seamlessly and made sure she was advocating for my husband and I. Hansini and her team gave 100% throughout my wedding weekend and is extremely dedicated to making sure everything is handled properly! If you book with Hansini, you’re going to be in good hands!

  Amazing Planner!

  Our wedding planner was simply amazing! She pulled off our dream wedding in just two months while my fiancé and I were in different states. Her ability to coordinate with us and our families was impeccable, and she handled every detail with grace and precision. From the venue to the decor, catering, mehndi artists, and everything in between, she ensured everything was perfect. We felt completely at ease, knowing she had everything under control. The wedding was beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

  The Wedding Planner of Your DREAMS

  Hansini Weddings. What can I say? PHENOMENAL. Hansini is such a wholesome, loving, and genuine person. She truly wants the best for her brides and it shows in her service and communication. I absolutely loved working with her and have already recommended her a million times over to anyone who asks. She tries her very best to recreate whatever vision you have all within the budget you want and will be honest about what is realistic and what is not. You need someone to stick it to you when wedding planning because things are not the same in the wedding world anymore and Hansini is up with it. I’ve personally witnessed her growth from the beginning of 2023 leading up to our wedding and it’s marvelous, simply amazing! Just within the past year she has accomplished so much more than any new person venturing into business would anticipate. With her happy go lucky spirit and always positive attitude she really made sure I was calm and ready for my wedding week. I received so many compliments on being calm and not crazy as a bride and I truly owe it all to Hansini. I dropped my wedding dreams into her hands and she made it happen!   Hansini is amazing wedding planner and did an amazing job for our wedding. Weddings, especially wedding days, are already stressful and hectic but she took care of everything for us to relieve those pressures from. Hansini is amazing with her coordination, finding the right vendors for you and very personable. She’s going work for you, and with you, to find things within your budget or go as big as you want. She’s one of the best experiences through a chaotic process and she’ll do everything to make sure your day is not only seamless, but memorable and most importantly, special. I highly recommend working with her and her company. Thank you for the amazing job Hansini!

  I hired Hansini to be my wedding planner. She has a truly personal and caring approach and as our meetings progressed, I felt I was connecting with a friend.
  
  She truly cared about making my day special and helped connect me with an excellent film vendor and makeup artist.
  
  I saw her true value day of where she never missed a beat, made sure everything ran smoothly and kept an eye out for the gifts we received, suggesting my mom put them in the car as the sun went down.

  Hansini was amazing as the coordinator for my Sangeet night in Houston! She was easy to talk to, always replied quickly, and made sure everything happened on time. Dealing with lots of different people, she sorted out the decorations, DJ, and caterer perfectly. Hansini paid attention to all the little details, making the night run super smoothly. She even made sure we got our dinner on time and our drinks kept coming! If you're planning an event, I totally recommend Hansini – she's organized, friendly, and made our night unforgettable!

  Hansini was incredible! Our wedding was a bit complicated— I'm on the west coast, my fiancé is on the east coast, and the big day was in Austin, TX. Plus, we started planning just two months before with a tight budget. Hansini really listened to what we wanted and stuck to our budget. The event turned out even better than we hoped! She made sure all our guests were happy, kept the drinks and food flowing, and I was a calm and happy bride. She's like a wedding superhero, turning our wishes into an amazing reality!

  Best coordinator out there

  Hansini and Saajan did a fantastic job for our wedding in Cleveland. We asked them for day-of wedding coordination. We had a traditional telugu wedding for 900 people and they helped us coordinate the schedule, coordinated with our vendors and were there for whatever we needed. They handled all the little things so we didnt have to worry about it during the wedding. Even with our 2 AM start, Saajan and Hansini were very responsive and on top of things. Im so happy we chose them for our wedding and cannot recommend them enough!

  Hansini helped coordinate my events for my Sikh Punjabi wedding. She communicated with me weekly for months leading up to our big week and was always prompt when scheduling phone calls with me! Just speaking to her on the phone gave me peace of mind and made me realize that she is super organized. During our wedding week, she showed up on time to every event, had all the small details finalized in advance, and executed everything PERFECTLY. Our wedding week turned out to be better than I could have ever imagined! I wouldn't change a thing. Hansini was a pleasure to work with and she really does know her stuff - can't recommend her enough!!
