Honestly everything about working with Harris Catering was so smooth I am SO glad we decided to work with them! They made a custom buffet menu for us, were always very prompt with e-mails, so friendly and professional, made delicious food and dessert, and provided amazing service. There is nothing that I would have wanted any differently. Thank you thank you thank you Harris Hospitality for making our wedding reception run so smoothly. We appreciated everything and will always recommend you to friends and family! -
User1182815 Sent on 06/01/2013Harris is the best "wedding food" Ive ever had! We had a plated dinner and everyones food came out fast and was hot. They own 4 restaurants and their caterering food is as great as if you were in the restaurant. People were raving about the food -

We had our wedding and reception at Verdoni's Event Center and Harris Catering did our meal. I got lots of compliments on the food! Service was great, and Kristi was wonderfully flexible with any requests or questions I had. -
User2596787 Sent on 05/04/2016I was generally impressed with the catering services provided by Harris Hospitality for our wedding reception on April 30, 2016. From the beginning they were very helpful as I tried to decide how I wanted to go about feeding our 215 guests at our strolling reception. Me, my fiance, mom and mother-in-law attended a tasting early on and were presented with SO MUCH FOOD that we ended up taking some home in boxes. We felt that this was an indication of services to come and gladly selected Harris as our caterers out of about five options. I worked with Jennifer directly via email to nail down all of our details. She was quick to respond to my emails and answer all of my questions. On the day of our reception, the presentation of the food was gorgeous. The food tasted amazing and was served on time. My only complaints are as follows: many of my guests were not offered the snacks and foods being passed around by the servers; also, the stationary food was cleared away SO EARLY that many of my guests (my fiance and I included) got little or nothing to eat. For this reason, I didn't give five stars for value. While there was a TON of food, I feel that a LOT of it was wasted by the early clearing. The room that the caterers suggested we serve the food in was somewhat awkward and was located very near the bar, creating a traffic jam for our 215 guests. I only wish that they had left the food out longer to allow more people to enjoy.

User2155597 Sent on 05/31/2015I was semi-disappointed with the service provided by Harris Hospitality while catering our wedding for about 250 guests. First, they told us they would provide appetizers to the head table prior to our arrival - which did not happen. We didn't get to try the appetizers at all. Then, dinner was about 25 minutes behind schedule (when we arrived), despite the bridal party arriving about 5-10 min later than planned. When questioned about these things after the event the staff was defensive and blamed everything on the bridal party arriving 5-10 minutes late instead of apologizing! Lastly, many of our guests did not get cake (The cake table kept emptying which they were supposed to be filling), even though we took tons of cake home! The food was all right (what I was able to try) but the service was quite disappointing.
