    A huge hit!

    We hired Hart's Turkey Farm to do the catering at our Castle in the Clouds wedding, and one thing we heard over and over again at and after our wedding was how good the food was!  And I have to agree.  We chose one of the buffet options from Hart's and after postponing the wedding a year due to COVID, the menu itself had changed slightly, but I think we got the good end of the bargain with this one!  The lobster ravioli was a huge hit and wow, was it delicious!  My one regret from the entire day is that I didn't eat more of it!  The staff at Hart's was super responsive and nice and easy to work with through all of the time leading up to the wedding, as well as while they were there.  They were also really accommodating when we needed to add a vegan option to the buffet even though there wasn't one originally included in our menu.  I was really happy with the service they provided, and it was great hearing everyone talk about how much they enjoyed all the food, because you never want to disappoint your guests with their dinner!

    The best food!

    Hart's did an amazing job with the food for our wedding! We got so many comments from guests about how delicious everything was. Our tasting was incredible too. We loved all the appetizer options and it was hard to choose. The turkey and roast beef were so good and the sides too, especially the butternut squash. We would highly recommend Hart's!

    Hart's is Great!!

    We hired Hart's to cater our daughters rehearsal dinner and day-after brunch in June of 2022. As the original wedding date was June of 2020 (thanks, Covid!) we ended up with a three year relationship with them! There were staffing changes over that period of time, but everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, supportive, and delightful. Willow was a pleasure to work with over those final months, and both events went off without a hitch. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Hiring Hart's was a great decision and a great addition to our wedding weekend.

    Amazing food!

    All of our guests LOVED our food! Who doesn't love a turkey dinner?! When we went for our tasting we lirerally couldn't decide what to have at our wedding because we loved EVERYTHING! The event coordinator was wonderful and always responsive to my emails.

    Amazing Food!

    Hart’s Turkey Farm never lets us down! Each year, my family eats Hart’s on Thanksgiving. When we found out that the location of my wedding has Hart’s as a top recommended, we were thrilled. Everyone at our wedding complimented how delicious the food was. The staff were efficient and the food was nothing short of wonderful. Thanks!

    Delicious and Affordable!

    We used Hart's Turkey Farm for our catered wedding reception at The Preserve at Chocorua on 11.3.18. Cara worked with us from the beginning to customize a BBQ buffet on our tight budget. She was very helpful, kind and responsive throughout the whole process. All of our guests loved the food, including us! We are so thankful for the service provided and the delicious, affordable food, we wouldn't have been able to do what we did, without Hart's!

    If your venue allows you to bring in your own caterer - look no further... Hart's will not disappoint, your taste buds or your wallets!

    Absolutely delicious with great service!!

    Hart's totally exceeded my expectations!! Their food was so delicious and the servers were top notch. Our guests were raving about the food and still talk about it to this day!! Almost everyone got seconds. Cara was great to work with during the planning stages and listened to everything we requested. We wanted a buffet and although it wasn't something they offered exactly, she customized it just the way we wanted it with no problems. She hosted a great tasting where we were able to try a wide variety of dishes/apps. I would HIGHLY recommend using Hart's as a caterer--everything was wonderful!!

    We booked them through our venue (the Margate) so the process was extremely easy. Everything from the food tasting to our wedding day went great. They have a ton of different options for food choices so you can really customize your menu. They also provided all the dinnerware for the event. Our guests couldn't say enough good things--especially about the apps!

    Hart's catered our New Year's Eve wedding as well as New Year's day brunch and they did an incredible job! The food was amazing and Cara, the event coordinator, went above and beyond to work with us, even changing the menu at the last minute. The staff was so professional, arriving on time, dressing nicely, and cleaning up like they were never even there. We could not have been more pleased.

    I could not have imagined having anyone other than Hart’s cater my husband’s and I Wedding Day. Hart’s catered my husband and I’s Wedding in June 2016 in Laconia, NH. Hart’s Turkey Farm is special to me as my grandfather who has since passed away first brought us to Hart’s when I was little on our family vacation. Each year my family goes to NH at least once a year just to eat at Hart’s. Although my family and I have had Hart’s several times, multiple family members and friends say the food at our Wedding was the best they have ever eaten and like nothing they had before! You mention Hart’s once to them and they go on and on about how delicious it was! The tasting at Hart’s was one of the funest experiences my husband and I had Wedding Planning. The staff was so kind to us. When I had questions regarding Gluten Free options for my sister I was able to personally speak to the Chef who went over all of our concerns. Some of the food we had included a domestic cheese platter, turkey, beef of sirloin, salad, squash, carrot relish, desserts, etc. A big hit at our wedding was the mash potato bar. We had a buffet line and the staff who served the food was very kind and even held my plate so I didn’t get my dress dirty while I picked my food. I would HIGHLY recommend Hart’s for anyone’s catering needs as well as going to their restaurant.

    Everyone raved about the food.
    The Hors d'oeuvre, cheese/crackers and veggies and dip were great.
    It was a buffet with carved beef, carved turkey and haddock Florentine were outstanding.
    Everything was hot. The tables were beautifully set with china and glassware.
    The staff were courteous and professional.
    Very highly recommend them!!

    They provided the catering for my Castle In the Clouds wedding under the name Castle In the Clouds Catering. They were AMAZING! Everything was perfect, from the food, which everyone raved about, to the service, to the presentation and communication AND their prices were very reasonable for what we received! The other caterer we had the option of tried to talk us into a buffet rather than a plated dinner, saying the sit down plated dinner would be too difficult to pull off. Well, Hart's pulled it off PERFECTLY, and for LESS MONEY, better choices and WAY better food! DEFINITELY choose them! I was so happy with their communication beforehand that I told my mother-in-law to have the rehearsal dinner at their restaurant, and they didn't disappoint for that, either! Absolutely delicious and a great time was had by all! Thanks so much to Cara and Mike for being so helpful and easy to communicate with and for providing the best wedding food I've ever had! I was worried about this because I'm from NY and so is all of my family, and NY catering halls are notorious for over-the-top food selection, and I was elated to hear many of my family and friends saying it was the best food they've had at a wedding, as well! And, as an aside, I also liked the fact that they made sure my groom and I got plenty to eat all night, including hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Everyone was telling me that we wouldn't get to eat and how they barely tasted the food at their weddings...we got to taste it all and it was EXCELLENT!

    Harts Turkey Farm catered our wedding and people couldn't stop raving about the food! It was some of the best food I've ever had at a catered event. I did stop and take some time to enjoy it, and I am SOO glad I did! Throughout the whole process Harts staff (Cara especially) were very organized and polite and experienced. It was great to know that I was in good hands and that everything would be taken care of. I even had Harts do the cakes and I will tell you that the value was outstanding. The cake was delicious - unlike a lot of wedding cake, and also beautiful. Harts delivered more than I ever expected as far as quality and value and I highly recommend them.

    Loved the Food!

    My husband and I loved the food we selected and enjoyed every minute!! Staff were super attentive and kind. We were a little disappointed that 50 dessert pieces were forgotten in the refrigerator—thank goodness the bartender at our venue discovered them, however, some of our guests did not get dessert even though the bartender had asked if there were extra in the back. We understand things get busy during events but we were a little bummed some guests didn’t get dessert. Other than that everything was delicious and perfect!!

    Great food with a lot of options. We went with a buffet which included two meats and a vegetarian option. My family and friends couldn’t say enough great things about the food. Their tasting was fantastic as well!

    The food was amazing and a huge selection for the price! The guests all raved about how much they loved our food and how many great choices there were. Would highly recommend!

    We had a great experience with Hart's! The pricing was very reasonable and the food was very good. Because our wedding was at the very beginning of the fall we wanted something that felt warm and traditional. This fit the bill perfectly. It really felt like Thanksgiving dinner! The only areas that I saw opportunity for improvement are the "coffee service" and the ability to make small changes to the preset meal options. The coffee service that we had requested as an additional service was just a carafe of coffee sitting on the bar with a stack of plastic coffee cups stacked next to it. It was barely visible, tucked away in a corner. I had to ask the bartender when the coffee service was happening (because the rest of the staff left very quickly after the meal was served), and that was when he directed me to the carafe at the end of the bar. That was a disappointment. Otherwise the experience was great- easy communication with Cara (the catering coordinator), delicious food, and efficient service at the event.

    I loved working with Harts! They were so friendly & organized for the tasting. They helped us cater our menu for our guests
    Great value. Delicious food! My guests raved about the turkey! ! Food was amazing! !!
    Service staff was efficient, but not very kind, as the bride i asked a server if they could open the wine on my table for me, we had paid a corked fee & I was told that 'it wasn't her job' but she did get someone to open it. In the middle of cutting the cake we realized they never put forks or a plate out for us
    Guests complained about them pulling full glasses of wine off the table in front of guests.

    We used Hart's for our wedding in June 2011. They have an excellent and extensive catering menu and options with different price points. They were easy to contact and great to work with. Everyone loved the food. Some of the guests even went to the restaurant the next day! I highly recommend them.

    Hart's Turkey Farm is a very special place to my husband and I because we dine at the restaurant with my family every year on our annual August trip to NH. So when it came time to pick our caterer through our venue, The Margate Resort, it was a no-brainer. The food was delicious as always and everyone raved about the mac & cheese hors d'oeuvres. I just wish that I could have designated someone to make us up a doggie bag at the end of the night because I didn't eat nearly enough!!!

    The pros:
    The food was delicious! We received many compliments from guests.
    They were flexible with the menu (cut our cake instead of doing desserts, added different breads).
    They have so many different menu options.
    They folded our napkins for us even though they didn't provide our linens (they can provide linens for a fee, we just did our own).
    The service at the wedding was excellent.
    They worked with their distributor to get the craft beer we wanted at our out bar.
    Their prices are incredibly reasonable.

    The cons:
    At times, they were very difficult to get a hold of through email or phone. However, when I was concerned about something 2 days before the wedding the catering manager returned my call from her cellphone after hours.
    They did not offer a tasting (didn't matter to me as I've had their food many times, but it might matter to someone else).

    I would definitely recommend them!

    The food was really good and the staff were extremely nice, helpful and professional. We had a buffet so the food wasn't very hot when it got to our table, that's the only complaint.

    What is great about Hart's is the amount of options to make your day the best! Everyone LOVED the food, it was perfect and the price was right!!
