  Your Easiest Decision in Wedding Planning

  I don’t even know where to start. Our original wedding coordinator had to step down for family reasons and even though it was about 7-8 months before the wedding, I was still panicking about finding a coordinator. A friend recommended Marie’s services. Everything happens for a reason and we are so glad we had Marie! I had most of the planning done already, so we hired her for day-of coordination, but she did so much more than just that. She kept us on top of our to-do list, even giving us to-dos that we wouldn’t have thought of without her. It wasn’t just day-of services with her; she worked with us months in advance and kept us on track leading up to the wedding. I felt so scatterbrained in getting all of the parts together. It felt like I had a 1000-piece puzzle and struggled getting the pieces to fit. After finding Marie, I honestly felt like I could stop worrying (as much) for the first time. She coordinated with our other vendors so that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about answering all of their questions and giving them specific directions, which let us relax on our final week before the wedding and focus on what was most important to us. She helped us with many aspects of our day to help it go off without a hitch, but she still gives control to the couple. She didn’t try to take over the planning or dismiss any ideas we had, but she was there to make suggestions and help us when we needed assistance. I truly believe that she was a big part in helping us enjoy our day as husband and wife instead of working to coordinate and handle details. It let us prioritize ourselves and our families. Marie is a professional and has her stuff together. I recommend her services to every couple planning a wedding, and to anyone needing assistance in planning an event. Things will always come up, but you can relax knowing you have Marie in your corner.

  Very Thankful

  I met Marie with Hashtag Events at the wedding show in Oshkosh. She exceeded everyone of my expectations. The months leading up to the wedding she was always checking in to make sure I was getting tasks completed. The day of our wedding she was there from start to finish and took so much pressure off me and our families so everyone was able to truly enjoy the day. She is very reasonably priced for the amount of work she does! 100/10 would recommend!

  Absolutely wonderful to work with!

  Working with Marie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We are from out of state and needed every bit of help we could get to put together vendors and make our wedding come together. Right away we loved that she was willing to answer some questions on how her process worked and what it would be like to work with her and she was very professional about it. Her connections and previous experience working with so many vendors help us find which ones worked best for us and in our budget. She was able to reach out to them and handle a lot of the communication for us which we appreciated so much as we were in a different time zone and it was hard to start those conversations. She worked with us and met with us whenever we needed it and made us feel prepared and comfortable for our big day. Our day was absolutely wonderful and everything I wanted! She helped keep us on track and make sure everyone knew where to be and when, at one point in the day she was checking in with me and ended up sending out her jr assistant to get me a snack because I hadn't eaten since breakfast and was feeling it. And at the end of the night she made sure everything was in order so we could get back to our hotel and get some rest. Hashtag Events and Marie were such a wonderful addition to our day and we are so grateful for all the work she put in.

  Last Minute Help!

  We LOVED Marie! We were so last minute, thinking we didn't need a coordinator... boy were we wrong! If you haven't, get one before you start running out of time. It will be worth every penny. She was so organized, listened to all of our wants, and followed through with our vision. She was a life saver!

  Russ and Lisa wedding

  Marie was an excellent wedding planner. She worked with our complex wedding coordinating with us when Lisa was in CA and I am in WI. We could not have done such a complex event with nearly 200 attendees during a COVID-19 year without her expertise. Well worth the money 👍. We chose Marie because she also coordinated my nieces wedding.

  Marie was the best decision I ever made for my wedding! Not only is she so great to work with, I feel like I gained a friend along the way. I hired her for day of coordination and we met many times before my wedding to make sure everything was on track. And the day of my wedding- I didn’t worry about a thing. Everything went on perfectly and I know it was because of her. I should add my wedding happened during COVID, so double the stress, and Marie was there for every change and annoying thing I wanted done. Hands down worth every penny and more. Thank you Marie!!! ❤️

  Marie and I became friends through her being my wedding planner. She helped me plan my wedding DURING COVID! I lost my mind and she found it! She was so flexible and Extremely helpful.
  Before covid hit, I thought I had everything together, but as things got closer-I realized how much I needed her.
  
  The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to her. She made sure every detail was what I wanted. At one point the photographer asked me something and I said “sure “ and Marie caught me and said “no, you wanted this...” I was sooo thankful for that. When you are on your wedding day you don’t es t to have to think, you do not want your mom or guests to have to pick up any slack and Marie made sure everyone was able to enjoy our day! She e en made sure our dog made it down the aisle! My brother and his fiancé were so impressed, they used her for their wedding 2 months later!
  
  Marie is also very passionate about what she does and very educated. I would t rust anybody else!

  Outstanding addition to our wedding!

  Hands down the best decision to add Marie with Hashtag Events to my wedding day! Her assistant and her made my day far less stressful so I could fully enjoy it. Honest to God, I recommend hiring her for set up, take down, dog watching, day of coordination. We hired her at her full package and wouldn't have done it different!

  Totally worth it.

  When my wife told me that she wanted a wedding planner I wasn't sold on it thinking that we could do it ourselves. But boy was I wrong.
  
  Marie helped make our wedding day perfect. She helped us choose and deal with our officiant, photographer, florist, DJ and makeup. She made the wedding day smooth and painless, allowing us to focus on ourselves rather than trying to focus on a schedule. I'm sure that there is more that I am overlooking simply because I didn't have to worry about a thing!

  I am so glad we decided to go with hashtag events for our wedding planning.  Marie did such a fantastic job.  Our wedding was so beautiful and we hardly had to do any work! Marie found us amazing deals from photography to the florist and even the officiant.  It really made our lives so much easier and on the day of all we had to do was enjoy it!   I absolutely loved working with Marie! She met with me countless of times and also worked with me over the phone to go over both big and fine details. She made sure to stay updated and keep me on track since she was our day of coordinator. Honestly I don't know what I would have done without her. I completely relied on her and her assistant on the big day to answer everyone's questions and take care of all the details. It was amazing, and because of her, I was able to just enjoy our big day and take it all in. I loved working with her and I can only imagine all the stunning work she'd be able to if we hired her to help plan as well. I definitely recommend her for anyone on the biggest and happiest day ever!!

  I absolutely loved working with Marie! She met with me countless of times and also worked with me over the phone to go over both big and fine details. She made sure to stay updated and keep me on track since she was our day of coordinator. Honestly I don't know what I would have done without her.   Marie and her team are wonderful. Marie is a great communicator and follows up quickly. She is calm and confident in her work, making it easy to rely on her. I felt prepared going into our wedding day, and even though Marie was only our "day of planner", she made sure that we were ready ahead of time. Marie took care of several unpleasant issues during our wedding, and we both had no idea anything was the matter. We could not thank Marie and Samantha enough for being part of our wedding day!
