  Professional , Attentive, the best !!!

  Charmaine at "Haute Global Travel " did a fantastic job in assisting us with or travel planes to Mexico for a wedding . She also assisted in not only the bride & grooms travel plans but also wedding party and guests ( 40 plus people !!! ). When ever I called her she made herself available to me to answer any travel questions I had .

  Highly recommend Haute Travel

  Char has been so helpful for all our travel needs. She helped us navigate planning a destination wedding in the beginning stages of planning. When we decided to have a wedding at home she helped us plan our dream honeymoon. She also helped plan our April 2023 Mexico trip to celebrate my birthday. She took care of all the booking and transfers, finding the best prices, and was an email away during our trip to answer questions. Highly recommend!

  Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to plan a destination wedding!

  Charmaine was wonderful to work with throughout our wedding planning process. After deciding that we wanted to have a destination wedding, we had no idea where to begin or where to even consider traveling. Charmaine was with us every step of the way. She gave destination recommendations and insights on each which helped us eventually land on Jamaica (where neither my wife or I had ever been). During the planning process with our resort Charmaine was involved at every step advocating for us and helping to provide suggestions/items to think about. She also helped coordinate the travel of our entire wedding group (40+ people) which was a major load off of our shoulders. Any questions that came up were able to be referred to Charmaine and she took care of everything. Our wedding week was amazing and our wedding day was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We are extremely thankful for Charmaine and will absolutely use her services for planning any future trips!

  Would 10/10 recommend

  My husband and I used Charmaine at Haute Global Travel and she made every single part of our trip easy, relaxing and seamless. We needed lots of help, as we don’t travel outside the US a lot. She helped us choose the location we traveled to, the resort, and everything in between. She was so incredibly knowledgeable on everything – we gave her a few key things that we wanted, and she was able to help us choose the perfect honeymoon. It was so nice to know that she had been to the different islands/resorts we were considering and could give us all the details we’d need to make our decisions. She helped coordinate every part of our trip – flights, shuttles, check-in, excursions, etc., and even helped us prepare ahead of time to make sure we had everything we needed and knew everything we needed to know before leaving. She also found us a way to save some money while booking. It was so nice to know we had someone knowledgeable to help us if anything went wrong while traveling, as well. She not only had contacts, but personal relationships where we were, so we felt so taken care of and safe. Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect and I would 100% recommend Charmaine to anyone – we will definitely be working with her on our next trip.

  You Want Charmaine on Your Side

  We booked a European River Cruise through Charmaine at Haute Global Travel. Charmaine encouraged us to take insurance and we followed her advice. Unfortunately, several serious medical issues during and after the pandemic, precluded us from taking this trip. The cruise line’s staff did not give us the correct information with respect to our options when the trip had to be cancelled. Charmaine was very sympathetic with our situation and worked her connections tirelessly, including pushing the matter to more senior levels to get us a full monetary refund.
  Facing the possibility of losing a significant amount of money, while dealing with a family health crisis was very stressful. However, Charmaine kept us informed of all of her efforts on our behalf, which allowed us to just focus on our family’s health issue. We are so thankful we had Charmaine on our side. We have had friends who worked through other travel agencies or directly with the cruise lines and they lost lots of money due to these unfortunate health events and cancellations. Their agents just shrugged their shoulders and said there is nothing they can do. As they say, “s*** happens”, especially in modern day travel.   Incredible customer service!

  Where to start? When my husband and I decided to branch out and have a destination wedding it was difficult even wrapping our brains around. We have never even left the country, so we knew we would need quite a bit of help. Enter Charmaine! Charmaine is absolutely incredible from the start to even after our Mexico destination wedding. From the first day we talked to Charmaine I knew that I picked the best in the business for travel help. She not only was willing to calm my nerves, but did it with ease when I was being difficult in picking the perfect resort. Charmaine called us multiple times a week if needed to make sure we were happy and to discuss details. Charmaine even jumped on emails and calls with other vendors when she did not need to, just to make sure all of the details I wanted were perfect. We traveled with 66 guests and there were zero issues. None! In fact I am still hearing how seamless all of our guest travel accommodations were. Charmaine is a full service woman and I can assure you that you don't need to look any further for a travel specialist. Charmaine really helped ease all my wedding fears and made the trip so seamless. We are already in the works of planning another trip and I know that no matter our needs this time, we will be treated with the same quality service as if it were our wedding again. Thank you so much Charmaine, we could NOT have done this without you!

  Working with Charmaine

  We were given Charmaine’s information from a close friend who has used her services multiple times. My now wife and I were planning our honeymoon and we’re looking for some serious help during the process. Charmaine’s expertise and recommendations were exactly what we were looking for in a travel agent partner. We ended up with a package we did not even know existed with Charmaine’s help and the trip was amazing! She was very helpful, attentive to details, and supportive throughout the entire process.   Amazing Travel Agent!

  Charmaine and her travel company were so amazing in helping us coordinate our destination wedding in Dominican Republic!! We honestly don’t know how we could have planned the wedding without her. From the minute we spoke to her on the phone, we knew she would be a good fit for us. She is very knowledgeable in all things travel and answered all of our questions as well as our guests even with all of the changing protocols from the pandemic. She is professional, trustworthy, sincere, organized, and was very responsive when we had questions. She even assisted us when we ran into some issues with the resort and advocated for us.   Charmaine is the best!

  We are so happy that we were able to find Charmaine to help us plan our dream honeymoon. She was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was always available to speak when we needed her and did the best job in finding us the perfect resort in Bora Bora. She took all the worries of traveling away and made our experience seamless. In a time when there were numerous requirements and headaches with traveling internationally, she made sure that we had all necessary documentation ready and put together a comprehensive travel plan that made it easy! We could not recommend Charmaine more and cannot wait to use her on our next trip!

  Words can't describe how thankful we are for Charmaine and everything she did to make our honeymoon something we will remember forever! Three months before our honeymoon our first destination choice was still shut down due to Covid. We were stressed and scared that we would lose money and lose out on our honeymoon. Charmaine took all those stresses away and took care of everything for us. We would have never been able to do that on our own, and would've had no idea what to do! We ended up in the beautiful Exumas and had the most incredible honeymoon. While we were traveling she made sure we had everything we needed for Covid travel. Also, during our trip, she checked up on us and helped with a few minor issues that came up during our stay as well. We felt like true VIP's the entire time. We highly recommend her to everyone now, and will definitely be using her services again in the future!

  Charmaine is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about all of the places she recommends. She helped us plan our destination wedding and was there for us for every step of the way. She facilitated our calls with the onsite wedding coordinator, made sure we got the best rooms, and even worked out additional perks for our group at the resort.
  
  Especially during COVID, Char went above and beyond and made sure we all had the correct travel documents to meet the new requirements. She even called the Jamaican health department for us to make sure our group would be able to get in! I would highly recommend going through Haute Global Travel!

  Amazingly easy

  We booked a trip to Jamaica for my cousins wedding but then covid hit and we all had to reschedule. Then TWO other major life changes happened within a year and I had to reschedule again. Charmaine George’s (travel agent) compassion shined on me during that time and I was able to change the dates without a hassle. Truly appreciated it!

  Amazing! The best!

  Charmaine was fantastic to work with! Her suggestion did not disappoint. We had an amazing time in St Lucia and she made it so easy for us. We had enough to worry about with our ever changing COVID wedding, so it was nice to not have to worry about the honeymoon!

  Charmaine George was recommended to us by our friends who used her to book for their wedding. My wife, Bianca, and I got married in Mexico at Xcaret Hotel and couldn't have been more pleased about how helpful Charmaine was. Many of our guests echoed that sentiment as well. She really did go above and beyond to ensure the stress of having a wedding at a resort we hadn't been to was minimal. We will certainly be using her for any travel plans going forward and have already referred others to use her for their wedding as well.

  One key thing we are all looking for in a travel agent is knowledge and expertise. My wife and I have used Charmaine George from Haute Global Travel for multiple trips now and she has far surpassed other travel agents we had used previously on this front. In fact, on our most recent trip she was able to provide luxury recommendations that ultimately saved us a lot of money (she alerted us that Hawaii at Christmas time would be far more expensive than the perfect vacation we ended up experiencing in St Lucia).
  
  But more importantly in a travel agent we want somebody who doesn't stop at simply booking the trip and making sure we know the travel itinerary. And that is definitely the case with Charmaine. She books the trips, she follows up to ensure we are fully up to speed on activities available, and she makes sure all possible questions are answered, and she follows through to make sure the trip is going as planned during the trip. On our most recent trip, the Airline had an issue with the plane so had to cancel the flight. Charmaine was on the phone with us immediately (extremely early in the morning), helping to educate us on all of our options and helping to get us rebooked and our vacation back on track, and then after the fact making sure we received proper reimbursement from the airline.
