  Hayley has been altering my daughter's pageant wardrobe from over 4 years and has always done a beautiful job. From complicated gowns with as much beading as a wedding gown to custom silk suits, Hayley has always helped my daughter look her best! Her skills really shined when I asked her to alter and modify a size 0 Sherri Hill gown down to a little girls size 8. Hayley was excited by the challenge and made the gown look perfect and age appropriate! Most important to me is Hayley's willingness to work with our hectic schedule or fast turn around times. I have recommended Hayley to anyone who needs gown alterations over the years and would happily do so today!!!

  I am shocked at the negative reviews! Hayley did my wedding dress and my sister's. She did an AMAZING job! We are picky people, and the quality was fantastic. I highly recommend.

  Impeccable!

  Hayley designed and created my niece’s wedding dress to perfection. She looked like a dream. She had also altered my daughters’ prom dresses beautifully. I love her work!

  Hayley is wonderful! Vocelles Bridal recommended I have my wedding dress done there. My mother also had her rehearsal dinner dress and mother of the bride dress done by Hayley! My mama was hesitant about the off shoulder gown so Hayley took some of the material she'd removed from the botttom to make ruched straps that you couldn't tell weren't part of the original design! My dress has been featured in a couple magazines!
  
  My mom and I are back at Hayley's shop having dresses altered for my sisters upcoming wedding in DC. I wish my sister had been able to have her wedding dress altered with us. I have a beautiful Matron of Honor dress. Despite giving the company my exact measurements it came in much larger and I looked like I was wearing a fancy potato sack. Hayley is once again saving the day!

  Hayley Lauren Couture if amazing! My dress was quite long and needed some significant work done to the shoulder straps in order to fit. My bustle was also a bit of a challenge. I received exactly what I wanted from Hayley Lauren. I only had to go three times in order to finalize my perfect dress. The price was also incredibly reasonable!

  I just love Hayley! She is sweet and kind and professional! She managed to make my vision for my dress a reality and even made some last minute alterations to my mom's dress just a few days before my wedding. Her work is impeccable and she is just a wonderful person!

  This woman is a MIRACLE worker!! I had a bridesmaid dress that was a TOTAL disaster! I came to her desperate 24 hrs before the wedding and she fixed it SO quickly and it looked incredible. Her price was amazing and she went out of her way to make sure I had it in plenty of time for the wedding the next day. I HIGHLY recommend her. I only wish she were in jacksonville so she could alter my own wedding dress!

  Hayley Lauren Couture is absolutely amazing! Hayley is great with working with your vision. I bought a dress that was not a sweetheart shape and I liked it but didn't love it. I brought it to her to see if she could alter it so that it fit my body better and to see if she could turn it into a sweetheart neckline. I scheduled an appointment with her via email and met her at her workplace in Manor at Midtown. She is also a full time mom but that did not deter her from professionalism or attention. Her children have a playroom and didn't distract from the scheduled meeting. We briefly went over how I would like to alter my dress and she nipped and tucked what needed to be altered. I left my dress in her hands for about three months because I moved for work and wasn't able to come back until later. She was completely fine with keeping my dress and actually finished the alterations within a couple of weeks. When I arrived back for my fitting, it looked AMAZING!!!! It fit me perfectly and the sweetheart top was everything that I envisioned. I left the dress with her a little longer to add a little more beading to the top at the top. Her pricing is very affordable and I was quite surprised with how little I was paying. I would recommend her to anyone who plans on getting their dress, bridesmaid dresses, etc. altered. She is very sweet and wonderful to work with!

  Hayley did an amazing job altering my wedding dress! I was so pleased with the results and even more pleased with the affordability of the alterations. She was very flexible and very easy to work with. I would 100% go back to Hayley with any other alterations that I would ever need.

Hayley was so sweet and just a joy to work with and it never seemed to bother her no matter how many times I asked her to change things, I could tell she wasn't going to be happy until I thought the dress was perfect. Which it is now thanks her!!! Hayley came referred by the owner of Vocelles and I would definitely reccomend her to any Tallahassee brides.

  Hayley altered both mine and my mom's dresses for my wedding. She did a great job, and was so kind and easy to work with! I changed my mind about the placement of my sash after she had attached it to my dress, and she was so nice about changing it. We also had her come out on the wedding day to steam mine and my bridesmaids' dresses and help me get dressed. She made things so much less stressful for me and made the day flow more easily. Hayley is great and I definitely recommend her!

  Hayley Lauren Couture is the only place I would recommend in North Florida for bridal alterations. Her prices are great, and the work is incredible! I got married in December so my fittings were all through the holidays and she worked with me to ensure that everything was done in time. Now after my wedding I am planning on getting my dress altered so I can wear it as a knee length formal and of course, I am going back to her!

  Although Hayley did not make my daughter's wedding dress, she helped us with a last minute dress problem. Two days before the wedding, we found out that the bridal shop, where we bought my daughter's wedding dress, had not bustled the dress. Hayley had made my beautiful MOB dress so I called and asked if she would do the french bustle. Without hesitation, she agreed. Due to our very busy schedule the day before the wedding, we weren't sure when we could pick up the dress. Hayley said she would be there when we needed to pick up the dress. My husband picked up the dress the next day on the way to the rehearsal dinner.
  I highly recommend Hayley for her excellent customer service and beautiful work!

  Hayley's prices are incredible. I expected a custom made dress to be out of my budget. But I was able to show her pictures of several dresses in which I liked parts of each dress and she put them all together to create my dream gown. Her confidence and creativity are awesome.   I used Hayley Lauren Couture for my wedding gown, and it turned out to be absolutely gorgeous! I had a purchased strapless wedding gown, and had an lace illusion neckline placed on it by Hayley. She did such an amazing job, and it was exactly what I wanted! She does such amazing alterations!

  I needed my dress taken out a smidge 6 weeks out from my wedding and Hayley was able to fit me in and make the changes for a very fair price. She did wonderful work and I am very glad I was referred to her!

  I needed my dress taken out a smidge 6 weeks out from my wedding and Hayley was able to fit me in and make the changes for a very fair price. She did wonderful work and I am very glad I was referred to her!

  The only bad thing I can say about my experience with Hayley was it was sort of difficult to get a hold of her for scheduling. It would sometimes take a couple of calls to reach her. Other than that she did a great job on altering my dress. I needed it taken in at the bust and cups to be added in and the length altered. I only had to come in one extra time because the bust had to be taken in a little bit more. My dress fit flawlessly and I felt so comfortable on the day of my wedding!

  It's hard to read these reviews because I see truth in the positive and negative here. I'll start with negative and end on a high note.
  Cons: Getting in touch can be a bit difficult- you're not going to get a text or call back within the hour like your caterer. E-mail can be tricky too sometimes but calling is the best to schedule appointments and get updates. That being said, she's a mom of 2 precious young girls and that is her balance in life. She's taking care of her family or fixing dresses. I also took my mother's veil to her to get created into my garter and showed her a sample design of what I wanted (different than normal). Ultimately she wasn't able to do the design and changed it without telling me, but it totally worked out, looked pretty and I got the extra tool should I want to do anything else.
  Pros: Haley is incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable and creative. My floor sample dress came in with numerous stains and some pulls on it. She did all the alterations early enough in advance that we had time to send it to a cleaning company and the dress looked GORGEOUS when it came back. She found cup fillers to help my top fit better on a larger chested girl. Granted I had a simple dress (simple silk dress with layers) all alterations were fitted to a tee. She steamed my dress and veil one more time before... we were SUPPOSED to pick it up. We had a change in plans and Haley was able to drop off our dresses to us the following day (cause she was on our side of town). She didn't have to and we didn't expect it, but it was the sweetest most helpful thing she could have done.
  I had a simple silk dress, my mom a complicated lace dress and both were perfect. I wonder if the people with lesser reviews overestimate what these professionals can do (practically redesigning dresses). Go in with a patient and open mind and leave enough time in your schedule. Or ask her how to plan your fittings.
