I cannot say enough about Hazel & Bloom Events! Jessica and Casey were absolutely amazing. They answered my million questions and did such an amazing job coordinating our wedding. Our entire wedding weekend I felt so confident and calm because I knew that Jessica and Casey were there to make sure everything was running smoothly. Also, Jessica and Casey are such a blast to work with and they worked so well with our other vendors. If you want to have the best coordinators for your event definitely hire Hazel & Bloom Events! -

I could not say better things about this team! I needed desperately for someone to captain my ship and Jessica did JUST that. She kept things so simple for me and off my plate which was a HUGE relief. Plus, she is just adorable and fun to work with! I was lucky to have her and her team! -

I could go on and on about how amazing our experience was with Jessica! From the very beginning she makes you feel like you have been friends your entire life. My husband is big on personal connection, so that was our number on thing when hiring our vendors. Jessica exceeded all expectations with flying colors. Truly just an amazing person and friend to work with. Do yourself a favor and hire her. I promise you won't regret it!!! -

Jessica was such a blessing to work with!! Through the whole process she was there to answer ANYTHING I could come up with, and if she wasn’t sure, she would find out! She did an amazing job recommending vendors for everything I was unsure of, and had great relationships with everyone in town (which helped to us to save some $$$🤗). Special thank you to her for putting up with our ridiculous wedding party the whole time too😅 She was such a huge part of our big day, and I believe she was the reason why it was such a success! Im so happy she was there to guide us away from making some decisions that would have made the day stressful, and pointed us in the best direction possible. I cannot say enough or express how wonderful working with Jessica was! From the first moment I spoke with her on the phone, I knew she was the I wanted to make sure the wedding day went smoothly. She went above and beyond, helping me perfect the layout and making sure everything and everyone was organized days before the wedding weekend. I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator than Jessica! She had all of the wedding day timeline completed weeks before the wedding, all my vendors lined up, and took care of anything I needed! I couldn't imagine my big day without Hazel & Bloom Events!
If you are looking for the kindest, most professional and amazing wedding coordinator or designer, look no further than Jessica, I promise you won't regret it! -

Wedding Planner is a MUST!
For all those that are engaged and debating if you want to do a full wedding planner or just a wedding coordinator... I would highly recommend the whole package. Jessica with Hazel and Bloom does it all and for a great price! Yes im sure we all like to think that as a new bride we can do it all but what's great about working with Jessica is that she works with you through the whole process. You still get to be a part of all decisions making but you don't have to do all the research, paperwork or coordinating which is sooo stressful! She did it all for me and it made my wedding process a breeze. She is fun, personable, knows a lot about the ins and outs of wedding planning and how to make an event go smoothly. She also goes above and beyond for you even traveling across the country to my island wedding. She is one of the best investments I made for my wedding don't miss out! Hire her ASAP she books up fast! -

The BEST Planning Experience
Jessica with Hazel & Bloom is AMAZING. My husband and I were so lucky and thankful to find her! She went above and beyond leading up to the wedding, helping us 8 weeks out. I'm an event planner myself, but I could not wrap my head around executing my own wedding and I'm so glad that I didn't. Jessica created a timeline that was so detailed and punctual I was able to enjoy my day and not have to worry where everyone was or what I was supposed to be doing. Everything flowed with ease and she sent me where I was supposed to be at the time that not only I was scheduled to be there, but the time that fit when others may have gone over on their schedule. Our mariachis were insistent their time was up and Jessica convinced them to stay longer. When about to get out of the limo at the cathedral I realized I had forgotten my veil in my hotel room 6 blocks away and in under 7 minutes Jessica was at the hotel front desk getting a key copied and grabbing it from my room, then running it up the street to me. IT. WAS. AMAZING. Hire her if you're looking for a stress-free wedding that you can enjoy with ease! Every bride should get to enjoy this day!!Hazel & Bloom Events's reply:

I consider myself a very organized and decisive person and thought I’d plan our wedding on my own (and save myself $ on a planner) but 10 days after getting engaged I had already stressed out about the wedding several times and was feeling very overwhelmed. I decided to hire a planner as a wedding gift to myself and I am SO glad I did. Jessica was the BEST! From our first call (which lasted an hour!) she put me at ease and I immediately knew I was in good hands. Jessica was available to take my random calls/text/emails, and after each call she left me feeling more calm and confident. When it was looking like we were going to have to postpone our April 4th wedding due to COVID-19, she listened to me as I cried on the phone, helped us make the decision to postpone, then immediately got to work notifying our vendors. When we chose a new date, she helped to re-book the vendors. Essentially she helped us plan our wedding twice. The vendors she recommended and we booked were of the highest quality and so joyful to work with (Katie Knotts Photography, Anne Marie’s catering, PowerSounds DJ). Jessica’s “details meeting” was very thorough (who knew SO much thought goes into wedding timelines!) and she covered every aspect of the day. She brought 2 assistants with her on the day-of and our wedding went off without a hitch. I’ve had several guests comment on how perfect the day was and how it just flowed effortlessly and I contribute that 100% to Hazel and Blooms hard work. Jessica and her team went above and beyond, she even led the dance floor through the Copperhead Road line dance and changed the color of our uplights throughout the party to match the vibe. Treat yourself to the gift of a planner, and make it Hazel and Bloom. You won’t regret it! -
