We had our wedding reception at Hazeltine this past December, and I couldn't have imagined a better venue. Not only is the indoor and outdoor space stunning, but the entire staff was also beyond helpful. We enjoyed every minute and could not recommend them enough! -

Amazing Wedding Reception Venue!!!
We had our wedding reception at Hazeltine in July 2022 and it truly exceeded all of our expectations -- it was the PERFECT venue! We had our ceremony offsite so I was a little worried about coordinating between the two places but Jan Hillius, the catering and event director at Hazeltine, was the BEST to work with with and made it so easy. She was so responsive to all of our questions and had great suggestions and helped so much the day of as well. The whole planning process was stress-free, Jan asks all the right questions and captured our wedding day vision perfectly. She does a great job coordinating with all of vendors as well to ensure the day of goes smoothly. The outdoor patio is also brand-new and perfect for summertime cocktail hour before dinner - our guests LOVED it. Our family and guests still rave about Hazeltine and our wedding day - the food, drinks, staff, everything was perfect - we could not recommend Hazeltine enough!! -

The most professional venue I have ever worked with!
Oh I could have a whole chapter on this venue, it was the prefect spot for our summer wedding and we’re so happy we chose them. The planning process was a breeze, Jan Hillius who is the catering director made sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted it to. She even took notes and asked question that we never thought of. If you are looking for a place that cares about your special day, I can assure you… THIS IS THE VENUE! -

Our best decision!
Words cannot express how great it was to have our wedding at Hazeltine! They were very flexible and accommodating during covid times allowing us to move dates, etc. Jan is amazing to work with and made sure we were taken care of at every step along the way. We had the pleasure of having 2 wedding events at this amazing venue. We had a small “micro wedding” ceremony in June 2020 and a larger wedding ceremony/celebration in June 2021. The staff always goes above and beyond what is asked of them and their attention to detail is outstanding. The venue is beautiful and there are great spots for photos outside. The food is amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests. On the day of our wedding, we felt we were treated like royalty. Booking Hazeltine was the best decision we made during wedding planning! -

Everything we wanted and then some
Hazeltine was above and beyond what we expected for our wedding reception! The staff, especially Jan, were all wonderful to work with. We are so glad we decided to get ready there prior to the ceremony, Jan had great recommendations for vendors to spruce up the bridal room - they were affordable and did not disappoint. The guys loved using the golf simulators beforehand also. The space itself is beautiful and the dinner service was amazing, we had multiple guests comment on how good the food and wine were and how impressed they were with how quickly they were served. We're so glad we chose Hazeltine and would 100% recommend for your wedding! -

Hands down best reception venue!
My Husband and I chose to have our reception at Hazeltine and we were not disappointed. The staff were attentive, the ballroom was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Jan was extremely responsive and helpful to my million questions throughout the whole planning process. Hazeltine is also pretty affordable when comparing to other ballrooms or barns. The whole day was absolutely perfect and could not have gone better, a huge of which was contributed by Hazeltine, Jan, and vendors. -

Becca Sent on 11/02/2017My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Hazeltine National Golf Club. Jan was great to work with! She pays attention to all of the details. Answered all of my questions promptly. The venue its self is beautiful and doesn't need a lot of extra decorating. We received a lot of compliments from the guests about the food and the venue. Best decision we made was to host our wedding here.

Claire Sent on 12/18/2017I absolutely LOVED working with Jan and the staff at Hazeltine. I would highly recommend Hazeltine as a venue for your wedding. They are extremely professional and timely with all of their responses. Also, their food was amazing! My guests kept complementing on the food and staff throughout the night and even months after the wedding.

Kelly Sent on 10/31/2017We had an unforgettable wedding experience with Hazeltine. Starting from the initial conversations, to planning and meetings, to day of. Everything went without a hitch. I no longer live in MN (we are from here and wanted a wedding at home!) and Jan was AMAZING to work with-even from far away! Every detail was covered, any question or concern I had, she already had it covered. The landscape of Hazeltine (even in FEBRUARY) was beautiful and the layout between the cocktail hour and then dinner and dancing in the ballroom was perfect. Everything was so organized! Food was so yummy and large portions! Would recommend to anyone!

Meghan Sent on 10/03/2017Patrick and I were married on 9/17/16 and hosted our reception at Hazeltine. We absolutely loved working with Jan Knudtson. Of all the different vendors we worked with, Jan was the best - most responsive, knowledgeable, helpful. Beyond that, we heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests (including family!). Meals were delivered hot and tasty, drinks came fast, and everyone had a blast. Our guests especially loved seeing where the Ryder Cup would be played in just two weeks' time.
Our pictures from Hazeltine were our favorite from the day. The contrast of the deep green grass to the stark white dress and the red from the Ryder Cup bleachers is incredible in the pictures. We both highly recommend Hazeltine for your big day!Hazeltine National Golf Club's reply:

Jan the wedding coordinator is such a doll to work with and is really helpful with the entire process. I also loved the friendly staff and servers! Everyone was great and that is what made my day so special! It was the best day ever! I would recommend them to anyone! -

After a few days of reliving the wedding over and over, I keep going back to how wonderful everyone at Hazeltine treated our day. You were so easy to work with and I never felt that a question went unanswered quickly and completely. And then the day of, from the moment we walked into the Bridal Suite to the last dance, we felt that there wasn't a thing we had to be concerned about. It was a day of fun, fun, fun and not a single worry. The food was delicious and every waiter and bartender were professional and kind to ourselves and our guests.
I will highly recommend Hazeltine to anyone looking for a venue, and I will always rave about you personally.
