We hired Pamela to officiate our wedding on 10/23/22 at Stone Manor Boutique Inn in Virginia. Pamela has a a big heart and beautiful spirit! I appreciated the positive energy she brought to us and the event space on our sacred day. She was very accommodating and professional. I felt very comfortable co-creating our wedding vows with her. My husband and I were deeply moved and our guests commented that our words were very heartfelt. It was the prefect ceremony and a day I will never forget! -

Pamela made our wedding ceremony the most beautiful ceremony I have ever heard. She took our theme and put elements in the readings and listened to everything we wanted for our big day. She felt like another family member while with us and we enjoyed the closeness she provided. She was very communicative and our rehearsal and day of went without a hitch and we owe that to her experience. I 100% recommend Pamela. You will not regret it.Heart Star Ceremonies's reply:

One-Of-A-Kind Unique and Deeply Meaningful Wedding Experience
Pamela's ability to connect with her clients, to delve into what is most meaningful and essential while creating a very personal, curated, remarkable ceremony is a talent and gift we were honored to enjoy, as she and her insight could not have been any keener or perfect for what we sought in our special wedding day experience.
It felt like fate that we happened across Pamela's information when googling for an officiant who would be able to provide a meaningful handfasting ceremony with other cultural traditions important in our families. We felt an immediate connection to Pamela and her instinctual grace, clarity and light that she brought to our vision with our very first connection and she walked with us every step of the way to see all of our collective ideas come to fruition in a way that couldn't have been any more perfect. Pamela was flexible professional and above all loving!

Pamela is the best!
Pamela was the best case scenario for us. We reached out pretty late in the year, and even with everything 2020 threw at us, she was willing to go above and beyond to make our modified wedding day special. She answered all questions quickly, and helped us create a unique and special ceremony that represented our love. Beyond that, Pamela embraced and enhanced the theme we set for our wedding. It meant so much to us that when we told her it was a medieval theme, she was genuinely excited and did what she could to honor that theme. From her dress to the ceremony, she made it perfect. She cares about more than doing her "job". She cares about the people, the love, and the importance of a union, I couldn't have asked for a better officiant. -

Working with Reverend Pamela was absolutely wonderful. She was exactly what my husband and I were looking for in an officiant. She allowed us to customize our ceremony completely how we wanted it, and provided great resources for any ceremony elements we needed help with. And after the wedding we were provided with a beautiful print out of the entire ceremony along with an additional marriage certificate to hang in our home. Reverend Mann was so wonderful! She was professional, but you could tell she really cared about us as people and making our ceremony unique and special. She met with me twice to make sure the ceremony was the way we wanted it. She seemed to deeply understand our vision for our day and marriage, including our spiritual beliefs. She really went above and beyond what I expected, I am so glad we hired her. I would recommend her to anyone of any religious beliefs, or lack there of-- she really listens to you. I couldn't have been happier! -

She took the time to meet with us, learn about our relationship, our vision for the ceremony, and what type of language we preferred. Pamela sent us her remarks in advance for review and approval, was professional, and extremely heartfelt. I noticed throughout the ceremony she was genuinely happy for us, and honored to be party of our special day. We were very impressed and glad we chose her to be our officiant. -
User2296724 Sent on 09/01/2015My fiance and I had a hard time finding an officiant in our budget; the ceremony is the whole reason the wedding is happening in the first place, so we wanted to find somebody who would do a good job, but we didn't want to the spend as much as we were seeing the DMV. Pamela's reasonable price was the first thing that caught our eye, but we were impressed when met her about how responsive she was to our ideas and how she had several of her own to offer.
Pamela sent us a draft ceremony script well in advance of our wedding so we could make any changes, and she was patient and agreeable anytime we wanted to change some language or move pieces around. Despite only meeting in person once before the wedding, the ceremony script captured my now-husband and I's relationship perfectly and conveyed the tone that we were aiming for. We were also happy with the way Pamela officiated the wedding once the day arrived. It's easy to see that she loves what she does!
The only thing I would change is that one of the script changes was overlooked. The script had the introduction to our guests ("for the very first time, I present to you Mr. and Mrs. ....") before the first kiss, and we wanted the kiss first. During the actual ceremony, the introduction was first.
Overall, though, we loved working Pamela and were very happy with our ceremony! Given the chance, we would definitely work with her again. -
User1436575 Sent on 11/13/2013Pamela officiated our wedding on November 2, 2013. From start to finish, she was extremely helpful and so accommodating to all our ideas for our ceremony. She took everything into consideration and gave us the perfect ceremony. She was also very flexible in communicating with us through the entire process since we live in Hawaii. Everything went off without a hitch and we would without a doubt highly recommend her to anyone getting married!

User1427044 Sent on 11/07/2013Pamela officiated our October wedding, and we couldn't have been happier. I talked with several different officiants over the phone, but they all seemed to be putting on a act, and it made me feel a little weird about the whole thing. Ideally, an officiant would be someone you know well through a church or someone in your family, but we are not members of a church right now and just didn't have anyone in our family who we felt would be right for the job. Pamela is a very honest and sweet person. Another reviewer said that they were impressed by how genuinely happy she seemed to be a part of their wedding, and I feel the same way. We are not an overly religious couple, but we didn't want our ceremony to be without any elements of faith at all. She did a beautiful job offering suggestions and laying out our ceremony for us. Her price was also very reasonable compared to some others around the area. After the wedding, many guests commented on what a great job she did and were asking if she was someone we knew well. The fact that they would even ask that speaks volumes about what a lovely job she did overall. She is fantastic!
