  It was the perfect venue

  We were married on August 3rd, and we are still at a loss for words. The Heartland Ranch was such a perfect venue. The view of Mt. Rainier directly behind the altar was incredible. The tent fit all 143 of our guests, our buffet, the DJ, and the dance floor. The large grassy area gave the kids plenty of room to play and dance. Our photographers were in love with the scenic views, as well as the lighting in the wooded area. The bar offered the perfect space for our bartender. The bridal suite was plenty large enough for our wedding party of 14, and was so nicely decorated.
  Marcia was amazing. She is so friendly and kind and truly cares about each of the couples that get married there. She is professional, and full of great ideas. She is flexible and really wants the best for your special day. Everyone I have spoken to since the wedding has complimented us on the venue, and how absolutely perfect it was. I am so glad we chose The Heartland Ranch, and I would recommend it to anyone.

  Marcia and her crew are so helpful. Booking this venue for my wedding was the least stressful part of the entire wedding process. I had an enormous guest list, but they were flexible and patient with me, and they helped me plan other aspects of my wedding to make sure its execution at Heartland Ranch Venue was perfect. I couldn’t be happier.

  What a beautiful venue when you want something totally customized with a beautiful backdrop. They are super flexible to your needs and so accommodating.

  The O'Brien's are wonderful hosts and the Heartland Ranch property was a nice venue for my daughter's wedding. The dressing area for the women could use more electrical outlets and full length mirrors and individual chairs instead of the love seat so there would be ample seating for the bridal party. All in all, I would highly recommend the Heartland Ranch for any large outdoor event
  
  I would not suggest contracting with Weddings by the Williams. They are nice people but their service standards are questionable at best.

  The O'Brians are 100% accommodating and professional with a very friendly down-home feeling. The Ranch is beautiful and the absolute perfect place for an outdoor country wedding. I would strongly recommend this venue, and happily use it again!

  We had our wedding of about 175 people there. There was plenty of parking for everyone and the venue owners were ready to help if I needed anything. They even let me put my cupcakes in their fridges when I realized they would be melting by the time we got to them that afternoon :) Mt. Rainier was beautiful and the trees in the back of the property made of some beautiful pictures. The whole day was such a whirlwind but I was very happy I chose the venue I did, it looked just the way I imagined my wedding to look on pinterest (haha).
