Thoughtful, flexible, and professional

Heather did a wonderful job officiating my marriage in December. She brought the right combination of professionalism and fun to our meetings, was extremely thoughtful, and was an excellent communicator.

Heather worked with my wife and I to craft a beautiful ceremony that built on what we always envisioned our wedding day to be like. She incorporated unique ceremony requests we had with her own ideas and the result was better than anything we could have hoped for.

On the day of the wedding, Heather did a perfect job. She managed the ceremony like a pro, worked seamlessly with our vendors, and carried an aura of calm throughout.

We highly recommend Heather!

Heather creates a beautiful ceremony with you ❤️

We highly recommend Heather for your wedding or vow renewal ceremony. She worked with us to create the perfect ceremony. Her delivery is amazing too. She is very professional and you can tell she has many years of experience under her belt and truly enjoys the whole thing from planning to execution. If you only have the money to hire her, your ceremony will be perfect for you and create a wonderful experience for your guests. Our wedding truly wouldn't have been half as good without her services. We thank her from the bottom of our very full hearts for her excellence.

Amazing, personalized experience

Heather is one of a kind.

She took the time to learn about our relationship, what made it special, and wrote a personalized ceremony just for us. It made the day perfect! We got eloped at the top of cottonwood pass, which was amazing. She was flexible in location and fun to work with. Look no further!

Just perfect

Heather did an absolutely lovely job for us. We were referred byt friends, and at first we were hesitant because we weren't sure if sosmeone who didn't know us could pull off the warm, familiar kind of ceremony we wanted. After about 5 minutes with her, we knew the answer was yes. Heather was crazy helpful through all of the planning, with suggestions, helpful advice and referrals. Our ceremony was just perfect. Quick, warm, lovely. Heather is great.

Wonderful Experience for Creating Mountain Ceremony

We got married in Salida and are glad we chose to work with Heather for our ceremony. She helped us craft a ceremony that fit our desires and felt very true to the atmosphere of our mountain venue. She was lovely to work with and we received many compliments on how nice our ceremony was.

Heather is Amazing - Book Her!

My husband and I booked Heather for a couples coaching session before our wedding and for officiating our wedding. We cannot say enough good things about Heather. For couples coaching, we wanted to ensure that we were talking about the hard things and we wanted to make sure that we had tools to make it through rough patches. Our couples coaching session gave us the confidence we were looking for while heading towards marriage! For the wedding, we wanted a ceremony that focused on our story, our values, and something that we could come back to to remind us of why we are together in the first place. Heather designed a most beautiful ceremony and really listened to us and our story/values to make it uniquely ours. I highly recommend Heather, and hope that you search no further and just book her!

Amazing Officiant. She made our winter wedding even more magical than we expected.

Heather was amazing from the start. Heather was recommended to us by our wedding planner and we are so glad we decided to go with her. She made the ceremony so amazing and really tied in the ceremony to both me and husband. I would recommend her to any couple as she really tries to make it a ceremony for you.

Heather is so unique, thoughtful, and sincere!

Heather couldn’t have been more perfect for our dream Mountain wedding. From the get go she was very responsive, and very easy to work with. I was then blown away by her unique style and charm added to our ceremony. From beginning to start we had complete control and freedom and built a completely custom script! She also provided helpful recommendations for ring vows etc. Most of all, Heather was such a calm and supportive presence throughout. She reminded us to be present and grounded, which was MUCH needed. 1000/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Planning my wedding and trying to do everything on my own got to be exceedingly overwhelming, so much so that I broke out into hives, I could not do it anymore and THEN… I came upon Heather. She is the best, she really makes sure to calm your nerves and help you through everything. She has excellent advice and will make you feel very comfortable. I would most definitely highly recommend Heather. I can’t say enough positive great things. You will not be disappointed if you hire Heather. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We knew she cared about what was important to us and was very professional and attentive to detail in carrying that out. We loved working with Heather to create the perfect ceremony that reflected our values and shined on why we were there that day. The "homework" Heather gave us was helpful for not only the ceremony but to get us talking about the "why" of our marriage. Her presence on our wedding day was so calming. The ceremony she helped us create gave the structure and reverence to the moment we were hoping for. Not to mention, she was so flexible and easygoing to meet at our unconventional wedding location. We are so happy we decided to work with Heather and cannot recommend her enough!

Wonderful officiant

We originally planned for a friend to officiate, but about 2 months before our wedding, we realized that wasn’t going to work. Wonderful, Kind and personal!!

We couldn't have been happier with our ceremony. We had a last minute situation with needing a replacement officiant for an ill family member who could no longer attend. Heather stepped right in, bent over backwards to make the timing work and the end result was as if we have been working together for years to make it happen. Couldn't recommend her more!!!

If you want a memorable and personal wedding ceremony - than look no further! Heather was truly a joy to work with. She was patient, understanding, creative, and communicative. Officiant for 06.26.2021 wedding in Crested Butte

Heather was absolutely AMAZING! From the get go, she had such good energy, and was just an absolute sweetheart. She did such an awesome job at my ceremony, and I still have guest telling me how beautiful it was. She incorporated everything that my husband and I wanted, and more! I loved how easy she was to talk to, and she was very professional, and prompt in her replays to all of my emails. She helped planning a destination wedding SO much easier. I loved how she called me the morning of to do some grounding work to lower my anxiety. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Heather! You are the best!

Absolutely Perfect

I am beyond grateful we chose Heather to officiate our wedding, easily one of the best decisions we made. Having a ceremony that was so unique to us made the day that much more special. Heather put so much thought into writing our ceremony, learning about us as a couple, and she really grounds you as you're standing in front of everyone and helps you focus on each other and the step you're taking together. She also did such a sweet and heartfelt mention of my late mother in her remarks and for that I will always be grateful. One of our guests (jokingly) told me the ceremony was so beautiful that they don't need to attend another wedding ever again! I cannot recommend Heather enough. Thank you so so much for making our wedding perfect!

One of our guests (jokingly) told me the ceremony was so beautiful that they don't need to attend another wedding ever again! I cannot recommend Heather enough. A perfect elopement event

Heather did a great job pulling together our last minute elopement. She quickly understood our interests and pulled together a ceremony that was perfect for us. I would highly recommend her as she does take the time to get to know you as much or as little as you prefer!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Heather! She was helpful from start to finish. We connected so well from our first phone call, all the way until our ceremony! She also recommended our amazing photographer and hair and makeup artist! She portrayed us so perfectly on our special day. She made us feel connected, loved and so blessed! I loved every word she put together for us!!!!

Heather was just the right person to officiate our wedding! She was fun and easy going, which made our ceremony stress free and enjoyable! Everyone kept asking how we knew each other and were shocked to know that up until a few months before the wedding we were complete strangers. She really takes the time to ask all the right questions and make your ceremony all about you and exactly how you want you special day to go! I highly recommend her for your special day! You will be soo happy you did!

We couldn't have imagined a better ceremony. Heather was so thoughtful in her process and really made the ceremony about us. We didn't want anything cookie cutter, and she delivered! She took the time to get to know us to make it truly about the two of us. She was so fun to work with and made the process easy. It's easy to lose sight of what the wedding is all about when you are planning, vetting vendors, etc. but she brings it full circle and reminds you why you're there.
