  Our day was beautiful! Everyone at Heidelberg was helpful. They even had an employee go and find me a fan! Wow talk about making the bride comfortable! My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves!

  Food was great, scenery was fantastic! Our wedding party arrived early and they made extra hors d'oeuvres for us right away! Their package deal saves time searching for vendors and the vendors they work with are fantastic!

  Excellent, excellent service. Pat and her staff did a great job. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the day flowed just perfectly. Everyone had a great time.

  I don't know where to begin on how great this place is and how wonderful the service is. The food was wonderful. Everything was very easy to plan. Their flexibility was out of this world. We had a lot of people not show up and they packed up those meals for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having a party. It is a value all the way around. The venue is also very beautiful.

  My daughter held both her wedding ceremony and reception at the club. We were thrilled ! The staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The room was transformed and we had a spectacular evening.

  Heidelberg Country Club was great. We used their package deal with the cake, flowers, dj, and honeymoon suite. The deal was great since we didn't have to shop around for people. The services they provide were all top notch. The food was excellent and service was wonderful

  I cannot express how wonderful HCC was to work with. My reception was seamless from start to finish. Everyone expressed how smoothly everything transitioned from moment to moment. The staff were wonderful! The all-inclusive package was the best decision we could have made- everything was included which was perfect for a bride like me who didn't want to have to micromanage every detail. I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone!

  Heidelberg was a really great venue to have the reception. The location is set back so I would recommend providing transportation for your guests but once you are there it is great. The layout is fabulous and the room is a great size for your guests. The food is also great and I received a lot of complements. There is a balcony outside for people who would like to stop out for some fresh air and the view is beautiful. The price is probably what makes this venue most special. It was extremely resonable and it allowed me to spend my money in other places since I didn't have to budget as much for the place. Very accomidating and helpful staff!

  Great price and great location. The food was great also. Perfect ceremony spot as well. Great place to get married if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg!

  The HCC is a great place to get married. The location is hard to find, so make sure you mark the street with directions. But once you arrive, it is definitely worth the drive. They will work with you to make your day special, just make sure to ask! We had our ceremony outside on the lawn and the reception inside the ballroom. The food was great and everything included in the package makes it well worth the money.

  Challenging communication and staff messaging me with adjustments until the final few hours before the wedding

  The wedding attendant was not super responsive and always had an excuse for being busy. On our wedding day one of the tables was set up incorrectly shoving 7 people at a 5 top. The bartenders did not follow our Bride and groom drink requests and they were not trained bartenders. Many guests said they were just getting cups of liquor instead of the drinks we had given for them to make. We said no shots and the venue states no shots allowed and they were giving shots out. The wedding wasn't being moved along by the wedding coordinated cocktail hour went over by 15 minutes and the DJ was not helpful or mindful of times either my husband had to tell him to move people into the dining room ( the party people). This venue is very nice but dated and better suited for a birthday or anniversary party than a wedding. The price was right and that was the saving grace. Otherwise we wouldn't want to deal with the staff or vendors again. Jamie from cake a fare was the best part of the experience. Sue from the flower shop was also frustrating to work with and overcharged for what I got. I asked for pompass grass and fresh floral and I got carnations and dried flowers way overpriced. Not what I expected.

  Horrible service

  Was just recently in a wedding. The landscape was a disaster. Bushes out of control, flower pots with dead vegetation. It rained the day of the wedding, they stressed the bride and groom out about moving the ceremony indoors and we're not accommodating AT ALL. The ceiling tiles had mold on them, but they covered them up with tulle but you could still see it. The staff serving food were equally nice and rude. The food was bland. For the thousands of dollars they spent, the beef was bland, the chicken was dry, and the mashed potatoes were burnt and dry.

  Terrible customer service!! Wouldn't work with bride and groom! Pictures speak loudly!!

  Terrible place! Maggie is terrible. She even wanted to "show" the facility when the bride and brides maids were dressing. No privacy for preparing for wedding. Groom and groomsmen had to dress at another facility. Water marks on ceiling, mold, dirty food carts, couldn't even iron linens for the tables that the bride and groom had to pay extra to use! Chairs for outside wedding were filthy. They couldn't even wipe them down! Paid extra for that too!!
