    Amazing Experience working with Heirloom Events

    I was the Matron of Honor at my friends' wedding and watched Haylie and her team do five million tiny things to make sure the entire wedding weekend ran smoothly (and I know there were millions more I didn't see). Haylie is creative, organized, and strategic. There's always something that doesn't work at the wedding last minute, but she gathered her resources and found solutions without the bride even knowing about it. Haylie didn't miss a thing. The dance floor had gotten dirty from guests stepping on it, and before the bride and groom entered the reception, she was on the ground wiping it down til it was pristine.

    It was one of the most gorgeous weddings I'd ever attended and I highly recommend Heirloom Events. They put their whole heart into this event and even made sure that the bridal party was fed, hydrated, and emotionally well. Heirloom Events will elevate your special day, hands down, and they'll do so with grace, joy, and amazing attention to details.

    Boston Fall Wedding - Destination

    Thank you Haylie for assisting with our wedding planning. The complexities of planning a destination wedding was made simple with Heirloom Event Co.     Haylie - Excellent Event Planner!

    I am a venue coordinator and was lucky to have worked with Haylie as an event planner for a beautiful Fall wedding. Haylie is a true professional and provided effective and efficient communication between the client, the vendors and myself (representing the venue) for a seamless experience for all involved. Not only was she detail oriented, she was truly a pleasure to work with and coordinate with prior to the wedding day as well as during the event! I would recommend working with Haylie and this group to any couple/client!

    Fantastic event planner

    I have went on several trips and have attended a few weddings out on by Haylie. Each one has been absolutely magical. Haylie/Heirloom offers a diverse range of experiences, from destination trips to more intimate gatherings like birthday parties or any reason to celebrate. Her creativity and attention to detail are outstanding and the personalized gifts add a special touch. She listens to her clients needs and will always go above and beyond to make the moment special.     Circus Themed Party

    I met Haylie through a friends wedding that she planned. I was very impressed, and she mentioned she planned other events. My girlfriend and I attended a circus themed party at "Get A Grip Trapeze in Chicago", and it was amazing! It was 3-hours of flying trapeze, and there were Circus themed art, props, and food! There were several other couples at the event, and it was great. 10/10!

    Amazing events!!!

    Haylie throws top notch events, and nothing less. She thinks of every excruciating detail and her efforts lead to absolutely stellar experiences. Ive been to a number of her events and they are all unique and well thought out. Her passion shows through and I could not recommend her expertise more!

    Thank you!!

    I know I can totally be and was a bridezilla and Hailey was one of the few people that got me to breathe and laugh. Even when we were sent the wrong flowers she resolved it before I even noticed. I only heard later that she handled it so quickly and didn't want me to stress out. It was constant little things like that throughout the process that kept me from being a MEGABridezilla lol! She was great, affordable and incredibly kind. Apologies again if I was a handful!
