  Catering at The Pavilion

  We had our wedding through The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms and the in-house catering with Henrici's. We were nervous at first about not choosing our own caterer, but all those fears were gone once we tasted the food! Everything they served was delicious and perfectly cooked. Even our pickiest eaters and vegans were impressed! The serving staff was very professional and took the time to speak to every guest with food allergies to direct them to safe choices. They really went above and beyond to make our special day even better. Highly recommended!

  All our guests said it was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding!

  From the hors d'oeuvres to the main course, the food from Henrici's catering was phenomenal. So many of our guests raved about how it was the best wedding food they have ever had and my husband and I agree! We went with buffet style and for our entrées we chose the chef carved roast beef and apple risotto stuffed chicken. The food was hot and the service was excellent!

  Henrici's was a pleasure to work with! We received many compliments from our guests how great they thought the food was. Day of went off without a hitch. Initially we were not considering a buffet for our wedding, but with Henrici's decided on the buffet option and would highly recommend. Chef even came out and introduced himself and congratulated us which we really appreciated. Bobbi and her team were incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. If you are considering having your wedding at the Pavilion with Henrici's, I would recommend them to anybody without a doubt, don't wait another second!

  To say that the food was phenomenal wouldn't even do it justice. Henrici's did such an amazing job. From our tasting to the day of our wedding, the presentation and savory flavors of the food didn't change one bit. We ended up doing buffet style, while our tasting had been plated. Not once in my entire life have I had buffet food duplicated to look and taste the exact same as plated meal, but Henrici's managed to do it! Our guests raved about our food for days after our wedding. Bobbi did an excellent job of communicating with us in the months leading up to our wedding. When we had a (VERY) last minute guest RSVP, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much for making our wedding day complete and delicious!

  Every single one of my guests raved about the food! They seemed to be shocked that "wedding food" could be this good. When you work hard at planning a wedding all you want to make sure of is good food, music and dance. Henrici's helped us accomplish this. The staff at Henrici's were fabulous, especially Bobbi. Such a pleasure to work with her. Highly recommend them!!

  Henrici's did a fabulous job catering my wedding and definitely exceeded my expectations! Being the Pavilion's exclusive caterer, I was not sure what to expect. When my husband, our parents, and I had the food tasting, I could not believe how amazing all of the food was. I was definitely skeptical that they could make 130 plates taste that good.... but they did! I cannot tell you how many people came up to my husband and I to rave about the food. One of my parent's friends even said that it was the 2nd best steak he has ever eaten, and he goes out for steak whenever he travels (which is a lot!). Bobbi and Marissa were wonderful to work with and responded to my million questions timely! Thank you Bobbi, Marissa and team! You helped make our day unforgettable!!!!!

  The staff with Henrici's was courteous, professional and flexible, but more importantly than that, the food was outstanding. I had the Prime Rib, Salmon, and Cider Creek Chicken available for my guests and they all said that the meat was tender, the fish was far from dry and the chicken was delicious.

  Guests loved the food

  We didnt get to try our appetizers at cocktail hour, but everyone said they were the best theyve had. And they couldnt believe the portion size for dinner. Still am getting told how great the food was down the the taco bar we chose. Bobbi & Taylor were awesome at fast responses for email or phone calls.
  Only one small detail I was disappointed in, we had another option of how to save our cake (we had cupcakes for the guests & were taking the cake home) instead of asking us how we planned on taking the cake home, the workers cleaning up decided it was ok to drop my wedding cake into a paper bag (i wish i had taken pictures) and place aluminum foil over the top thus breaking the wedding cake topper and smearing the frosting on every nook and cranny ruining the look if the cake and the flowers were then pressed into the cake as well. We are preserving the top half for the typical eat it on your one year, and i wouldve liked to see the design, detail and floral we chose for our cake rather than the hot mess we were sent home with.
