  Hera et Lutece - Fiona makes dreams come true!!

  We were SO lucky to find Fiona! My husband and I interviewed a few planners. Most of the planners did not really listen to what we were saying when we talked about what we were looking for in our dream wedding, they only saw dollar signs. Fiona understood our budget and stayed within the confines of our price range. She kept us on track with timing, budgeting, and got us everything we wanted (and more!!). She is organized, hits the brief you give her, solves problems behind closed doors that I didn’t know existed in the moment, has a clear plan on how to bring your vision to life, and we especially loved that she is sustainable-minded, donating leftovers to those in need.
  
  Her emotional intelligence is incredibly high and you can tell she is really passionate about finding the things she knows you will love. Fiona instinctively knows when a bride or groom is happy, satisfied, or is looking for something else. She knew I had a particular venue in mind and she did not give up until we nailed it!
  
  She came with me to my catering tasting when I visited Paris (my husband unfortunately couldn’t make it), and showed me the things to pay attention to, asked questions on our behalf, took notes on everything I liked and didn’t like, and made me feel like I had a confidant and friend in her. She hugged me when I cried seeing my venue for the first time, and at the welcome dinner and on our wedding day, she was there every time I needed her with the sweetest, most calm demeanor and a big smile on her face.
  
  I would pick her a thousand times over - the wedding industry can be overwhelming and finds so many ways to nickel and dime you - I knew I could trust Fiona to go to bat for us on costs and realistically push back when something did not make sense. We could not have planned a destination wedding without Fiona! Thank you so much Fiona, you made my dream wedding possible and exceeded my expectations of what my special weekend could look like. ❤️

  Amazing Experience with Fiona

  Fiona was a wonderful person to work with. For me as the groom, she made the experience very comfortable. I never felt out of place, and she always made sure I had a voice in the entire process and that my opinion was valued. I appreciated that she never gave up on any of our ideas, even if they seemed unrealistic. She always helped us find a way to get what we were hoping for. The wedding planner/client relationship was professional and wonderful, but my favorite part is how it extended past that. I know that whenever my wife and I go back to Paris, we will be seeing her as a friend now.

  Fiona was a wonderful person to work with. For me as the groom, she made the experience very comfortable. I never felt out of place, and she always made sure I had a voice in the entire process and that my opinion was valued.   Best wedding planner ever!

  Fiona made planning our wedding a seamless experience. She was efficient, responsive, kept us on track, and made the entire planning process stress free on our end. After all the months of meetings, emails, and messages she became a friend. In the months that have passed since our wedding we have had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to- and I know that's because it was all in Fiona's hands. My biggest concern planning an overseas wedding was that things would get lost in translation along the way- having Fiona as a conduit made sure that didn't happen. She took our vision and executed it perfectly.

  Nous avons eu une fantastique expérience avec Fiona et son entreprise Hera et Lutèce lors du planning de notre mariage. Organiser un mariage transatlantique ne semble pas être une tâche facile et pourtant tout s'est déroulé sans mauvaise surprise. Fiona a été réceptive à nos souhaits, toujours réactive et notre niveau de stress est resté tout à fait léger! Merci Fiona et merci pour toutes tes petites attentions!

  We loved working with Fiona!

  We are so glad we chose Fiona as our wedding planner for our destination wedding in Paris! She is super organized, detail-oriented, and very responsive, which made planning our wedding from the US so much less stressful! Fiona took the time to understand our style and preferences to create a wedding that was unique and fitting for us. She did a wonderful job organizing our wedding, from finding vendors and negotiating contracts to setting up the decorations for our ceremony and reception and calmly handling unexpected issues on our big day! We really enjoyed working with Fiona and highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Paris or France!

  We opted for the on the day wedding coordinator package and it’s safe to say we would have been lost without Héra et Lutèce and Fiona’s skills. Fiona is highly professional, organised and definitely someone you want by your side on one of the most important days of your lives. Fiona is extremely personable, has a high attention to detail and we would not hesitate to recommend Fiona to anyone who is planning their wedding in France.

  I am a traveling wedding photographer and have traveled to all parts of the world to photograph weddings and portrait sessions and one of my couples was getting married in Paris, France - I quickly reached out to their wedding planner, Fiona, and she was a boss from the get go. She was extremely helpful providing me with full details of great locations to photograph them aside from the touristy areas. She is any photographers life saver and definitely every couples dream.   You definitely need Fiona and here is why…

  This was the best moment in our life. It was well-prepared up to the very little details. From the very beginning we had no doubt we would need a wedding planner for the coordination of the wedding day.
  
  It turned out that Fiona was very helpful and also of good advice throughout the overall planning process which we meant to manage on our own. She always found the right words and ideas to guide us into the direction we wanted.
  
  We did under estimate the effort needed for decoration and making the location look pretty. Fortunately we could buy this service from Fiona. She and her associate did such a fantastic job. Up to the very little details they turned a very "cold" Château to a warm and welcoming place, for the day and for the night. They had a perfect idea on where to place what. It made us and everyone else feel comfortable that day. Even today, everyone thinks back with a smile and still feels the love that was in the air.
  
  Obviously not everything works as planned during the wedding day but we did not notice anything thanks to Fiona’s professionalism. She and her associate managed all challenges behind the scenes and made our day perfect. Today we laugh about all those details that went wrong without us noticing and finally turned out perfectly well thanks to the professional management of our wedding planners.
  
  I recommend everyone warmly and without hesitating Fiona if you want to have a beautiful, customised and successful wedding. The team is definitely worth every penny.

  Our wedding day was way beyond expectations ! Everything was perfect thanks to Fiona.   Fiona is demonstrating a unique and outstanding professionalism in every aspect of her work.
  Always smiling, never exhausted, it is just like she is also experiencing the best day of her life. That is really refreshing. And what's more is her own touch of decoration, making the wedding day as intimate as possible even though we might be hundred. I am not sure if there are any questions or aspects of a wedding preparation she can not answer to, huh. Trust me, this woman will do EVERYTHING to make this day the best day of your life and with originality!!
