Best Wedding Ever!!
I’m so thankful for Jake and Hidden Meadows Farm. This venue is the perfect secluded venue in Temecula and is customizable. Jake went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect with the wedding since it stormed a few days prior. All of our guests loved the food (in-house option) and said they had such a great time. I had the wedding of my dreams!!! -

I enjoyed my experience at this venue - Resting at the top of the hill, it offered amazing sunset views! It’s perfectly laid out, very spacious & aesthetically pleasing. The owners are very nice & accommodating. Highly recommend! -

Wonderful Venue!
We had a great experience! Getting married during a pandemic is super stressful, but Emerald Peak made it possible. We booked with them soon after they opened and it was great to see them grow and update from the time we booked to the time we got married. Everyone loved the venue. We have had so many compliments on how beautiful the space was. Jake and his crew really made the day special and we're very helpful leading up to and on the day of. I very highly recommend this venue! -

I had the honor of having my wedding at Emerald Peak. It’s a beautiful location in the mountains above Temecula. When you arrive you forget you’re so close to town, you get transported to a magical bohemian getaway!
I couldn’t be happier with the manager Jake he was extremely helpful with all planning and execution on the day of. He was also ready to answer any questions even with some pretty last minute changes. He couldn’t have been any better at getting back to us. Even with more than a couple of late night responses.
We heard about this venue from some close friends of ours who attended another wedding here. We couldn’t have been any happier with our discussion and would recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful outdoor venue. -

This was the first and only venue we saw, and it was everything we needed. Jake and Aarianna are amazing. They were so flexible from the start. They have everything you need and could want to completely customize your special day at an incredible and affordable price. Our wedding day was our favorite day of our lives. And it wouldn’t have been possible without Emerald Peak and all they did for us. We love this venue and wish we could relive our day at this special place, every day. (We even got tattoos with the peak we were married under!) Thank you so much for making our day one will always remember. -

Jake was extremely flexible with us since we wanted to do a surprise wedding that was planned in less than 3 months. We had fewer than his minimum number of guests, so he was kind enough to throw in a few extra services for us at no extra charge. Don't be worried when you tour the venue and have poor cell service, because he brings a signal booster the day of your wedding so you can get in touch with vendors/guests if necessary. It gets pretty cold in the evening, so make sure you bring blankets for your guests or coordinate with Jake for your day. Overall, it's a beautiful venue, Jake is great to work with, and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody else looking for a place for their wedding. -

This venue was what my husband and I wanted. Outdoors, pretty view, good price. Our wedding was wonderful there. Our only complaints were that it is hard to find, vendor not super responsive (until the end), and no cell service.
Overall, we had a beautiful wedding and would recommend it! -

Unless you have an unlimited amount of patience, don't care about details, and hire a wedding planner to deal with the venue owner, DO NOT BOOK. The owner is unprofessional, a horrible communicator, and just straight up manipulative. I will say, I think he is a good person & means well, but the way he runs his business is just not ok. The venue is in a beautiful location & is a "blank slate" that you can really make your own. But it comes with many, many challenges that I think all brides should be warned of before booking. I hope this review not only helps brides considering booking Emerald Peak, but also helps the owner learn how to run his business better. Its a shame that such a dreamlike venue is run in a way that gives you a nightmarish experience. Be wary of the following examples:
I would email him with a question 3 times, then would text once or twice trying to get a response. He would FINALLY answer, but not by responding to my emails. Instead he would call me on the phone out of the blue. Which also meant that I never had anything "in writing." It was extremely frustrating. Especially when it was 8pm & he would call me - ridiculously unprofessional. This is a business, and I am the customer. If I email a question, respond to the email, ideally within a few business days. Not weeks later via phone.
When I toured the venue, he promised me certain things and then when it came time for my wedding, not only did he pull those promises but tried to convince me that I was making it up. Things like him promising me his iPad to hook up to a speaker for cocktail music, and then a month out from my wedding saying "I don't own an iPad so I don't know what you're talking about." However, I literally have him in a video from when I toured the venue with an iPad in his hands..... What a joke.
Another example of this is he had promised a "renovated trailer" for the groomsmen to get ready in at the venue. TWO WEEKS from our wedding, I asked him to confirm a huge list of things (bc he was so horrible at communicating & I wanted one final check of all the details) & that was when he decided to inform me of some massive changes to the venue, one being he didn't have the trailer anymore. I had to scramble & book a hotel room for the groomsmen & he couldn't have cared less. It really concerns me that if I hadn't asked, I would have found out when I showed up to the venue on my wedding day, and my groomsmen would have had literally no where to go.
THREE DAYS before my wedding, he texted me that I needed to venmo him $150 for rental insurance. I asked where this was in the contract, and he said that it was not in the contract, and instead something that he "communicates verbally when you tour the venue." What I think really happened: when I booked in 2019, it was a new venue & he didn't realize rental insurance was a thing, fast forward to 2021 & he decides to lie & manipulate to cover that cost (Hopefully he includes this in contracts now). But if this doesn't show his level of unprofessionalism, I don't know what does. I felt cornered & manipulated, and venmoed him not because I thought I owed him that, but for fear that he would cancel it 3 days out.
All in all, it was an absolute nightmare working with this venue & its owner, especially being a covid bride & needing to reschedule multiple times. At the end of it all, I was first & foremost happy to have finally been able to celebrate my wedding. Second to this, I was happy to never have to deal with this venue ever again.
