    The Conference Center just opened about a month before the wedding, and I believe ours was the first wedding reception that was held there. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and the facility. Both our contact person/coordinator and the head chef were amazing to work with and really strove to provide the very best service that they possibly could! Everything was EXACTLY as we planned it, and the evening went absolutely perfectly! They really went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied AND that everything was pleasant, professional and ran flawlessly! It was a little more money than we initially intended on spending, but SO worth every penny!

    While the current wedding coordinator is a little green, she is very enthusiastic, creative, and wonderful to work with! The whole staff was very friendly and flexible, working with me through the whole process. The building itself is absolutely gorgeous-- very modern and sleek-- and the conference room is somewhat of a clean slate for brides with a creative eye for design. I got an excellent deal from one of their booths at a bridal show and I love all that they have done for me.

    The conference center was the cheapest place in town for the services we wanted. They were very helpful in talking about options and providing feedback. On the day-of, there seemed to be a level of miscommunication among the employees- the bartender was charging for beverages that were supposed to be pre-paid, the "Ambiant dinner lighting" discussed was full-brights, the layout of tables was backwards, etc. Additionally, the bar was very awkwardly placed in the lobby. These didn't ruin our wedding by any means, but definitely added to the stress. Overall, we felt they did an adequate job. For the cost, they did an exceptional job.

    My husband and I do not have enough great things to say about the staff at the conference center! They were wonderful and helped the wedding day to run very smoothly. However there were some hiccups up to the wedding day. My wedding planner changed shortly before the wedding and there was a lot of miscommunications through that process, also the wedding planner was seen very little day of the wedding. Working with the venue and the Drury Inn was difficult. There are linked together for certain things but we would often get a run around from the staff not knowing if we which place we needed to work with. Also make sure the Groom's name is on everything. Throughout the wedding planning process the venue only wanted to contact me, the bride. So much so that when the groom went to the venue to pay the venue called me to verify that this was alright. Overall the wedding was beautiful, the staff at the wedding itself was TERRIFIC, but up to the day there was several miscommunications.
