  Yummy cake!

  We renewed our vows at 10 years of marriage, and ordered our special cake To through Hillcrest bakery. All of the guests loved it! It was tasty and beautiful. Highly recommend for wedding cakes, and all kinds of baked goods and breads.

  Perfect cake fit us

  We asked for a Danish Layer Cake that would fit us and our venue. We came up with a stump with our initials carved in it to compliment our fox topper. It was absolutely perfect and delicious!

  Delicious and beautiful wedding cake!

  Hillcrest did an amazing job on our wedding cake! Both the taste and the presentation exceeded our expectations! They were so easy to work with and made all of our cake visions come to life! Would definitely recommend for wedding cakes!!

  classic cake w/ delicious fillings

  We ordered our wedding cake from Hillcrest, and it was just as delicious as we expected. We were easily able to set up a tasting, and during the tasting they also let us try some extra filling options, which was helpful. There are a lot of choices! I also appreciated their flexibility when we wanted to adjust our cake size and # of tiers based on a revised guest count. Delivery to our venue was prompt and hassle-free. We did pay an extra fee because it was a Sunday delivery, but this is clearly communicated up front. Chocolate cake with bavarian cream filling is so, so good!

  Hillcrest is an amazing family owned business that makes all sorts of delicious treats. We were so excited to have them make our wedding cake and couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! Everybody came up to us after the wedding and raved about how it was the most delicious wedding cake they'd ever had. Even weeks later my parents are still raving about it and asking if we can get another cake! So glad we went with Hillcrest :)

  Hillcrest is the best! They were absolutely willing to work in our budget and made suggestions to stay within it without trying to upsell at all. The cake is delicious, light and fluffy. Get the chocolate Bavarian cream, you will not be sorry. They had all sorts of guarantees that made us completely confident that our cake would be perfect and it was. Discussed design with Michele and she took lots of notes and did a sketch, all she needed from us was a color swatch since we wanted it in our wedding colors. They are willing to work with you on payment options as well so it doesn't always have to be all a big lump sum. The cake tasting they offer is free, and somewhat lack luster. They only bring out a couple of options but if there's a filling you want to try they will get it from the back for you. The rest of the bakery all smells soooo good too, so bring a strong will if you want to leave the tasting without extra goodies.

  My fiancé and I thought we couldn't afford a wedding cake, let alone our dream one, but Hillcrest made it happen for us! Everyone we talked to was super nice and helpful. They were quick to respond to both emails and telephone calls. The cake was delicious and beautiful!

  I love this place. The cake decorator was so kind and helpful and professional when we had our initial consultation/tasting/planning meeting, and they made sure to contact us immediately when they had a question. They even specifically matched one of our wedding colors to a ribbon I brought in so that it would be perfect. Oh, and the taste? AMAZING.

  This family owned bakery is the best! After hiring and firing another bakery because some disappointing/unprofessional interactions we stumbled upon Hillcrest Bakery and it was one of the best things that could have happened to us! They were so easy to work with! I don't currently live in the area and they were so accommodating in allowing me to have a tasting outside of their usual tasting hours! I ordered a fairly simple cake, but it was absolutely delicious and looked perfect! They even delivered it to two hours into the mountains where I got married and it was fairly reasonable! I know visit the bakery every time I'm in town visiting my family for their delicious pastries and friendly staff. Highly recommend this bakery if you are looking for high quality cakes and good people to work with.

  So, so, so happy with Hillcrest Bakery. We met them at a wedding fair in downtown Seattle. They had samples of everything, and when we tasted the wedding cake we knew that we'd found what we were looking for. It was great cake! We went out for a tasting, and they let us try lots of combinations and were very responsive to what we were looking for. They made suggestions, but were not pushy. The cake was delivered to the wedding as on time and as promised - looking exactly like what we had ordered. We could not have been happier!

  My parents got their wedding cake done here over 30 years ago, and I thought it would be sentimental to have my cake done by them as well. Hillcrest bakery was amazing! The cake they made was absolutely stunning and better than I could have ever dreamed of. They were friendly and great to work with and not too expensive for what I was getting either. I would definitely recommend them to anybody getting married of having a special occasion!

  I love Hillcrest! I went in there not knowing exactly what I wanted, but Barb was able to help us create the perfect cake for our wedding. It was beautiful, elegant, and tasted amazing! They are very professional and their products are quality. If you are looking for a unique cake not made by a major chain, I'd go to Hillcrest. I love that they are family owned and have good values. Hillcrest also did an amazing job with the Groom's cake, both were a huge hit!

  We loved getting our small wedding cake and our sheet cake from Hillcrest. The system for ordering still done by pencil and paper, and so I was a bit worried the cake wouldn't be right, or would get mixed up, but it was perfect!

  The cake was beautiful and delicious. The only issue we had was that when we went to pick the cake up we discovered that it was not the design we thought we had ordered. I'm not sure whose fault it was, but it was still beautiful and we didn't make a big deal out of it.
