The wedding planner at the Hilton was really good at her job and made my wedding the best it could have been. Even when my bustle broke, she was there to help us fix it. Full service.

This place is top shelf. From the staff to the food, to the hotel rooms. Everything was perfect. They even helped fix my wife's gown when there was a problem.

The Hilton made our wedding day look very elegant and beautiful for a very low price. I wasnt very impressed with the work Taneisha did at all, but once Jillian came in the picture everything was great! She made sure we got good use out of every service available. The catering was amazing, and the servers made sure i had everything i needed.

This venue was used ONLY for the reception. We used the . . . Norcross room, I think it was called, off to the side, instead of one of the banquet halls - and the room had so much more personality!! Everything was done to specific requests, and we were able to arrange the buffet selection to match our budget. Margaret (the catering manager) was fantastic, always coming up with little ways to make everything special and particularly personalized.

The venue was convenient and they provided table linens, banquet chairs and all the staff to setup, clean as well as butlers to pass out food.
Everything was setup on time i.e. the bar, food tables, chairs and the event hall they do a fantastic job. Taneisha my event co-ordinator was great to work with and she helped out with everything that I needed.

We placed out out-of-town guests and some local guests at the Hilton. It is definitely the best value out there! I was able to negotiate a rate of $70/night for our guests. They even gave us complimentary transportation for my guests to both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. They were incredibly flexible regarding early check-ins and basically whatever we wanted. They allowed us also to use the breakfast coupons included with room cost for our Sunday morning breakfast and set up a satellite buffet up for us in a private room. The only negatives were that some of the guest rooms had problems (constantly running toilets and reversed hot and cold faucets in the showers). However, they gave me and my husband a very large suite for two nights and provided chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. They also comped one of my out-of-town guest's room due to toilet flushing problems. In planning, you do have to follow-up a bit to get your questions completely answered. But, the flexibility of the hotel is totally worth it!

I was very impressed with the planning staff at the Hilton NE. They stayed in contact with me and let me know what I needed to do when I needed to do it. They set everything up for us and it all was so easy. The food was perfect too. Plenty of variety and all of it was delicious. This place was perfect for some pictures too!

Hilton Atlanta Northeast was the hotel we reserved for guests. Our wedding was at the nearby Atrium in Norcross. The hotel was a five minute drive from downtown Norcross and our wedding venue.

The price we got for our rooms was unbeatable. Only $64 a night! And the rooms were a nice size.

The only problem we had was that we were supposed to get vans to bring guests to and from the location. The vans to the wedding worked fine, but I found out later that the vans from the wedding never showed up!

The price is right, but be sure someone's in charge of keeping in touch with the hotel and making sure they send people when they're supposed to!

We had asked for a specific suite and signed a contract. First we were sent to the wrong room. I was told that my reservation began the previous day and I had been a "no-show," We were finally sent to the type of room we had asked for, though it was on a separate floor from our guests. My fiancé showed the man a copy of our contract via iPhone to prove that we were truthful. There had been a change in staff they said. We were given the correct type of suite but it would be $150. The whole fiasco caused us to be late to our own rehearsal. My fiancé heard the guy up front ask the new event planner to come out but she didn't. The bar was supposed to stay open late for us, but they didn't. Our wedding was at noon the next day and after we came back to the hotel around 4:00 pm, our room was locked. So we went down to the front desk in full wedding attire. At first thee GM acted like he was unaware of what had transpired and said no one had called him. He then said that he had watched us walk in and knew we were going to find that our keys didn't work! We showed him our contract via iPhone too. He gave us new keys and said that the second night would be complimentary. I felt better until we got upstairs. I wanted to take a bath. The water was lukewarm at best. So no bath or shower before going out. The next morning the water was ice cold. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this hotel. Everyone had complaints that they expressed to me about their stay and I felt like I was having to apologize to everyone for the Hilton's poor professionalism. I don't care if people call this hotel the "Castle on the Hill." I think a better name would be the "Hassle on the Hill...and then you get the Bill."
