    We used the Hilton Auburn Hills Suites for our wedding block and shuttle service. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. The hotel was modern and clean with great amenities. I would recommend them to any other bride!

    Guests thought the hotel was lovely.
    I wish I'd been told to enter first names on my family rooms. This was never suggested to me even though only
    our last name was on the list supplied to me confirming our block of rooms. With our cell number attached to the reservation, I assumed any concerns or confusion about this would result in a call to our number and name ON the reservation. Instead my guests in these rooms had decisions made for them by the front desk upon check in.

    The breakfast on the concierge level was not honored. We had two rooms on that level. No one from either room received correct information about this. No one enjoyed any benefit from being on this level.

    I didn't know that the bridal room would show up on this same list if it had been reserved. Unfortunately, my son and I miscommunicated and he had no room. That was our fault; but I wish I had been asked to confirm that when I called in the last week before the wedding.

    Family members asked for rooms near each other but these plans were not kept. This made it hard for help with young children.

    Microwaves may be available if requested through the front desk. We had several reserved and one confirmed. There were none available for us despite several attempts. This made hosting a small gathering that was planned difficult.

    Names on the gift bags would have been helpful so all guests would have received them. I would have liked to have known that all our gift bags weren't delivered. At midnight, they were behind the front desk. No staff seemed to know anything about them.

    I was very disappointed with my stay here. Arrived Friday afternoon with my bridesmaids. The bed hadn't been finished being made. Comforter was in a ball at the end of the bed! Called downstairs and they sent someone up. The guy wanted to make the bed with the wadded up blanket. I said no way, and he went and got another and made the bed. My bridesmaids and I stayed in the room Friday night, then got ready for the wedding in the room Saturday morning. Room service stopped by while our hair and makeup vendors were there working with us so we asked if they could come back later. They said no problem. On the way out of the hotel to the wedding, I stopped by the front desk to make sure they knew we needed room service to clean and refresh the room for my wedding night. They said of course. Well, they didn't. The bed was still unmade and Me and a bridesmaid had slept in it. There was almost no toilet paper left in the bathroom after a night and morning with a bunch of girls getting ready, and no clean towels. I came back to the hotel room with my new husband to a messy disappointment of a room. We called for more towels and they brought them up. Then we realized there was almost no toilet paper so called again. They said they'd bring some up but never did. They DID however, bring up the champagne and strawberries that were promised. They set them down right in a mess of empty coffee cups that should have been taken care of. There were also a bunch of other wedding blocks there the same night, and a huge group was so loud in the lobby area, until about 3am. No hotel staff took care of that. We were on the fifth floor and heard them all night long. Beware.
